• Koho (1/5): The owner, Linda, is greedy. - Linda was not flexible after a medical emergency (emergent brain surgery). She had us pay 100% of our stay (directly to her in cash) over a month prior to the expected arrival date. When we were not able to stay due to medical emergency, she was not willing to even give us a discount on a future stay. She took $900 from us and was able to rebook the room to another family. Ive never used a booking site before, nor have I ever made reservations with a private owner. We will only deal with international hotel chains in the future.

• William (10/5): Brilliant family holiday in the heart of Rome - An absolutely fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. Close enough to the Vatican but also quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Fantastic local restaurants and amenities. The host, Linda, was brilliant and she made the checking in process very easy and was superb in enabling us to check in early which was a huge bonus given our early flight and arrival in Rome. She also arranged airport transfers which were equally excellent and made the whole arrival and departure process stress free. We would definitely recommend this apartment and location to anyone wanting to explore Rome’s many historical sites but also immerse themselves into Rome life. Thank you Linda for a wonderful stay! There were no negatives at all.

Beautiful and super clean apartment, perfectly equipped, with super attention to all the little details even ones we would never have thought of. Chiara and Linda were super nice and gave us helpful recommendations. In walking distance to so many great things both on foot and by metro and by bus and also including a very reasonable and yummy bakery. Travel with elderly and kids was made super easy and super fun. Great communication and wonderful recommendations!! The apartment was in perfect condition and had everything we needed. We comfortable fit 6 (4 adults and two teenagers) and never felt like we were cramped. Close to the metro if needed too, but we walked to most locations.

• VIVIAN (10/5): - The host (Linda) was efficient (we were chatting even before the actual trip), accommodating, and very helpful. She was quick to respond to any questions and queries. She also gave us a list of good, nearby eating places. The unit itself was spotless and spacious with two large bedrooms, full-sized kitchen. Location-wise, it is very near the Vatican and the metro.

• Laura (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great part of town, highly recommend staying here! - The apartment was spacious, clean and bright. The two full bathrooms ensured we never had to wait to use one. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the beds were comfortable in both bedrooms. Also, the location was perfectly situated amongst restaurants and shopping, with a pedestrian street and a metro stop only 1 block away. The walking distance to the Vatican museum was also very reasonable and we had a great stay at Linda’s lovely apartment- highly recommend for families or 2 couples visiting beautiful Roma!

It was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Vatican and close to everything we needed. Linda, the host, was fantastic — so friendly and helpful. She organised all our taxis quickly and without any fuss. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

• Valentin (10/5): 10 out of 10! - We had an excellent stay! The host was extremely kind and accommodating — providing us with a very useful list of recommended local restaurants and places to eat. Communication was outstanding — she responded promptly to all our messages and kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the usual time, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's located in a great area, right in the city center, just a short walk from both the metro and bus stations, making it very easy to get around. Overall, we were very pleased with both the accommodation and the hospitality, and we would not hesitate to return or to recommend it to others. There was nothing to dislike.

It is beautifully designed and a lot of thought is put to accommodate all the needs a guest needs. It is fully equipped with kitchen supplies. • Nuansiri (7/5): Good - Location is good.Not far from the center. The place is not far from the center, but it comes with an overwhelming number of rules that must be followed precisely. The owner will simply insist that everything was mentioned beforehand, so any oversight is considered your fault. Unfortunately, I missed some of these details—otherwise, I wouldn’t have booked it. The rules are excessive, such as: don’t touch or get close to the walls because they’re freshly painted, keep luggage away from the walls, and open the windows in a specific way to avoid damage because someone apparently broke them before. The property has three rooms, but every bed has sagging mattresses, making them uncomfortable. Although we paid a cleaning fee, we were still expected to wash the dishes and clean the kitchen, as per the rules. While we always try our best to follow house guidelines, the overall experience felt too restrictive. Next time, we’ll choose a different place.

Linda even arranged a private shuttle for us from the airport. Very convenient. Lots of great restaurant very close. Nothing.

Beds are comfortable, great living room space , with all the amenities. Washer/dryer, coffee maker and toaster. Temperature can be regulated for each room. LOCATION IS EXCELLENT! A 5 minute walk to the Vatican! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The showers were large, the apartment was clean, the air conditioning was cold, and the washing machine was appreciated. Linda, the host, gave a very thorough walk through of the apartment and helped us obtain transport to the airport. We were one block away from the Ottaviano Metro and near many stores, restaurants, groceries, and an outdoor market. Couldn't ask for a better location; you can see the Vatican museum from your door. The beds were not very comfortable, and we were only given one bath towel per person for our 3 night/ 4 day stay. The host does not want you washing the towels provided. However, the flat is so nice that I would stay here again regardless of the minor issues. I'm sure Linda would provide extra towels if asked.

There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, and there is also a metro station from which you can conveniently get to anywhere in the city. Unfortunately central heating was not working during our stay, which meant we had trouble drying our towels. The reverse air-conditioning was however working so we could still heat the place so wasn't too much of a hassle.

The host Linda made sure her assistant personally brought the apartment keys to us downstairs at the local Cafe while we had coffee and waited a short bit. The apartment was well decorated, filled with warmth and well supplied. Area and location were amazing for getting around. Beds were very comfortable and the decorative style was heart warming. It has two full bathrooms, so perfect for larger families or two couples. Rooms were spacious and there’s an elevator to get you and your luggage to your room. It’s also very private. The owner of the property is very specific and stern about her rules and regulations. She let us know upfront what was allowed and what wasn’t. However, she did check in with us multiple times before and after the trip to make sure we were happy and comfortable.
