Linda (10/5): Very nice place & I would recommend to family & friends - Outdoor space and room was lovely Upon arrival there was an island power outage that’s lasted most of day - think it came on at 6pm. Bedrooms ac did not have power 1st night. We were moved to another unit for a night then had to move back in original unit - so that was hard because of the warm/hot weather - but the service providers were very nice throughout.

Soledad (10/5): Un lujo total, ¡completamente excelente! - Al llegar, el check-in fue muy simple con los códigos, todo súper claro. La habitación enorme, limpia y comodísima —un verdadero lujo. La zona de la piscina es soñada, de otro nivel. Tranquila, sin mucho ruido ni gente, perfecta para relajarse. El alojamiento tenía absolutamente todo: sillas y toallas de playa, flotadores, una cocina grande y práctica, ducha espectacular y una cama comodísima. No le faltaba nada. También quiero destacar la atención de Bocobay: por WhatsApp siempre atentos, con respuestas rápidas y recomendaciones súper útiles. Y la chica que nos recibió, un amor, muy cálida y amable. Realmente una experiencia excelente. ¡Espero poder volver pronto! 💛 Como detalle a tener en cuenta: si te movés en bus, la zona queda un poco alejada de las conexiones principales y eso complica bastante la movilidad. Pero si estás en auto, la ubicación es perfecta.

Grocery stores nearby (walking) or drive to super food grocery store (8min) . Would for sure recommend. our room had a private bbq or else you can use the common one near the pool area.

Alina (1/5): Bed bugs! - The property is actually pretty nice - gym is well equipped Our apartment had bed bugs. We messaged Bocobay and they send over someone to look at the bed. The „professional“ didn’t care for the bites all over our bodies (3 at a time, on accessible body parts) and told us it’s probably just dust allergy. They refused to relocate us or refund us the remaining nights. Said we may relocate at our own expense. We escalated this issue to booking who said payment went through the property and they can’t help. After 9+ hours of calls and negotiations and threatening to get Amex involved, they relocated us to a new room. Thanks for the ruined vacation day.

I believe it could have been mold. Each day I got worse, from stuffy nose, to cough. On my last day I was so ill that I started coughing up blood. I asked for an extra cleaning to see if that could reduce the odor but was told it would cost me money so I declined. I would to try Aruba again everything was amazing other then my sleeping arrangements.

It was the perfect vacation rental and I plan to rent a Wariruri condo - The condos were beautiful and comfortable and the pool area was simply gorgeous and perfectly landscaped. And unlike the resorts, the pool was not overcrowded in any way. Furthermore, it was great to be able to soak in the hot tub at night when we returned from dinner, which is not always allowed at hotels. Nothing.

Our unit was perfectly located and contained every kitchen gadget and appliance we could need. The inclusion in the unit of 2 soccer chairs and 2 low-back beach chairs, and coolers made any beach trip a pleasure. The in-unit washer/dryer was perfect. There were so many amenities, that we wanted for nothing. The central courtyard containing the pool and very large whirlpool was exquisite and serene. The outdoor kitchen in the courtyard had everything needed for a lovely outdoor meal.The property management company was incredibly responsive during our entire 9-day stay and we appreciated them very much. Bocobay Wariruri Condos was by far the best lodging we have had on the island and we look forward to returning.

Phil (8/5): Lovely Condo & Complex with great facilities - The. Condo & the Complex was excellent & perfect for our10 day stay in Aruba…. The Condo was immaculately clean & had plenty of space. The decor & fittings were all top quality & the Complex pool; jacuzzi & outside relaxation areas a definite plus. Appreciated the provided beach equipment & beach towels which were very useful. Communication with Bocobay was excellent & they did their utmost to resolve a couple of issues we had & arranged a late check out as we had a night flight back to Europe. The negatives were a lack of crockery & glassware. Only 3 dinner plates, no smaller side plates, only 2 wine glassses & 1 champagne flute, The pillows were rock hard & uncomfortable. The oven & microwave were Smart appliances & there were no instructions anywhere on how to use them. After spending some considerable time trying to work them both out Bicobay arranged for maintenance to call in twice & we were then informed the oven was broken & a part required to fix it. We were 6 days into our holiday by then but to be fair a compensation payment was offered. Despite the issues, this is a wonderful condo & would highly recommend it. As previously mentioned in other reviews you definitely need a car, but the Complex is in a great location a short drive from the wonderful beaches & supermarkets
Alexander (10/5): - The condo is very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is very quiet. The communication with the team through WhatsApp was easy, they were very responsive. We made use of the complimentary beach chairs that the condo provided. The pool is nice for relaxing in the shade in the afternoon. Felt quiet and secure. Need a car as the area is about half hour walk from the beach. One free parking spot is provided for every rental. Overall a great experience - we would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The unit had a fully equipped kitchen—just grab some groceries, and you're all set to prepare delicious meals. Everything was exceptionally clean, family-friendly, and communication was excellent. For those looking to explore beyond the condos, renting a car is recommended for easy access to local beaches, supermarkets, and sightseeing spots. Our unit also came with pool toys for the kids and beach chairs, which was a great bonus. The only suggestion I have is for management to spray for mosquitoes, as they were quite a nuisance. Aside from that, everything was superb!

The condo was equipment with everything we needed, even had a grill in the general area. The condo is a short distance from the nightlife, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The food is a bit pricey so we went food shopping and took advantage of having a grill. I plan to stay here again when I come back to Aruba.

Quick responses for the few questions we had and the property was perfect with extras we didn’t expect like beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, etc Scooters get within 2 blocks or a taxi was there within 10min of calling or rebooked. Small market also 2 blocks up for essentials and food plus a cafe 4 blocks up. All walkable. We even decided to walk to the beach a few times. Bit of a haul but safe and easy. Maybe 15min Overall an easy 5 star stay
John (8/5): Solid choice, but read my review. - Very attractive hotel, great pool and community hot tub. The room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There are two balconies in the unit, one in each bedroom. There are two bathrooms. The mattress was very firm, and the pillows need replacing. The tv in the bedroom got US channels. YOU NEED A CAR in this location if you are planning to leave the property. Book the car before you go to Aruba. The beaches nearby are excellent, a five to ten min drive. Palm beach is a ten min drive.

Gym was ok a rowing machine would have been nice. We had a few issues but the staff were very responsive and more than made up for it. They were flexible and allowed us to check out late..
