- Zorica (10/5): - Rečima i fotografijama se ne može opisati lepota ovog mesta. Slike me jesu privukle da ga posetim, ali ono što doživite uživo je zaista neuporedivo sa fotografijom. Sedite ispred kućice koja je kao iz bajke i pogled vam puca na prelep prirodni pejzaž kao sa razglednice. Ono je terapija koja vredi svaki novčić. Kućice su preslatke, imate sve što je potrebno, uređeno sa puno detalja. Preporučujem kućicu Lipa!

Virkelig hyggelig og afslappende atmosfære, gennemført indretning både inden- og udendørs samt en flot udsigt og hyggelige udendørs faciliteter. Meget venlige og imødekommende værter, som havde sørget for opredning og morgenmad - og desuden kunne man få hjælp med transport til en meget fair pris. Sød kat der holder til på matriklen. Generelt kun gode anbefalinger herfra.

Every aspect of the experience met our expectations, from the quality of the accommodation to the exceptional hospitality. Had the weather been more favorable, the experience would have been even more enjoyable. On the side note - if you are The Lord of the Rings fan, you staying here will surely scratch your itch. I have no complaints, but a small note for future visitors: there is no additional entertainment amenities in the area, so the primary focus is on enjoying and relaxing in nature.

- Mirte (10/5): Magical stay at hobbiton - Received a warm welcome upon arrival and had the whole place to ourselves. It’s a very magical place with all necessities. The drive upwards is quite steep but once arrived you have an amazing view on the whole area. The cat that roams around the village was really cute and loves to visit your house. The WiFi connection could be improved and the shower pressure but this probably has to do with the fact that you are up a hill. Overall had a great experience. Would surely love to visit again.

- Nz (10/5): Exceptional - Quirky fun accommodation in a stunning location with magnificent views. Great seating area outside with fire pit and also a barbecue. Would be a heaven for children and there were lots of children's toys outside to play with. It's a minor point but in an underground house special care needs to be taken with lighting. There were a lot of bare bulbs which were quite glaring. Perhaps some softer more indirect lighting? However this didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the accommodation. It was a delightful place

Come here and spend time with your family or friends in nature.

He was absolutely overwhelmed with the experience and really felt like he was living in Hobbiton. 30 mins drive from capital Sarajevo. Peace, rest and relaxation. Ideal for tourists wanting to experience Sarajevo and its surroundings during the day, then have cousy and relaxing night/morning in Hobbiton. All the best and respect to Miličević sisters and their commitment to make this place as authentic as possible.

The host is amazing, we have had such a nice welcome with a little surprise for us waiting inside of the house and we enjoyed the views, the swans and the swan lake, the deer and the little walk around the property. This place is a dream come true, we would recommend this to everyone! There is nothing we did not like. This place is just absolutely incredible. Unbelievable rest, incredible scenery and just a cozy feeling you won't find elsewhere.
