• Gregory (9/5): - The property’s location is perfect, we were close to everything and in a quiet street. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The loft is nice and clean. The host was really helpful with enquiries and gave us some amazing recommendations. We were also provided with coffee, tea, 2 muffins, body wash, and a bottle of water at arrival. It is on the third floor and there is a lot of stairs in the loft so it might not be suited for children or elderly.
• Ricardo (6/5): Palomar muy centrico. - La ubicacion.El anfitrion muy amable , nos aconsejo muy bien sobre los restaurantes y locales en Roma. Espacio limitado, pero cumple su funcion perfectamente si vas a pasar varios dias en Roma.

• Tatyana (10/5): Симпатично - Чудесное расположение. Под крышей. Вид на крыши домов. Тихо спокойно. Спится хорошо Учитывайте что лофт расположен на 3 этаже без лифта. И внутри два уровня то есть придется побегать между ними по лесенкам
• charmaine (9/5): Roomy and the Center of everything. - Place was roomy and had everything available you needed. Tamer came and explained all to us. Tamer circled several sites on map and made many suggestions for us. We would stay there again. Other than many stairs to get to unit on third floor.
• Bernadette (10/5): - A legjobb választás, ha Rómában egy apartmant keresel az ittlétedre. A legjobb helyen van, minden gyalog távolságra. A reptérről a busszal a Vatican Cityhez érkezve 15perc sétára van. Pici, kompakt apartman, max 4 fő részére. Minden olyan, mint a képeken! Mindennel felszerelt, amire csak szükséged van, tiszta, rendes, nagyon helyes. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves, segítőkész, mindenben támogat. Csak ajánlani tudom. Nagyon köszönünk mindent
• Stefano (8/5): Centralissimo. Comodo e pulito. - Posizione centralissima comodissimo. Tutto ben pulito. La casa è un po’ piccola sopratutto il bagno e la doccia. Perfetta per 2 (noi eravamo una famiglia ma per una notte è andata benissimo.

Vedendo che era nuovo e una recensione molto negativa ero titubante nel prenotare, poi però è apparsa un'ottima offerta e ho deciso di andare. Devo dire che ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative! La stanza era pulita e arredata di buon gusto, letti comodi e stanza insonorizzata. Check-in e checkout molto veloci, mi hanno fatto trovare anche dei dolci di benvenuto! Bagni anche molto puliti e ben forniti di tutto. Assolutamente consigliato!
• Maria elena (5/5): Pernottamento modesto - Esclusivamente la posizione centralissima Il check in poco professionale L’appartamento è al terzo piano (tutte scale)anche all’interno del “loft” Attenzione: il BAGNO E’ INAGIBILE, per non dire squallido senza bidet e strettissimo anche per un bambino Cucina poco pratica, macchina del caffè senza nessun benvenuto (scordatevi le cialde e lo zucchero) Sono presenti due tv che sono rimaste non funzionanti, (abbiamo richiesto più volte assistenza al proprietario che non ha risolto il problema) Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente inadeguato Check out rigido

Loft elegante pulitissimo e curato nei dettagli.posizione strategica a due passi da piazza di spagna ideale per visitare tutto a piedi.il plus incredibile lo staff mi ha fatto trovare caffè acqua e pasticcini al mio arrivo,un gesto davvero apprezzato.Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la wife ma i ragazzi sono stati velocissimi in meno di 10 minuti hanno risolto. Che dire,Consigliatissimo sicuramente tornerò.

• Pedro (4/5): Buena ubicación, estancia difícil. - La ubicación El apartamento no tenía agua caliente, a pesar de seguir las indicaciones del anfitrión, la caldera debe tener algún tipo de problema. No había papel higiénico suficiente para 4 personas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba eficientemente, había mucha diferencia entre una parte de la casa y el salón principal. La ducha no funcionaba correctamente, la alcachofa estaba atascada casi por completo.

Pulito ma poco curato. Scomodo. Da rivedere mobilio e posizioni, aria condizionata che pinta contro il letto, fono da aggiustare, doccia che se sei alto 1.90 non ci stai dentro.....
• angela (7/5): Il bilancio è comunque positivo! Il prezzo un po’ alto x quello che viene offerto anche se la posizione è ottima! La doc - L’appartamento è in pieno centro storico e da qui abbiamo potuto raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte dei luoghi da visitare. La casa è un po’ soffocante e al terzo piano senza ascensore ma lo sapevamo e non ci possiamo lamentare! Però x persone non più giovanissime è un po’ pesante e bisogna tenerne conto prima di prenotare!

• Ashleigh (3/5): Disappointing - The location is central and close to lots of amenities and landmarks. The host is responsive and helpful. The apartment is generally quite dark, noisy, lots of stairs. Unfortunately the apartment has an ant problem and we had ants in our bed, on the floor and in the shower. One day we had no water at all for a shower.

• Maya (9/5): A great option! Excellent location, worth for money, great interior. - Excellent location, 2’ from Piazza di Spagna, 5’ walk to the Metro station. Living in this apartment made you feel like a real Italian, the architecture was very interesting and it was so worthy of the price. The apartment had a variety of amenities we could enjoy, including hot shower water all the time, hairdryer, ironing machine, espresso machine and capsules. The WiFi was not working, although we restarted it a few times.
