• Angel (3/5): Apartamento con muchas carencias de p*** madre - Ubicación En la cocina le faltaban muchas cosas: sartenes, cazuelas, tostadora, microondas, espumadera, cazo, cubiertos etc. El picaporte o cerradura del cuarto estaba rota. En la nevera no se podía cerrar la puerta. La persiana de la sala no subía y no se podía acceder al balcón. No funcionaba una de las luces de la sala. En el baño no había perchas para colocar la ropa o las toallas. En general, un apartamento con muchas deficiencias y con un precio muy elevado para las prestaciones que tenía.

• benjamini (5/5): Comfortable at first glance, but safety and support issues when problems arise. - The apartment was clean, the location is very good, and access to the building was easy. On the first day, the staff member who welcomed us was helpful and polite, which we appreciated. I am writing this review calmly, but with great disappointment, because the overall rating of this property does not reflect a very serious safety issue we experienced. On Sunday morning, the elevator was not working. There is a staircase, however once you exit, re-entry requires a key, which put us in a situation where we were afraid to leave the building and not be able to get back in. While I was trying to find a solution and look for a key, one neighbor was kind and genuinely tried to help, eventually arranging access for us. However, another resident reacted in a hostile and aggressive way, shouting at us and trying to force us outside. This was extremely upsetting and made us feel unsafe and humiliated as guests. I understand that on Sundays things may move slower. However, a safety or emergency situation cannot be considered “out of working hours.” In such moments, guests should feel protected; not threatened. The host was unreachable during this critical time, and no immediate support was provided. Because of: the non-working elevator, the unsafe emergency exit situation, the lack of host support, and the unacceptable behavior of one resident, we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, despite the property’s good location. If it had not been for the kind and helpful neighbor, we would not have been able to resolve this situation at all. For that, we are truly grateful. At the same time, this shows how vulnerable guests can be in this building when something goes wrong. This is why I am giving a low score, even though the overall rating of the property is high. Future guests should be aware of this risk.
• Jesus (9/5): Given a chance to comeback I will book this place again - Location. Very convenient close to everything. Train and metro station just across the street Nothing . Just on national holiday . No doorman . All doors and gates are locked which is understandable.

• Lesley (9/5): Spacious modern apartment at a very convenient location. Will definitely stay again if I’m in Milan. - The apartment was just right across the road from Milan Centrale. A very spacious and well equipped apartment. The drying rack provided was very useful. Although just across the road from the central station, it was pretty quiet. The host who handed the keys to us was super friendly. Just minor- a soap holder and shampoo rack in the shower would have been useful. Better communication earlier on would have calmed my nerves regarding early arrival and where to put my luggage’s . I have sent multiple WhatsApp and messages regarding luggage storage for early arrival and did not hear back until the day of arrival that I can put our luggage’s at the central station for 12€ a day per piece or 4€ per hour. The washing machine did not work.

It would have been nice to have use of a washing machine during our stay given it is an apartment not a hotel room.

El edificio es lujoso, pero viejo, llegamos un domingo, esperamos en la puerta a la anfitriona y tuvimos que abrir la puerta del edificio, el ascensor con una llave y el departamento con llave de seguridad. Da la sensación de estar en un lugar inseguro, realmente la zona de la estación central de noche es recomendable. De noche cuando estas adentro el departamento da la sensación que no conviene salir.

Vi måtte finde ud anden udgang og endte med at gå igennem et privat område - kælderen til en café. Vi hørte at man gentagne gange havde henvendt sig om problemet og det ligger muligvis ikke hos værten men ejeren af bygningen. Man risikerer at komme for sent til sit tog/fly etc.

• Rachele (5/5): It was ok. Had the kitchen been usable, it would have been more value for money. - Location Utensils inadequate for solo traveller ie pots and pans too big. Need to accomodate all or most traveller needs. Oven was not clean. Cutlery not clean. A microwave would have been useful. Staff were ok, replied to messages but often with information that did not answer your questions. The photo of apartment (external ) provided as part of the directions to the apartment was out of date (surroundings had changed) and caused some confusion.

• Debra (10/5): Great short stay in Milan - The hotel was clean and across the road from the main train station in Milan. The lady that met us with the key was helpful and showed us all we needed to know about the hotel. There was no toilet paper at all in the room. When I asked at reception, I was informed that there was a mini-mart around the corner where I could buy some. When I went to the mini-mart they didn't have any.

• Vimanav (8/5): Excellent stay. We would love to come back. - Superb location right next to the Centrale FS - main railway station and all key places are easily accessible. The apartment was clean, well lit and spacious for 2 persons. Kitchen had all amenities as well. We booked breakfast inclusive, but the spread was underwhelming to say the least. However the GM Mario tried his best to give us some extra Croissants and added some fruits for us as we were vegetarian. But there was very very limited breakfast choice. However its not too much of a hassle as there are plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood and a supermarket where you can get all food items to stock up on like we did after day 1.
• Emma (9/5): Sleek apartment right next to the train station and a lovely host. what more could you want! - Excellent location right next to the train station, lots of local shops and restaurants to try within a 10 minute walk, and the view from the balcony was great. We also liked how clean the apartment was. The treats/water provided was a nice touch along with the Slippers and shower gel (which smelt like actual perfume). We wish we could get it bottled 😂 Thanks for being a great host, Nora! We still liked it but noticed the shower was leaking at the top through the paint, so we didn't use the overhead shower in case it got worse. Used the hand-held one instead, which was a bit fiddly. Still lovely nevertheless :)

• Ricardo (1/5): Unfortunate experience. - The bathroom leaked underneath the shower floor. We could not take the shower as we normally do. We explained the situation to the property’s owner; he listened to us and promised to take care of the issue. However, it was not possible to solve the malfunction in the time that we were available. From the owner’s perspective, we must change our prepaid excursions to fulfill the time in which his staff was available. The owner does not live in Italy and the person who is in charge of the property does not live in Milano. We stayed for 7 days. We kept a respectful communication with the property’s owner even though he did not find a time for his staff to solve our situation. Very unfortunate experience. I do not recommend this property. I waited until today to write this review waiting for the owner answer assuming his responsibility on the leaking shower issue. Despite our video showing the leak, the owner did not take any responsibility. We had a very uncomfortable experience. If the property has any pluses, we could not appreciate them. The person in charge of the property, not the owner, was nice and respectful.

• Teresa (8/5): Great location, beautiful room, just iron out check-in and check-out - The room was beautifully appointed, bed comfy, and the location was ideal ( close to the metro, cultural spaces, 17 min from Linate airport). Check-in was 45 min delayed, because the room wasn't clean/ready, so it was a little inconvenient for us. Also, there were a lot of cleaning items on top/around the washing machine, so it was a little cluttered. Also, checkout detail about where to put the keys should've been clearer. Other than that, I'd rent again.

It was so easy to find as we arrived at the Milano Centrale station and walked across the street. The city was easy to navigate as there was a metro station and bus stop across the street as well. The apartment was the perfect size, location and was easy to communicate with the host. I would highly recommend this stay! We arrived home late every evening and although felt safe navigating in the big city, however the crowd that hangs out around the corner is less desirable.
• Jennifer (6/5): Plesant but a lot to navigate. - I love the location. it’s right next to Milano Centrale and the subway station. It wasn’t an easy stay for us. The host did not meet us at the apartment but gave us instructions on how to gain access. There were some conflicting information which was quickly resolved. When we got in, we had to navigate where the toilet paper was kept, how to work the air conditioning, the metal blind and washer. On our last night, perhaps my children showered and we used the washer at the same time, I had no hot water mid shower. It wasn’t an easy stay even though the host was responsive on WhatsApp. Regarding the tourist tax, best to check as host told me the amount but actually my children under 16 need not pay. When I raised this, the host realized the mistake and even kindly waived mine.

• Adriana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is updated with new furniture, kitchen with well equipped (although we haven't used it) and very nice bathroom. There are restaurants around so you can have a coffee in the morning and / or dinner at night.
• Cc (9/5): Very nice apartment and good facilities very close to Milano Centrale Train Station. - If you need to be close to Milano Centrale Train Station this apartment is perfect for you as it only a minute or two walk away, however if you are a tourist you may prefer to stay closer to Duomo Milan and other main attractions which are approx 40min walk from Milano Centrale Train Station. Milano Centrale Train Station has an issue with pick-pocketers so you need to be a bit more careful around this area as with most major cities. As a tourist I would have preferred to be located closer to Duomo Milan, Castello Sforzesco or the lovely canal area of Navigli. However it was convenient to have Milano Centrale Train Station so close as this was the meeting point for coach day tours and we utilised the train to travel to our next destination. We just had to be vigilant to keep our valuables safe when walking near to Milano Centrale Train Station.

• Maria (9/5): perfect location, clean, and comfortable stay! - The location is definitely a big plus! So close to the train station. it helped us a lot having a baby and luggages with us. The apartment is ver nice and comfortable. The terraces both front and back are nice area to kinda just relax and drink your coffee. We only stayed 1 night, so didn’t really savor those moments long. There were water bottle, apple juice, coffee and teas for guests to use. Kitchen was equipped. There was no microwave though but the percolator worked for us when heating up water.Elevator is bigger. When we arrived at the building outside there was a nice gentlemen who helped us and showed us the apartment. He said he knows the owner and lived in that building I guess. He saw us trying to figure where to go. if given another chance, I’d choose to stay here again. Everything was just perfect. :) No microwave.
