• Kathrin (8/5): Wir kommen ganz bald wieder! - Voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Super Kontakt mit den Vermietern und tolle Lage. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es Spielplätze, Einkaufsläden und Bushaltestellen. Auch kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in fußläufiger Nähe oder auf dem privaten Stellplatz. Auch Handtücher und Kaffeefilter und Kaffeepulver waren zu genüge da. Die Betten wurden ebenfalls bezogen :) Die Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen, das war’s aber schon :)
• Yulia (10/5): - דירה מרווחת, שני חדרי שינה ושני שירותים. חניה חינם, בעל הדירה בחור מקסים. מטבח מאובזר מאוד, מיטות נוחות. יש סופרמרקט במרחק כמה דקות הליכה ואם יש לכם רכב אז יש עוד כמה סופרמרקטים יותר גדולים במרחק של חמש דקות נסיעה. דירה מאובקת מאוד. לקחת בחשבון שדירה נמצאת בפרברית של מינכן ובשביל להגיע למרכז העיר נדרשת נסיעה ברכבת כרבע שעה.

• Geert (8/5): Ruime woning maar verwacht niet te veel - Ruime woning. Kleine speeltuin in de tuin en leuke buurt. Dicht bij het station naar München Veel stof in het appartement, wel een bezem aanwezig maar geen handveger & blik. Keukengerei niet heel uitgebreid.

• Willy (8/5): Great apartment if you have no mobility issues . - The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and in an area with shops and restaurants. Also very quiet. The sleep couch if used can be separated by heavy curtains and gives privacy from the kitchen. the kitchen is very well equipped. The host is very responsive and pleasant and waited for us to arrive because our flight was coming in late. The bed is very comfortable. I did not know that the apartment was in the second floor with no elevator. Two flights of stairs with 16 steps each was a challenge for my wife . That would be the only reason I would not book it again.
• joaquin (5/5): TE SIENTES COMO SI FUERAS UN OKUPA - la zona es tranquila y de facil aparcamiento y el tren te lleva al centro de Munich en pocos minutos aunque la estación esta lejos andando del apartamento puedes coger el coche hasta ella ya que hay mucho aparcamiento en la estación Lo rápido que responde el propietario cuando le haces una pregunta via booking Nos dejo hacer el check out a las 15 h Es un particular que alquila su PROPIA casa cuando el está ausente (cosa de la que nadie me avisó), por lo tanto todos los armarios de la cocina y de los dormitorios y las perchas, absolutamente TODO estaba ocupado por sus pertenencias, la nevera igual, tuve que hacer hueco para poder meter mis alimentos ya que con los suyos no cabían. La situación fue surrealista, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, al llegar no habían tirado ni la basura generada por el propietario, la tuve que tirar yo.

Aprecié mucho la rapidez con la que respondió a nuestras consultas por chat; la comunicación fue fluida tanto antes de llegar como durante nuestra estancia. Este nivel de atención nos hizo sentir realmente bienvenidos y atendidos, contribuyendo a una experiencia muy positiva. El apartamento tiene un aire muy personal y está claro que los propietarios viven aquí habitualmente. Esto hace que haya muchas cosas por medio que, si bien podrían hacer sentir a alguien como en casa, en mi caso me generaron cierta inquietud. Me sentí obligado a tener mucho cuidado con dónde colocaba mis pertenencias para no confundirlas con los objetos del propietario. Se agradecería un espacio más despejado y dedicado exclusivamente para los huéspedes.
