ANDREEA (4/5): sehr enttäuschend und unangenehm. Einige von uns konnten kaum schlafen. - die Lage sehr gut mit gute Verbindungen zu den Orten, an den wir sein sollten Am Tag unserer Abreise waren 8 von 9 Personen betroffen, mit zahlreichen Stichen an Armen, Hals und Gesicht. Aufgrund der Art und Verteilung der Stiche besteht der starke Verdacht auf Bettwanzenbefall oder ein vergleichbares hygienisches Problem in der Unterkunft. Darüber hinaus waren die Betten sehr unbequem (entweder zu hart oder zu weich aufgrund ihres Alters und starken Gebrauchs). Teilweise waren sie sogar beschädigt und wiesen Löcher auf. Zudem gab es mehrere Mängel in der Ausstattung: Einige Möbelstücke waren beschädigt, der Fenstergriff in der Küche war defekt, es gab kaum Küchentücher und kein Spülmittel für die Spülmaschine.

Saban (1/5): Bedrövligt - Vistelsen var den värsta jag har upplevt. Boendet bestod av en gammal lägenhet där värmen stängdes av under nätterna, trots att det var minusgrader utomhus. Inomhustemperaturen sjönk till flera grader under normal rumstemperatur, vilket gjorde boendet i praktiken obeboeligt. På grund av kylan tvingades vi sova med vinterjacka och mössa, som om vi befann oss utomhus. Förhållandena var så pass allvarliga att vi tvingades lämna boendet en dag tidigare än planerat, då det inte gick att fortsätta vistelsen under dessa omständigheter.

Silvia (2/5): Grosse, aber versiffte Räumlichkeien - Die Lage, recht nah an der Jannowitzbrücke und in Berlin Mitte, war sensationell. Und die unmittelbate Nähe zum Kitkat-Club ist für Menschen, die Spass am Ausleben von Fetisch haben, ideal. Wir waren mit einer kleinen Freundesgruppe zum Sightseeing in Berlin unterwegs und da war die Nähe zum Club nicht relevant zu uns. Im Gegenteil. Die Grösse des Apartements mit 2 Bädern war von Vorteil. In den gesamten 3 Nächten war es nach vorne als auch nach hinten vom Club her sehr laut bzgl ankommenden Taxis, viele teils betrunkene, vollgekiffte Menschen, Polizei-/Feuerwehr-/Krankenwageneinsätze.Die Wohnung ist heftig in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise sehr versifft (siehe Fotos). Heftiger Schimmel in der Dusche, aufgequollene Türe im Badezimmer, wohl von einem Wasserschaden Flecken an Wand und Decke, billiger Laminat in den Räumen, der schlecht ausgebessert ist, defekte Drückerplatte im Wannen-Bad, abgewetzte Möbel, billige Ikea-Schränke, nicht sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, kaputtes und mit Eis besetztes Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank, so dass wir nichts frieren konnten, da zusätzlich auch die Türe defekt war, nur 1 Geschirrtuch, der Toaster toastet jeweils nur auf 1 Seite, die Bleche im Ofen waren so verdreckt, dass wir sie nicht nutzen konnten, Matratzen ecklig verfleckt und vergilbt, das Schlafsofa extrem hart, in den beiden Einzelbetten hingegend versank man in der Mitte, da diese so durchgelegen waren. Es war in Summe extrem gruselig. Und dafür haben wir für 3 Nächte ca. 1.100 Euro bezahlt.
