• István (9/5): Comfy apartment in a wonderful area - recommended - Excellent location - vivid, living, colourful but the apartment is in a quiet tunnel and filters the noise. Accessible via ferry or on foot. Apartment comes with a good size compared to other ones in this category, bathroom is absoluletly fine. Recommended! A bit more thorough cleaning could improve but was absolutely acceptable.

• muller (4/5): A éviter - Le seul plus de cet établissement est qu'il est bien localisé L'odeur nauséabonde de l'humidité Chambre en rez-de-chaussée, on aurait dit une cave avec 3 petites fenêtres qui donnaient sur des cours privées La salle de bain en dehors de la chambre Mettez une centaine d'€ supplémentaires et prenez un logement de meilleure qualité.

Informationen bezüglich Check In /Out, verliefen reibungslos über WhatsApp. Unterkunft roch sehr muffig/ modrig evtl. Schimmel Problem? Luftentfeuchter war im Zimmer, auch viele Duftspender waren aufgestellt - diese helfen jedoch nicht. Wir hatten das Zimmer „ Casanova“ - Bad war nicht im Zimmer sondern im Flur. Für einen Kurztrip okay aber für einen längeren Zeitraum nicht zu empfehlen. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passt auch nicht zusammen.

Excellent location in the heart of Cannaregio, one of the best neighbourhoods in Venice! The bathroom that is outside the room, but it’s ok.

• Niels (6/5): Gedateerd appartement, geen aanrader. - Centrale locatie bij opstappunt Guglie. Andere recensies bleken te kloppen: Douche werd pas na zeer lange tijd warm, slechte druk, zeer kleine douche (ik ben slank en paste er alleen schuin in), schimmel en flink verouderd. Geheel is gedateerd, bed oud en vies (nep leer zit los en is vergeeld), keuken nauwelijks te gebruiken. Zeer veel geluid binnen en buiten appartement, waardoor ik geen nacht heb doorgeslapen. Kwam er voor zaken en goed dat ik deze keer alleen was en mijn gezin niet heb meegenomen, want daarvoor was het niet geschikt.

• Valentina (7/5): Sicuramente il rapporto posizione/prezzo è vantaggioso, suggerisco una revisione dei bagni per trasformare la permam - Posizione ottima e le due camere sono molto spaziose I due bagni sono la vera pecca: in uno c è solo il Water ed è piccolissimo senza neanche la finestra, nell altro c’è un bidet piccolissimo che abbiamo usato con fatica e una doccia in pessime condizioni.

• Yvonne (5/5): Loads of potential. - The location was fantastic and beds were comfortable. Easy to access the accommodation. Amenities were not great with no plug for the kitchen sink or tea towel to dry dishes. The shower grout was not good and black mould has started to encroach. High speed wifi was unfortunately not accessible from the bedrooms.

• George (5/5): - The person that manages the place was really kind and helpful . The location is perfect and the place is overall ok What i didn't like is the fact in the commodities AC and a toster was "advertised" . I dont really care about the toaster but the AC had no remote and no other way to use it . After talking with the "manager" who aslo talked with the owner ( i dont understand why all this fuzz for such a simple thing) the remote arived at the place the third and final day. The best part was that it had no batteries so eventually we didn't use the AC. If you ask me it was necessary cause the heating system operates specific hours so if you want to chamge the temp in the room its actually impossible. Also there is no ventilation in the bathroom and that creates black mold really fast.

A leisurely stroll along the central Novo Strada street takes you to Piazza San Marco in 20 minutes, or you can take the Vaparetto water bus along the Grand Canal to San Marco or the Rialto Bridge. There are plenty of cafes and bars nearby. I also recommend visiting the nearby Despar supermarket, located in a former theater! The apartment has everything you need for living and cooking. It's very spacious for four people. We moved in in March, and the apartment was warm, with central heating running at night. Portable air conditioners are provided for the summer. Small shower stall(

• jose enrique (5/5): - Ubicación La cocina poco útil, el extractor no funcionaba y el suelo muy roto y la mesa se movía mucho, muy inestable. No es típico de Booking este descuido. El baño estaba al otro lado del hall donde podía pasar gente y eso no gusta.

• Laura (8/5): - Stanza spaziosa, pulita, ben fornita, non mancava niente. Posizione eccezionale. L'unica pecca è il bagno fuori dalla stanza, bisogna uscire in un atrio comune con le altre stanze, per raggiungere il tuo bagno, che è ad uso esclusivo e non in comune, ma comunque un pó scomodo!

• Olga (7/5): Загалом непогано , але потрібно вирішити питання з газовим котлом - Було близько від центру , просторо для сімʼї . Було чисто , постіль і рушники були чистими . Коли ми приїхали було холодно і не було гарячої води. Постійно відключався газовий котел і були перебої з гарячою водою. Душова кабіна була лажа маленька.

Además comentar que aunque no vimos a ninguna persona, si teníamos alguna duda nos comunicamos mediante Whatsapp y la respuesta era rápida. No privacy with direct view to the bed from the outside with no covering It was so uncomfortable that we stayed somewhere else after the first night. I highly recommend this property. Owner is very polite and you will see immediate response in case of any question. Allowed extra time for checkout as my 18months old baby was sleeping. All the facilities were provided as mentioned in description. After checkout we were able to keep our luggage for 2-3 hours No issues at all.

• Kym (4/5): Great location very under par facilities. And we are not fussy travellers. - Location. The shower was extremely small and very mouldy. Had to put flip flops on to enter the shower. The shower had to be run for 5-10 mins before the hot water reached the shower. Leaving the apartment every morning was via a lane way where fish mongers cleaned their daily catch. Fish smell was pretty bad. Had to walk through the wet smelly lane way no other option available. Main bedroom had very old dirty bed head. Floor boards had gaps everywhere. Swollen cupboards. No internet whatsoever even though it claimed it had high speed internet. Look for other options.

Muy malas, con respecto al baño y el pasillo, (calle de ingreso). - No había desayuno y el baño supuestamente privado quedaba a 5 metros de la habitación cruzando un Hall, a donde daban el resto de las habitaciones. Si bien en la propuesta, figuraba el baño privado frente a la habitación cruzando un pasillo, nunca imaginamos que teníamos que cruzar un salón para usarlo. Obviamente que el baño no fuera realmente privado. Subir con las valijas el equivalente a 2 pisos por escalera. La supuesta calle de ingreso, que era un pasillo oscuro y con las paredes en ruinas.
• Ana (7/5): Buena ubicación pero anticuado - La ubicación está muy bien. Agradecimos que nos permitieran entrar antes de la hora establecida. Las camas y almohadas cómodas. Agradecimos disponer de Netflix. El apartamento en general necesita reforma. Los baños limpios pero muy pequeños y antiguos. Muy poco menaje de cocina,, muy pocas perchas, la plancha de juguete y la tabla de plantar rota, tuve que planchar en el suelo.

• Nil Novikov (7/5): - Удобное расположение отеля, наличие кухни и всего необходимого для приготовления пищи, коммуникация с отелем была всегда быстрой и удобной. Нам так же разрешили заселиться на 1.5 часа раньше. Мебель довольно старенькая. Дверь в ванную закрывается не до конца, и можно испытывать некоторые неудобства с приватностью. Полы в некоторых местах имеют дефекты.

• Leonardo (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is very good, well located and well provided with the basics. On hot days in Venice, air conditioning is essential. The internet in our room, Vivaldi, didn't work well, it was very slow and with a weak connection signal, I think it's a point that could be solved easily. I went to work and had difficulties because of that.
