• Manuel (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip nach Neapel ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen, lässt man die Umgebung aus der Bewertung raus. Vermieter - 2 getrennte Schlafräume, moderne Einrichtung, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Bahnhof ca 15min zu Fuß entfernt Leider aufgrund der Fotos das Appartment ohne Küchenzeile erwischt, war aber "mein" Fehler. Upgrade wurde vom Vermieter angeboten. Bahnhofsviertel bzw Piazza Nazionale sind nicht gerade einladend für Familien.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Pompéi, Herculanum, le centre de Naples ou encore se rendre au port pour aller à Ischia. In prossimità della stazione centrale e servita da mezzi pubblici. Appartamento curato, spazioso e dotato dei servizi necessari. Apprezzata anche l'assistenza del proprietario nel fornire indicazioni precise per accedere alla struttura.

• Razvan (10/5): - Stayed there for two nights. Check in and out went smoothly. The owner was very helpful, helped us with tips and directions. Piazza Nazionale is right at the corner with a lot of shops and actually very very good retsaurants/pizzerias (Oro Bianco and Pellone - soooo good). The connections are good to the center, with the tram and bus station nearby - metro 10-15 min walk. In the apartment, there was nothing missing, all necessary amenities were there. The sewerage of the shower was a bit slow, but for sure this is something that will be solved easily.

Il proprietario, molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze dei clienti ci ha fatto trovare un ombrello per la pioggia , una bottiglia d'acqua e le capsule per la macchinetta del caffè.

• Iris (10/5): Würde beim nächsten Besuch hier wieder übernacht - Super Lage um Neapel zu Fuß zu erkunden. Es ist sehr sauber und nicht zu laut zum Schlafen. Kommunikation war gut mit dem Host.

Il nous a permis de déposer nos baggages avant l'heure d'arrivée et a fait de bonnes recommandations pratiques. Le bloc appartement est facile à trouver avec Google, mais les explications pour accéder à la porte intérieure manquent de clarté.

• Jaqueline (10/5): Wärmstens zu empfehlen 🥰 - Wir 2 erwachsene und 2 Kinder hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Parthenope Luxury House in Neapel. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und obwohl wir die Variante ohne Küche hatten, gab es eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln sowie einen Mini-Kühlschrank. Die Einrichtung war schön und gemütlich, und die Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat sich sowohl vor Ort als auch per WhatsApp um uns gekümmert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Der Hauptbahnhof ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Straßenbahn erreicht man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit der Metro waren wir nur 5 Stationen von der Via Toledo entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars, die uns vom Gastgeber empfohlen wurden. Parkplätze gab es ohne Probleme wir haben uns für den Parkhaus entschieden der genau an der Straße war es kostet 20€ pro Tag und ist Video überwacht. Insgesamt können wir das Parthenope Luxury House nur wärmstens empfehlen!

• Raul (9/5): Un apartament ce te va surprinde - Apartamentul era împărțit în 2, opțiunea Silver si Gold, diferenta dintre cele două fiind bucătăria inclusa pentru opțiunea Gold. In opțiunea Silver in care am stat era suficient spatiu pentru 4 persoane, având două camere, o baie și un hol lung. Apartamentul este modern, cu toate facilitățile de care ai nevoie, foarte confortabil. Amplasamentul apartamentului este unul convenabil, la 10 minute de mers pe jos până la gara centrala, de unde ai avea acces la tren, metro și autobuz către aeroport. Acces foarte facil la autobuze și tramvaie, restaurante și baruri.

• srećko (10/5): - Putujemo cesto i bili smo u puno smjestaja,ovaj smještaj je za svaku pohvalu i preporuku. Apartman je na visokom nivou,luksuzno opremljen,nov i izuzetno cist.lokacija apartmana je odlična i jako dobro je prometno povezana sa centrom grada. Domaćin je jako ljubazan i pristupačan dostupan za bilo kakva pitanja ili bilo kakvu pomoć u gradu. Sve u svemu za svaku preporuku i definitivno ponovni posjet Napulju u ovom smještaju.

Blisko dworzec kolejowy, autobusowy, metro, skąd można pojechać dosłownie wszędzie. Na rogu restauracja z przepyszną pizzą i kawiarnie. Blisko sklep spożywczy i plac zabaw dla dzieci.

• Robert (10/5): Top Unterkunft in Neapel - Die Unterkunft war super modern eingerichtet, es hat uns auch nichts gefehlt. Man hat Klimaanlagen (sehr wichtig für den Sommer in Neapel) und auch sonst alles was man braucht. Der Host ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man wird hier rundum gut versorgt und fühlt sich wohl. An der Lage haben wir auch nichts zu kritisieren. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

• Gina (10/5): Consigliatissimo!!! - Appartamento nuovo, appena ristrutturato, pulito e ben curato soprattutto nei dettagli. La cucina è nuova ed è dotata di tutto il necessario. Le stanze sono grandi e i letti comodi. La posizione è ottima situata a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale, dove puoi raggiungere qualsiasi posto. Sotto casa sono presenti anche le fermate dei bus e tram e per chi viene con l’auto oltre al parcheggio Quick ci sono anche parcheggi con strisce blu. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, sicuramente ci ritornerò.
• Morettini (10/5): Il soggiorno parte benissimo!!! - Eccellente esperienza! Abbiamo alloggiato nella parte "SILVER" (senza cucina), pulizia impeccabile. L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano con ascensore, è completamente ristrutturato ed è composto da 2 ampie camere di cui una con divano-letto (lenzuola, coperte, e forniscono un kit asciugamani viso, doccia, bidet a testa) entrambe con TV ed aria condizionata,, 1 ampio bagno (con asciugacapelli, doccia con box chiuso e kit di cortesia completissimo) ed un corridoio dove era posizionato il minibar (all'arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua liscia e frizzante a disposizione), il bollitore con annesse bustine di tè, camomilla, macchinetta del caffè con relative cialde e una serie di merendine e biscotti. Tutto l'appartamento è coperto dal wifi con connessione in fibra molto veloce. Siamo arrivati in macchina molto facilmente senza dover attraversare nessun varco ZTL. Di fronte il palazzo ci sono 2 parcheggi a pagamento (noi abbiamo lasciato la macchina al Quick con un costo di 20€ al giorno) ma ci sono anche molti parcheggi con strisce blu. Nella piazza di fronte ci sono fermata del tram (421 e 412), fermate degli autobus, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e anche una farmacia H24, Si può arrivare alla stazione centrale di Napoli (dove c'è la metropolitana) anche a piedi con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. Paolo e la moglie, i padroni di casa, sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza! Insomma rapporto qualità/prezzo/comfort/posizione/comodità altissimo. Se dovessimo tornare a Napoli li ricontatteremo sicuramente! Prima dell'ascensore a piano terra è presente una rampa di una decina di scalini che potrebbe rappresentare un ostacolo importante per chi ha difficoltà motorie.

• Giorgio (10/5): Tutto perfetto consiglio vivamente l’appartamento in tutti i suoi confort - Appena rientrato da uno splendido soggiorno a Napoli. L’appartamento e’ nuovissimo e pulito, penso siamo stati tra i primi a soggiornarvi. Ottima l’accoglienza e la gentilezza del proprietario che è stato presente e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta la posizione e’ strategica, essendo ben collegato sia con l’aeroporto che con i mezzi pubblici e a due minuti a piedi della metropolitana, che abbiamo usato per visitare la bellissima città. Ci sono tutti i confort, camere ampie e curate in tutti i particolari, le foto rispecchiano in tutto la bellezza dell’ambiente. A Napoli sicuramente sarà un punto di riferimento per qualsiasi tipologia di alloggio Consigliatissimo Parcheggio quick e i tanti supermercati ristoranti e pizzerie giù al palazzo (comodissimo )
