• Igor (9/5): Уютный домик для семьи с хорошим расположением и множеством удобств недалеко от моря. - Мы остановились в этом милом домике на 3 недели. И хотим сказать, что он вполне подходит для проживания длительное время. Удобно, что есть и садик, где дети могут погонять мяч, который там есть. Так же есть место, куда можно поставить машину, даже с такими габаритами, как Nissan Qashqai. Так же во дворе есть гриль. В доме чисто, есть стиральная машина. Во всех трех комнатах есть кондиционеры и телевизоры. Есть офисный стол, что удобно, если надо удаленно поработать. Двухспальные кровати не очень широкие, но вполне удобные, как нам показалось. Есть в зале складной диван для пятого члена семьи. На кухне есть неплохая сковородка, правда, не очень большая. В принципе, основные кухонные принадлежности присутствуют. Есть кофеварка с капсулами. Отдельно хочу отметить и поблагодарить хозяев за то, что в холодильнике были несколько бутылочек воды, и еще капсулы кофе и сахар. Это очень выручило после долгой дороги из аэропорта по жаре. В ванной отличный душ. Обычно в апартаментах с этим беда. Поэтому я не ожидала, что будет так удобно. Есть складная сушилка, зонт для пляжа, утюг. Домик находится в тихом месте. При этом недалеко от остановки трамвая и автобусов и от небольших супермаркетов. Хотя неподалеку находятся разные рестораны, мы заказывали доставку еды. И отдельно хочу порекомендовать маленькую закусочную за углом, там делают превосходный гирос. Не смотря на некоторые незначительные недостатки мы вернулись бы с удовольствием снова. На кухне не было чайника и микроволновки. Приходилось кипятить воду в кастрюле, что не очень удобно. И микроволновка нам бы облегчила приготовление еды. В наличии всего 4 кружки. Нас было 5 человек, одной кружки всегда не доставало. Хотя как спальное место есть диван, но к сожалению, в наличии была только 1 подушка и 1 простыня. И укрываться было нечем. Пришлось второй половиной простыни укрываться. Дверные ручки постоянно выпадали, поэтому закрывать двери было проблематично. Надеюсь, хозяин сможет это исправить, так как ремонт несложный.

• Lazar (10/5): It was pleasant and i will surely come back again! - The size of the property, it’s own private fenced parking lot, internet is fast, big TV screens , tram stations are near, a few restaurants and a grocery stores as well as other businesses, rooms are big enough and it’s clean. All in all great option for even better price
• Demetrios (9/5): Would stay here again. - It's absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed as a family of 5. It was very clean, owner was extremely helpful. Provided my boys with a soccor ball. Wrap around yard was used by the kids daily. Wifi, Netflix, toiletries provided and basic for the kitchen I.e oil, salt etc. There is a clean BBQ provided with charcoal. 10 minute walk to train/bus which goes directly to city or beach. I loved the location as it was out of the busy city yet still very convenient. Lots of supermarkets around and the sweet shops were amazing. Also great neighbours. We would definitely stay here next time we come to Athens. It was perfect for us.
