• Svitlana (7/5): - The kitchen furniture is quite old. The sound insulation is poor; noise from neighbors and outside can be heard easily. The Wi-Fi connection is weak and the internet is very slow at times
• Desislava (5/5): Amplio y bien ubicado, pero imposible descansar - El apartamento es muy amplio, estaba muy limpio y la ubicación es bastante buena, ya que se encuentra a unos 10 minutos del centro. De hecho, si no fuese por el ruido, el apartamento sería prácticamente perfecto. Como puntos negativos, está justo encima de una discoteca y por las noches es prácticamente imposible dormir por el ruido de la música y de la gente en la calle. Además, el baño olía bastante a cañerías y, en general, el apartamento tenía olor a cerrado. Tampoco nos dejaron los mandos del aire acondicionado, lo que resultó bastante incómodo. A esto se suma que unos vecinos ponían la televisión a un volumen muy alto tanto hasta tarde por la noche como temprano por la mañana, por lo que el descanso fue bastante difícil.

• Dani (9/5): Absolutely recommendable. - Everything was totally up to our expectations. The beds were comfortable, the location was wonderful, nice environment, the communication with the host was easy and fluent -and he is very kind-... It is a totally recommendable option if you want to spend some days in such a brilliant city as Granada. The only thing that we could maybe point out is that the sink of the shower was not draining 100% fast. It was not a burden itself, but it is something that could be enhanced.

• Maria Dolores (5/5): Una estancia confortable - La ubicación es muy buena , por eso es complicado aparcar. Cuando conseguimos aparcar no tocamos el coche porque se podía ir andando a todos los sitios . Un lujo El menaje de la cocina, nosotros éramos cinco y solo había 4 tazas, dos platos hondos , 4 boles , ningún plato pequeño, creo que en la cocina hay alguna carencia , pero fácil de subsanar .

• Matteo (9/5): Appartamento confortevole in posizione strategica - Appartamento in posizione centrale ma silenziosa grazie ai doppi serramenti. E' vicino ai parcheggi auto e la zona intorno è ricca di negozi. Spazi interni ampi, comprese le camere. Dotazione cucina discreta, sufficiente per colazione e pasti semplici. Bagno cieco con aspiratore (non è banale trovarlo nelle case spagnole), con doccia ma senza bidet. Sarebbe stato utile trovare un welcome kit con macchinetta del caffè e cialde, una bottiglia d'acqua e sale/olio/zucchero.

• Lucía (6/5): - Los enchufes de casi toda la casa dejaron de funcionar por lo que nos quedamos sin calefacción y sin agua caliente durante todo el fin de semana. Se lo comunicamos al casero y la única solución que nos dio fue de bajar y volver a subir los plomos.

Excelente ubicación en todo el centro. Algunas instalaciones como persianas, desagües en botella de plástico, remates de pintura y mayor capacidad del calentador de agua, pero nada grave.

• SANDRA (7/5): Ruidoso - El piso es amplio y cómodo para 5 personas. Está bastante bien ubicado para ir caminando al centro. La facilidad para recoger las llaves y hablar con el anfitrión. Las camas se hunden y las almohadas son muy incómodas. Si quieres descansar por la noche, este no es tu alojamiento. MUCHO RUIDO NOCTURNO, se oye todo, las personas de la calle gritando, la música del pub que hay justo en el portal y a los vecinos (las paredes parecen de papel). Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana y había ruido hasta más allá de las 5am y eso que es un 5ºpiso. Muchísimo ruido.

Apartament powoli wymaga remontu, w kuchni brakowało np. deski do krojenia, kieliszków. Głośni sąsiedzi (jednego dnia impreza do rana, drugie bardzo głośny telewizor zostawiony chyba na noc - nikt nie otwierał drzwi mimo próby poproszenia o wyłączenie).

There was a disco/night club in the base or near the apartment so it was really noisy at night which made it hard to sleep. And there was a little bit of an sink smell in the drains probably because of that the house was empty for a while.

• Mark (9/5): Great apartment in beautiful city - Great apartment. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Friendly host who met us to hand over keys. One small thing - it would be useful to have mirrors in each bedroom and maybe 1 full length somewhere.

The apartment was very clean and the bathroom was very clean and modern. The price for three nights in such a great location was good value. Sadly there was no wifi available and the 3rd bedroom did not have air conditioning. The kitchen was not well equipped for 5 people having only two decent sized mugs for tea and coffee. The fridge door seal needs renewing.
