- Robert (10/5): What a beautiful place - We enjoyed a beautiful place on earth at Barossa Garden Homestay. The setting of the apartment with the gardens and view is simply relaxing and calming. (It was difficult to let go in the mornings for touring.)
The apartment has a good layout, has its own entry, is extraordinary clean and has everything one needs including a washing machine, while travelling.
We were lucky and met the beautiful owner Monique and Leigh. Spite the fact they live next door, one hardly hear or see them.
Thank you both for sharing. -N/A-

Monique and Leigh are wonderful and friendly hosts, providing the most generous provisions we have ever had at a homestay. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with a lovely garden filled with birds and that looks out over grape vines to the hills beyond. There were so many special touches inside with fresh flowers and home-made muffins. The king-sized bed is really comfortable, and the bathroom is large with great heating. Beautiful setting
Attention to detail outstanding
Lovely hosts and labradoodle!! Not much!
- Peter (9/5): Highly recommend and would return here to stay. - We loved the farm eggs and jam and cereals and we ate everything! Loved having breakfast included. The whole place was perfectly spotless! Plenty of towels and extra bedding that we used. Good info folder and reading material. Lovely garden. Charlie Brown 🤎
I also loved the attention to detail eg. Toothpicks, snap lock bags, washing up gloves, olive oil all of which you wouldn't think to bring but used. The ducted heating would have been good for winter and I believe it is currently being installed.
I didn't realise the place was attached but it wasn't a problem.
- Sunil (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing stay for the weekend. Would definitely recommend this place. - Great location away from the big 3 Barossa towns of Nuriootpa, Tanunda and Angaston and yet close enough to all the sights.
The homestay property was perfect to get away from the big smoke. Lovely gardens with abundant bird life and facing vineyards and the hills.
Comfortable beds and the kitchen was equipped with high quality appliances. The generous breakfast supplies were a pleasant surprise.
Friendly owners who made sure we were happy and comfortable. None
- Anita (10/5): Easy and great price. - Beautiful location, clean and well catered, roomy accommodation. Peaceful surroundings, and the bird life in the magnificent gardens were adorable. The host provided everything necessary and offered any information needed. Would highly recommend!
