• Arzu (9/5): Wonderful - It is very close to EVERYTHING. There is life everywhere. The cleaning could be better but it wasn’t much of a big deal. Also, lady downstairs a bit crazy so try not to make too much noise and respect the quiet hours.

• Limor (9/5): Perfect appartement for a big group of people - Perfect location, close to the main street but yet far from the noise. Down you can find several restaurants and wine shop. The appartement was very clean, tidy and well equipped. The host came to meet us upon our arrival which was earlier than the check in time and explained everything. The host agreed to late check out, very appreciated! Additional pillows and more toilet paper could have been better, Noise coming out of the pumps of the apartment. A elevator is small, only for 2-3 people each time.

The location is excellent, and the apartment itself has everything you need — from kitchen essentials to a washer, hair blower, clothes dryer, coffee capsules, and even an umbrella. It truly feels like being in your own home. They even provided a karaoke set (though we didn’t use it since we were out most of the time). The only downside, which isn’t the owner’s fault, is that the elevator capacity is quite limited.

• Stuart (8/5): We had a great time at this apartment block and would recommend it for groups who wanted a central location. - Location was excellent. Communication with hosts was fantastic, they were very receptive. They allowed us early access which was great as we had rented all four apartments with a group of 9 people. The balcony area is a great addition with a roof and windows which open electrically. Each room has its own facilities. The provided cups, glasses plates etc were very randomly allocated to each room. This didn’t affect our stay as we had access to all the rooms.

• Mariangela (6/5): posizione ottima stanze da sistemare - posizione ottima. per un feuppo va bene la porta della camera non si chiudeva perché c'è il battiscopa sporgente che non fa chiudere la porta e il bagno della stanza minuscolo a tal punto che la porta sia pare per metà perché sbatte sul lavandino. il problema principale è che non si può buttare carta igienica nel wc ma conferirla nel piccolissimo cestino accanto al wc. per questo problema, invero presente spesso ad Atene, potrebbero quanto meno offrire un secizio di pulizia giornaliera dei bagni.

• Javier (9/5): Excellent place fExcellent Location and Comor a group of friends or family to stay in great location - Overall, we had a great stay — the location was excellent, the facilities were high quality, and everything was very clean We were four couples, each with our own room, but upon arrival, one of the four rooms had no towels and was missing a set of keys.
• Rabia (9/5): highly recommended for families or group of friends - excellent location, 3 minutes walking distance to Syntagma square and 3 minutes to Ermou shopping street, host is very cooperative and responsive, we are family of 4, me and wife stayed in one room, and each teenager girl stayed in her own room, they loved privacy and private bathroom each. apartment exactly like in pictures, lot of restaurants at walking distance from apartment, 9/10 because elevator is too small. small elevator

• Burcu (10/5): Perfect - Perfect location, close to many restaurants, bars, sightseeings and main streets. Apartment is very comfortable, you have all the amenities you need. Check-in and check-out very easy, very responsive staff and host.
• May (8/5): Cozy and Comfy accommodation in the center of attractions in Athens Greece - We arrived early at almost 11am and forgot to give the host 30 mins notice so that the keys can be brought to us. We did have to wait but luckily we met the nice cleaning crew. I don't know her name but she called the host or property manager directly and allowed us to come inside the building. Bill (I think that is his name) is the tall older gentlemen who is such a sweetheart. He gave us a tour of our 4 bedrooms penthouse and showed us how to operate the locks and AC. We all like that each room has its own bath/shower along with its own mini kitchenette. The place was spacious enough for 7 people. The location of the property is the main highlight b/c it was so close to all the attractions. We walked throughout our stay in Athens without having to book a Taxi or Uber. There are so many eatery and shoppings along with walkable distance to other landmarks like Acropolis, Syntagma Square, Roman Agora, etc... The penthouse wasn't as luxurious like the photos or the name description itself...LOL. We were expecting more of a "wow" "penthouse" vibe which none of us got. The elevator hiccuped on us a few times hence, we had to walk either up or down the stairs since it wouldn't open up at the level we wanted. When we looked out from the balcony and windows, the view wasn't enticing, BUT the location of the penthouse did make up for what it lacked in...at least for us. The penthouse wasn't as luxurious but it was cozy and comfy for us. I want to thank the Host, their cleaning crew and the property management team (esp Bill) for making our stay memorable.

Apartment is in a perfect condition. it's a true gem. - It was a great location, the best value for the money in the center of Athens, and the host was very responsive and kind, and he took care of all of our needs. This apartment is a real gem! Situated in the best possible location, it offers unbeatable convenience for exploring the city. The apartment itself is in immaculate condition, beautifully renovated, and exudes both comfort and style. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making this a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

Also, the location of the place is excellent, in the middle of the city and within walking distance of the tourist attractions in the city. Thank you. The elevator is old and narrow, and the bathrooms are somewhat small, but overall, the accommodation is comfortable.
