• Na (4/5): 非常的不好。 - 我从没有住过一家酒店，还要限制我的出行时间，飞机原因晚了半个小时入住，店家说不在她的工作时间。退房要求11点退房，天啊，第一次跟人商量12点退房。我穿着自己的鞋进门拿行李，告诉这是不可以的。冲个澡，退房后告诉我排水堵了。天啊，真的不敢想象，人生中第一次住过这样的地方，永远也不要住在这里。 服务态度和服务意识。不适合将房屋出租。

• Filip (1/5): Bad - Nothing l, for the first time in my live Very rub and an unadequate relationships. I recommend Booking.com to drop them from the list. As is evident. I used it so many times Booking and never had such problems

Please remove them from your site because they hurt to your reputation. The funny story is that I am from here. Just was in Thailand but in my own country I need booking to hi help me Filip Fratev

• Димитър (1/5): I would not recommend this place and we will never return! - The balcony was nice and the fact that there were 2 separate bedrooms. Rude staff, the first minute they saw us they warned us that we could be kicked out with police if we “throw parties” and this was just an assumption because we “look young”. Also very low value for money, it’s not worth the price - they charged us 60lv for an additional person. There was no soap and only 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole flat. Also, not even close to the center.
