The apartment itself: good location but : - the mattress is not good, bad quality, I couldn’t get a good sleep - the towels are old, scratchy and rough - there is no closet/wardrobe, only clothes rail - the opening system works fine for the apartment door but not for the building door

• Achim (6/5): Überflüssige App - Gute Lage, gutes Appartment 1) Unangenehm, dass man eine App herunterladen MUSS, um die Tür zu öffnen. 2) Nervig, dass man ca. 10 Emails bekommt nachdem man gebucht hat. Die Emails wiederholen sich inhaltlich teilweise und vor lauter Emails wird man völlig konfus. Allerdings scheint das bei den meisten Buchungen über booking.com so zu sein.

• John (10/5): Perfect accomodation for a short stay in Cordoba. Has everything. - The location was ideal. 15 minute walk to the bus / train station. The apartment was directly over a cafe which provided a brilliant breakfast and afternoon meal. A short walk to the tourist spots. The apartment had a lovely balcony which was great for relaxing in on the warm sunny afternoons. The bedroom was large and comfortable and clean. The bathroom had everything you require with warm hot water and the kitchen facilities were ideal. It had everything you require and the location is ideal for both tourist spots and the shopping needs. Nothing.

• Maria del Carmen (7/5): Apartamento dirigido por gente que no le importa nada tu estancia ni el apartamento. - La ubicación y el piso si alguien le echara cuentas, porque en sí está bien, pero no lo cuidan ni les importa tu estancia. El mobiliario de la terraza tenia moho, y estaba sucia. No funcionaba la apertura de la puerta del edificio desde el apartamento. Las entradas de aire estaban sucias y olía todo el piso fatal cada vez que lo ponías, también olía a cañerías!! Una pena que un apartamento recién reformado este descuidado, porque el apartamento esta bien.

• Bruno. (9/5): - La amplitud y distribución del espacio. Así como la localización. También estamos super contentos con la atención del conserje, Paco, una persona majísima. Nos hubiera gustado que el piso tuviera lavadora, para lavar algo de ropa durante la estancia, más aun por la época en la que estamos que hace tantísimo calor en Córdoba.

Algo de ruido. - El apartamento esta muy bien situado, junto a un aparcamiento, cuando llegamos tenia el cartel de completo, pero más arriba hay otro aparcamiento que ademas fue casi 5€ mas barato. En los alrededores hay cafeterías, restaurantes y todo tipo de tiendas. Esta a unos 10 minutos andando de la Mezquita Catedral y la Judería. La ubicación es excelente. Se trata de una primera planta, y esta situado a la entrada de una calle muy transitada y junto a una gran avenida. Hay ruido constante de peatones y coches. Por la noche se nota menos ya que hay menos paso de gente y coches, pero durante el día, es más molesto. A la cocina le falta algo de menaje y echamos de menos un horno. La puerta del baño esta, por abajo, un poco levantada por la humedad.

Llamamos porque una ventana no cerraba y la persiana de la misma ventana tampoco bajaba y la única opción que nos dieron por un mail era que bajáramos los plomos y los subiéramos de nuevo (como si eso fuera a arreglar puerta de ventana rota).

Good space and beautiful balcony. Unfortunately the shower had a very hot water in a day very warm. We couldn’t solve the problem and nobody took a good and fresh shower that day.

• Janai (9/5): Superb - Proximity to the train station and to the city center is perfect. Location is on a somewhat busy street so if you’re a light sleeper like me, you may find it difficult to sleep. The bathroom shelves had a lot of dirt and hair on them but was otherwise very clean and nice.

• 3pha (9/5): Superb - The maid we met on the check out allowed us to leave our bags in the common room until the train departure. The janitor of the building, who is not part of this company, was very helpful in solving the situation with the occupied apartment. A guest from another suite occupied ours so we couldn't get in with the code as it was locked with a key. Customer support did not have this information and they convinced us that we were not handling the lock properly, very disappointing considering that it was clear to us that the apartment was locked with a key. If it weren't for the janitor from the building where the apartment is located, they would never have solved the situation. Customer support very poor.

Beside the old town but without having to navigate a car through the narrow streets Smooth check in and very very comfortable beds. Would absolutely recommend it and if I'm in Córdoba again it is my first choice of place to stay.

• Pravin (10/5): Exceptional - It was centrally located. Walking distance to train or bus station which I used both. Walking distances to all major attractions and shopping, cafes etc, no more than 10-15 min. It was a very pleasant stroll in any direction with old world charm. Response was very good from the owner and they made us feel welcome. Apartment was modern and plenty of room to spead out. It is right above the famous cafe, pastry shop. Water in the shower was just like warm. I was shivering after taking shower. I did let them know on Booking .com text messages and reply I received was that they can not do anything. That was a bit odd 😕. They said they were not aware of it. Some of the prior reviews did mention that so I thought they should have corrected the issue.
• Nell (6/5): Great location, unfriendly and excessive communications in advance of check in. - Good location. Modern style apartment. Shower was good. Bed was comfortable. It felt safe. The number of messages through booking.com in advance of checking in. I received more messages about keys and check in etc etc than I have ever received from other accomadation. The manner of these messages was unnecessarily unfriendly. Then, early on the morning after arriving, I received a message about checking out even though I was staying for 3 days! The apartment smelt of detergent when we arrived, but soon it disappeared and was a little smelly, which we accepted due to the weather conditions, but on the last night, the smell from drains was unbearable The air con worked very well to cool the bedroom, but the sitting area didn't work as well even though on the same controls.

• Robert (3/5): No response to complaints - Location was good The filthy disgusting shower drain which clearly hadn't been cleaned in months causing the bathroom to flood during the first shower. Also the toilet seat was broken. Repeated messages to complain got no response. We had to clean the clogged drain ourselves eventually. No wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom meant living out a suitcase for three days. The whole place was style over substance

• Tomas (10/5): Definitely worth it - The apartment is nice and clean, well equipped. Smooth self check-in process. Caffès, restaurants and shopping literally around the corner. There is a noise coming from the street almost constantly, but this is because of the central location. Difficult to park around the area.
