• JK (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in Garbatella - Der Vermieter Marco war sehr nett und kam persönlich zur Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung. Die Wohnung im dritten Stock war sauber und gut geeignet für 3 Personen. Sie liegt nur 5 Minuten von der Metrostation Garbatella und ist damit sehr gut an das Zentrum von Rom angebunden. In der Nachbarschaft sind nette Restaurants und Kneipen, ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls sehr nahe. Direkt unter dem Schlafzimmer ist eine Kneipe und die Gäste sind täglich bis ca. 1.00 noch recht laut am Feiern. Da wir jeden Tag sehr viel in Rom unterwegs waren, waren wir abends sehr müde und sind trotz des Lärm schnell eingeschlafen. Die Küche ist mit Tellern, Tassen, Gläsern und Besteck eher spärlich ausgestattet. Bei der Dusche kommt das Wasser eher gebremst aus dem Duschkopf. Vielleicht müsste der Wasserdruck erhöht oder der Duschkopf getauscht werden.

• Marco (10/5): Vacanze perfette! - Tutto perfetto! Casa molto accogliente, pulitissima e molto spaziosa, ricca di tutti i confort e il necessario per rendere la nostra vacanza perfetta! Proprietario molto gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico. Ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per non incontrare difficoltà e ha rappresentato un ottimo punto di riferimento a cui chiedere consigli e suggerimenti. Tutto magicamente perfetto....nulla di negativo .

• Florent (9/5): - Great location, not far from Garbatella metro station. Nice apartment building, with tall trees and the sound of birds. Spacious rooms and tall ceilings.
• Mélanie (8/5): Un agréable séjour - L'emplacement du logement est parfait et le suartier très sympa. Le métro est à 5min à pied, il y a les bus qui passent à côté. Il y a de nombreux commerces, restaurants et un super glacier pas loin. L appartement est propre et bien équipé. Il faut téléphoner à l hôte dès que vous arrivez dans le quartier sinon vous attendrez pour rien. Il n est pas là pour vous accueillir comme stipulé dans l annonce. La rue est un peu bruyante les soirs (restaurants, bars...)Il n y a pas beaucoup d ustensiles pour cuisiner et manger.

• Ilias (9/5): All in all it is a very nice place to stay for your holidays. - The house is spacious, it is well organized and equipped, in a nice neighborhood very interesting architecturally. The house is close to the Metro (5min. walk) and bus stops. super markets, Bars, restaurants and ice cream are all close. The house is on the third floor with no lift. The air conditioning was not working well the first day but Marco arranged for repair.

• Subhadip (8/5): Very good - Location Clean rooms Nice host No lift in the building. Have to walk to the 3rd floor with all the luggage. The quality of the kitchenware and dining table was not good. The bathroom is quite small in size.

• Justin_case (10/5): Exceptional - Marco is superb host, he is very kind and helpful. Apartment is very clean and spacious, beds are super comfy. In the bathroom and kitchen you will find anything you might need. I'm very satisfied with this choice for staying in Rome. Metro station is located approximately on 4-5 mins walk from the apartment, also nearby there are several bus stations. If I come back to Rome I would choose this flat again! The neighbours one floor above are really noisy, they have a small children who are jumping all over the apartment anytime they want, even in the middle of the night, and the parents are watching TV very loud. But we were really tired walking all day long in the city so we were sleeping like a babies.
