- Salvador Henares Villar (1/5): Lamentable, trato inhumano y servicio pésimo. No apto para alquilar. - Nada. Porque por mucho que fuera nuevo, el trato fue pésimo El trato fue denigrante. No nos dieron ninguna solución a un frio increíble estando mi pareja embarazada. Nos colgaron el teléfono en varias ocasiones cuando solo pedíamos un calefactor. Su respuesta? "Es lo que hay". Pésimo tambien el trato de booking que dan por cerrado el caso sin actuar en un anuncio con informacion falsa. No tienen sofa ni calefacción.

- MIRZAEI (10/5): - Nice and comfortable hostel in a handy location. The facilities were good, everything was clean. I enjoyed my stay overall.
- Izi (9/5): - Lovely apartment, fresh and modern. We chose the area as we're departing from Charmartin Campoamour Train Station. The area had local bars and shops, bakery and supermarkets. The local bus took you into Madrid city centre in around 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Here we used the tourist hop on hop off bus to view the 3 routes it offered. Nice tea/coffee tray with coffee machine etc. Kitchen equipped for breakfast and light meals. Comfortable bed with nice white linen. Shower door was a bit awkward but designed for mobility use. This let water leak on floor. Dishwasher available but didnt use. A drying dish cloth would have been suffice for washing drying coffee cups & breakfast plates. A microwave would have been a bonus to heat meal up.

- Mark (5/5): beds are comfortable but the unit is too hot! - Location is great, only a short stroll from the rail station. The unit is clean, bed is comfortable, it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, convenient when you just want to cook something quick. The days we stayed there, it was very hot, close to 30 degrees in day time (end of April) and the room temp shows 29 degree celsius. we turned on the AC but only warm air came out because it was not the season yet as told by the admin! We had to sleep with windows fully open. the buildings r close to each other so the curtains needed to be pull down, i.e. only light breeze can come in occasionally. It got worse because there's construction next to the apartment and woke us up early in the morning because we had to let the windows fully open. And because the AC is not on, a guest next door had to open his door ( i supposed he already opened all windows) when he cooked his dinner. And we had to smell his dinner all night long for 2 nights. The warm room with strong cooking smells means no rest for us after long day walking.

- JAUME (4/5): Espaiós pero al estar per sota el nivell del carrer, és com si te'l fiquessis dins l'habitació. - L'habitació estava en un nivell per sota del carrer (la qual cosa no s'avisa al fer la reserva). Des de la finestra es vèien les cames dels vianants. A la nit se sentia tot el que passava en el carrer: els cotxes passar, gent parlar, càrrega i descàrrega de camions, etc. A les 6 del matí no ha sortit aigua calenta a la dutxa (només templada). L'habitació fèia olor a tancat i estava poc ventil·lada. I mirant la cuina hem obert per descuit el rentaplats i ha sortit una pudor a mort indescriptible (no es deu fer servir gaire i s'hi deuen estar podrint les restes de menjar de l'última vegada que es va usar).

- Omar (8/5): Deserve a 4/5 stars. I recommend it but know that few things may not go flawlessly. - 1. Location and access The instructions for check-in were clear, and the location was great. The apartment is about a 10–15 minute walk from Plaza de Castilla metro station, and using Line 1 you can easily reach almost all the main tourist areas in the heart of Madrid. 2. Apartment The apartment is clean, cozy, and well equipped, even for longer stays. 3. Host communication The host is very responsive and polite. When I say responsive, I mean they reply to messages almost immediately. However, quick responses do not always necessarily mean a positive or helpful solution (which I will explain below). 1- Main entrance code: The code for the main building door did not work several times. It was quite frustrating to contact the host repeatedly so they could open the door remotely each time. 2- Noise in the room: There was a beeping noise in the room approximately every 30 minutes. It was not extremely loud, but noticeable enough to be disturbing, especially during the night. When I reported it, they said they would send their team. They later claimed the issue had been resolved, but unfortunately the noise was still there. 3- Construction next door: My room was located directly next to a building under renovation. Workers started around 7:00–7:30 AM, and the noise was quite disruptive. When I raised this issue, the host explained that by law they cannot prevent construction after those hours. I asked if it was possible to change rooms, but although they apologized politely, they said it was not possible. 4- No front desk / fully automated system: There is no front desk and no staff on site; everything is automated. This may be convenient for some guests, but personally I found it a downside. After checkout there was no option to leave luggage, so I had to find a locker somewhere in the city.

- Christina (9/5): Amazing value for money - This place was so clean, very nicely furnished and had everything you needed plus it was quiet. It felt like everything was new. The staff were discreet and very attentive. They answered immediately online, even late at night. You look into other buildings across the streets so I kept the blinds down. I know this is what many ppl do in the city so this is not a criticism, more an observation.

Pero no funcionaba la calefacción, la tienen programada ,para que no la puedas poner ,solo había una manta y eran dos habitaciones, tuvimos que dormir con sudaderas ,del frió que hacía ,y para colmo ,no había agua caliente, llamamos al tlf de contacto y el chico ,piso muy buenas palabras ,pero no nos solucionó nada. Nos dijo que mandáramos un correo y tendrían una consideración,ni han contestado. Que pena, que estropeen de esta manera un apartamento tan bonito .

Es war wirklich mehr vorhanden als erwartet, es wurde an alles gedacht. Sogar ein Haardiffusor für Locken war da, was ich großartig fand. Alles war perfekt. Absolute Empfehlung!

- Afke (8/5): Comfortabel, schoon, fijn bed en 2 verbeterpunten zodat het een super appartement wordt - appartement is verzorgd en comfortabel, thee en koffie aanwezig, fijn bed. Goede locatie ivm afspraak bij nl ambassade Wat echt verbeterd zou moet worden zijn 2 dingen. Er komt een zeer intensief en geluid (gebrom) vanuit (hoek) vd koelkast en waarschijnlijk in combinatie met ventilatie van het huis. Ik zat rechtop in mijn bed. Dit gaat met lange intervallen. Tijdje rustig en dan opnieuw, voor wel een uur. Daarnaast is de douche lauw-warm en je wilt tocht echt (februari) een warm-hete douche. Als bovenstaand opgelost wordt, dan is het appartement super fijn.

- CRISTINA (5/5): NO TENGAS UN PROBLEMA EN FIN DE SEMANA PORQUE DUDO QUE TE LO SOLUCIONEN - El alojamiento está muy bien, es amplio, cómodo, tiene lo esencial para una estancia agradable y tranquila, que NO TUVIMOS POR INCIDENCIA SERIA EN LA CLIMATIZACIÓN Tuvimos serios problemas con la climatización. Los dos primeros dñias pasamos frio, y luego subió la temperatura a más de 31 grados por la noche, así los otros dos días. No vinieron a resolverlo, a pesar de las llamadas que hicimos, los mensajes enviados. Fue insoportable INCLUSO CON LAS VENTANAS ABIERTAS (nos quemamos los pies ya que es aerotermia, las suelas de las zapatillas se ablandaron, la comida incluso en el frigorífico se estropeó y no pudimos descansar ni dormir. Fue indignante que no lo solucionaran, y nos engañaban diciendo que sí que vendrían (pero al ser fin de semana, no apareció nadie). Tampoco la tv funcionaba.
