• Cerutti (9/5): Zona centralissima - Posizione favolosa, appartamento molto carino, gentilissimi i gestori. Qualche problema con l'acqua calda.
• Giovanni (3/5): Struttura con servizi penosi, la bellezza di Roma ha salvato l’esito della vacanza. - L’unico punto di forza della struttura è stata l’ottima posizione. Praticamente a due passi da piazza di Spagna Non mi è piaciuto sicuramente la mancanza di acqua calda (uno scaldino elettrico non è assolutamente sufficiente per poter garantire l’acqua calda di una famiglia di 4 persone), i bambini di cui uno di 2 anni ha dovuto lavarsi con acqua fredda. Problema segnalato, soluzione proposta riavviare la caldaia, problema persistente. Risultato 2 giorni senza acqua calda, bambini lavati riscaldando l’acqua sul bollitore. Struttura assolutamente non adatta a più di 2 persone. Condizionatore non funzionante. Non capisco come si possa proporre un appartamento senza i servizi essenziali.

• Giuseppe (7/5): Intenso - Abbiamo avuto problemi per il check in, perché alle ore 14 non è stato possibile raggiungere l appartamento, dopo varie telefonate in cui venivamo invitati a girare la città e tornare successivamente,finalmente alle ore 15 ci è stata dato l appartamento.non è stato carino lasciare una famiglia in difficoltà .

• KIM (8/5): - 스파냐역에서 매우 가깝고 스페인계단, 트레비분수, 판테온, 보르게세 공원 등 주요 관광지와 가까워서 정말 좋았습니다 룸이 넓고 수건도 많이 주셔서 사용하기 편안했어요 주방도구들도 다양했으며 커피, 과자 등을 넉넉하게 주셔서 마음 따뜻하게 잘 보냈습니다 전기가 갑자기 나간다거나 온수가 떨어져서 기다려야 하는 점이 조금 불편하긴 했습니다

• fiorella (9/5): - L'appartamento era in una posizione ottima e molto accogliente. La donna delle pulizie era molto simpatica e nonostante fossimo arrivati prima del tempo del check in ci ha accolto molto calorosamente conversando con noi mentre sistemava gli ultimi dettagli.

• Stefy (9/5): Appartamento carino in posizione strategica - Posizione arredamento e pulizia dell’appartamento Purtroppo la WIFI non funzionava, penso sia stato un disservizio dell’operatore di Telefonia, nella zana non funziona wind e noi abbiamo 2 telefoni con operatore wind, perciò in appartamento non riuscivamo a telefonare e usare internet, inoltre non funzionava la televisione perché era collegata termite internet

• Stephanie (10/5): - The location is top: 2 mins away from the metro station, 5 mins from the spanish steps. It is spacious and very well equipped. The complimentary tea, coffee and water were nice too. The communication with the host was easy too. There was an issue with hot water the first day but it was promptly solved by the host.

• Atanas (8/5): The best location - Location, Location, Location. Possibly the best location for Rome. All attractions are within walking distance..Many restaurants and cafes also within walking distance. The building is safe and quiet. The communication with the host ☹️☹️☹️ is nightmarish. We wrote at least ten days earlier - no answer, we wrote 3 days earlier - no answer, we wrote the day before check-in - no answer. Finally, we were forced to ask our friend from Italy to call him from an Italian number to ask him to answer us - again no answer. Finally, after we arrived, WE CONTACTED him in the morning. We asked to leave our luggage and this was well arranged in a nearby hotel, then from there you get the keys to the apartment and help with check-in. The apartment is quite worn and outdated, otherwise it has everything you need. You have to turn on the water heater, otherwise it turns off by itself for some reason. The air conditioning does not work on heat. In the morning, the doors in the entrance will wake you up from banging.

• Willemijn (1/5): SCAM! - Got scammed by the owner!! Electricity wasn’t working at all and after mentioning to the owner he promised we could get a full refund. We then found a different apartment but never got the refund and they haven’t picked up the phone ever since. I will remove this comment if and only if I get the refund as promised.

• Amal (5/5): I will not this place again. - Location There is no staff for cleaning or fixing any problem you face the water heater stoped we took a cold shower that day and the electricity shot down when we used the electric kittle to make tea they write apartment in booking but what we find was a studio which was old and over used.

He was also very attentive and responded to our questions in a timely manner. The apartment was clean and in a great location. Many things were within walking distance or there was a taxi stand very close by. I would definitely recommend this place if you need a place to stay while in Rome.

The host was very responsive and helpful and did his best to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We like that it also had a washing machine and a rack for drying. It was a little hard to find. My mobile reception at the building was very bad and had to walk near the Spanish Steps Square to get good reception to call the host.
