- Shaquana (10/5): - The whole hotel was beautiful. My room was absolutely gorgeous and The hotel and room was maintained so well. It is also conveniently located near the Abu Dhabi Mall and so many choices of restaurants , grocery stores, and entertainment.
- Beth (8/5): - The residences were nice but lots of niggles - the grouting on the tiles throughout the room was chipped and a couple of tiles were wobbly. The silicon repairs done in the bathroom were very poorly done - seem d the more silicone the better! The rug was stained and one of the towels was stained. But - the staff were excellent and the food in the restaurants we ate in was delicious (special shout out to the breakfast staff and reception staff and also to the amazing food in Trader Vic’s!
- Luc (8/5): - Beach Rotana Residences provides incredibly clean, spacious accommodation on a well-maintained property with friendly staff. Those looking to be within walking distance of some of Abu Dhabi's more well-known sites will need to take taxi services (which arrived at the hotel very quickly).

Dazu kam, dass uns der „Engel der Rezeption“ - Joel - noch ein Upgrade ermöglicht hat und wir fürstlich in einer Suite statt in einem Meerblick-Zimmer residieren durften. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Rotana Beach Residences für den tollen Aufenthalt.

The hotel is well located, the room in the residence is very clean, modern and we had a wonderful view on the water side! The restaurants at the hotel are great to enjoy the outside terraces and service was very good. Highly recommended for the environment!

Outdoor area at the back with the water, seating area, private beach and pools were really good, my daughter enjoyed using them. We wish we stayed for longer but it gives us another reason to come back. Thanks Rotana for exceeding my expectations in every way.

- dean (10/5): Excellent stay at Beach Rotana Residences. - i stopped in the beach rotana residencies, just to the side of the main hotel, it was lovely and quiet, the hotel is modern and immaculately clean, all amenities you will ever need, the breakfast was full of choice to suit all tastes and the quality and presentation is 10/10, what really makes this hotel is the staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and nothing seems to much trouble, special mention to Mr Aeshan on reception , a complete professional in customer service, thank you sir.

We had a classic suite, 3 adults staying in it, there was plenty of room (we had to have a roll away bed, but this was big enough!) for all of us. The hotel standard is fantastic, all public areas were extremely clean, bright and airy. Pool area was lovely, plenty of room for everyone. Would stay here again
- Ms S (8/5): New Beach Rotana Is Great... Shame About The Bed! - Well I have to say I'm impressed. My husband and I have stayed at the Beach Rotana Hotel for over a decade but we thought we would give the new Beach Rotana Residences a try... and yes we are very impressed. The Lobby is big and spacious and check-in was easy. Our room was not ready when we arrived, but we had arrived early. They parked our car and stored our luggage while we checked out the new building. When we got into our room we found it to be large with a separate seating area. A brand new kitchenette with oven, microwave and fridge. Nice large bathroom with separate shower - although do watch the marble floor when its wet. The buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice for both adults and children. The Residences does not have its own pool, but there is direct access to the Hotel pool next door. My one complaint and it is a big one is that the bed is not comfortable - in fact its rock hard! My husband and I struggled greatly to get any sleep at all, even when we asked for extra blankets and duvets to pad the bed out! What a shame to a great stay otherwise!

Suited us as a couple to have an apartment with all the benefits of being at a hotel and steps away from a shopping mall and Spar (for basic provisions). Room was excellent as was the service. Yleisesti hotelli on todella siisti mutta huoneita voisi siivota vähän paremmin, mm suihkussa alkaa olla jo nyt ruostetta ja kaappien ovet likaisia. Aamupala on hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hyvät yhteydet kulkea hotellilta ja Abu Dhabi mall on aivan vieressä.

- Alison (8/5): Mini break in Abu Dhabi - The location of this hotel was very central. The deluxe suite was clean, homely & comfortable. Although the bed was a little too hard for my likening. The staff were friendly & helpful nothing was too much trouble. The pool & beach area were clean & tidy, free towels were provided, drinks & snacks were brought to your sunbed if required. Abu Dhabi mall is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, the local taxi dmservice was very efficient & excellent value for money.

- sandra (6/5): Disappointing! - I booked non smoking room and I was given a room that smell so bad. I asked for a change, but the other room wasn't better. Housekeeping is at the minimum, the floor wasn't super clean, stains on the walls and tables… No amenities in the room, not even a real coffee machine The receptionists, Bellhop and waitress were very nice.

- Sandrine (8/5): Peut mieux faire. - Bien que directement sur la plage, les structures devraient être rénovées. le petit déjeuner est très moyen. Pas super frais. Peu de choix. En revanche le personnel est vraiment charmant et serviable.
- Trevor (10/5): Beach Rotana Residences - Smart, Clean property, fantastic gym and private beach. Room was great, if I had one gripe the mattress was like a concrete slab but I would definitely stay here again.
- June (10/5): Where doing business is simply a pleasure - This was an amazing stay. In the heart of Abu Dhabi and on the beach. A combination of luxury, comfort, convenience, relaxation and the most wonderful service. The rooms are luxurious and food options the best. Staff at your service 24/7 and attentive to any request. A truly magnificent stay.
