• Marcin Półrola (10/5): Znakomity apartament i lokalizacja, polecam! - Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Sofii! Lokalizacja naprawdę rewelacyjna — bardzo blisko do przystanków komunikacji miejskiej, dzięki czemu można szybko dostać się do najważniejszych atrakcji miasta. W pobliżu znajduje się również kilka sklepów oraz duży market Fantastico 24, co jest ogromnym plusem szczególnie przy dłuższym pobycie. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, szczególnie kuchnia, w której znajdowało się wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków. Pokoje przestronne, czyste i komfortowe, a łóżka bardzo wygodne — po całym dniu zwiedzania można było naprawdę dobrze odpocząć. Na plus także spokojna okolica, bezproblemowe zameldowanie oraz świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Całość sprawiła, że pobyt był bardzo komfortowy i bez stresu. Zdecydowanie polecam każdemu, kto szuka wygodnego noclegu w dobrej lokalizacji w Sofii!

Домакините се бяха погрижили да имаме достатъчно завивки и възглавници, и т.н. Едно единствено нещо не ми хареса- в гардероба на спалнята имаше мухлясала завивка, за съжаление минавайки покрай него се усещаше миризма.

• Olga (5/5): Επαρκής - Καλή τοποθεσία και καθαρά παπλώματα, ζεστό διαμέρισμα, διέθετε καφετιέρα με κάψουλες Διαφορά μεταξύ των φωτογραφιών και την πραγματικής εικόνας του καταλύματος, κάποιες πρίζες ήταν ξηλωμένες, το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας δε λειτουργούσε, ήμασταν 5 άτομα και είχε σεντόνια μόνο για ένα κρεβάτι.

• Ludwig (10/5): - The apartment was at a good location, close to the metro, buses, trams and NDK. The host was very kind and made us feel welcome, we had a lovely time there. I’d definitely recommend this accommodation. Everything was alright.

• Silvia (8/5): Perfect location, modest interior - Excellent location, very convenient and easy access with a key lock box. The apartment is bright and sunny, very clean, with good curtains and a comfortable bed. The kitchen corner has everything needed for a short stay, and there is also a high table. There are all stuf you need in a bathroom too. Great thanks for these. However, the apartment looks more luxurious in the photos than in reality. Thats affects the first impression, and the bathroom is quite small.

• Sanita (10/5): - We stayed overnight in Sofia and, after checking Booking.com, chose the cheapest option as we didn’t want anything expensive. We were pleasantly surprised. The location was close to the city centre, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed, including toiletries such as shower gel. There was even some tinned food, which seemed to have been left by the owner — a pleasant surprise, although not needed. We woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the next day’s adventure. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you. All went really well, thank you.

• Sonja (8/5): We recommend the property to those that travel by bus, train or plane. - Great location, easy communication with the host, the apartment is nicely equipped. Beside the location the main reason of chosing this apartment was announced parking lot at Booking profile. The true was that the parking is not available and we had to use parking nearby which was extremely expensive, 2EUR per hour, 24hours per day, without possibility of paying per day. Parking on the street is limited to 2h. Also the bathroom needs renovation.

• Melissa (10/5): A small, quiet stay in busy Sofia - It is just 10 minutes away from the centre. Quiet place away from crowds and noise. Clean and enough for a short getaway.

• Keune (9/5): - Nice location, near the park and inner city. Quiet area, you can hear the neighbours but they go to bed early, so no noise. 2 bedrooms, so perfect when you are travelling with a kid. Good value for money. The shower was great, nice hot water. Good wifi. No microwave and the vacuumcleaner was broken. My kid didnt like the artwork in the small bedroom.

• Diana (3/5): Will not stay there again - The location is very convenient. The shower was full of mold, the toilet wasnt flashing, the towels were smelly. Also we tried to use the washing machine and didnt work either.
• Beatrice (4/5): Gruselige Wohnung - Das Bad war nicht nur winzig, sondern in der Dusche total verschimmelt. Die Wohnung war staubig und sehr dunkel, irgendwie gruselig. Das Schloss der Wohnungstür ließ sich sehr schlecht öffnen. Wir hatten auf unserem Road Trip durch Bulgarien sehr viele schöne Unterkünfte, aber diese hat nicht dazugehört. Sehr schade!

• KONSTANTINOS (10/5): - Great location, in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Sofia. Spacy enough for a 5 member family. Nice decoration. Very clean and tidy. Fully equipped kitchen with necessary products. Overall a well cared appartement. The streets nearby aren't lighted enough so at night is a little bit scary. There is no elevator in the building, but the appartement is in the first floor. The sleaping pillars could be better. Some shower products would be nice to have.
• Toarta (6/5): - Apartament foarte curat și confortabil. Deși poziționat în centru se află într-o zonă foarte liniștită. Atenție pentru ceilalți car doresc să vina, la această proprietate, sunt probleme cu parcarea! Deși în condițiile rezervării scrie că parcarea poate fi rezervată cu plată, acest lucru nu a fost posibil de a fi făcut , desi înainte de a veni am solicitat în acest scop suportul proprietarului. Plata parcării poate fi făcută la fiecare două ore și aici începe istoria. Poți plăti prin SMS doar daca ai un SIM bulgăresc, aplicațiile existente ale municipalității sunt preponderent în bulgară și nu merg. Deși până la urmă am achitat parcarea prin aplicație și am avut dovada plățiii, oricum am fost blocați și amendați. Am incercat să contactam proprietarul, dar nu ne-a răspuns. Rezolvarea situației ne-a luat din timpul dedicat vizitării orașului și ne-a lăsat un gust amar.
• Anastasiia (10/5): Ми з родиною в захваті від помешкання, будемо в майбутньому також тут бронювати. - У цьому помешканні все чудово! Гарний ремонт. Достатньо місця. Все продумано. Є рушники, постіль. Є зубні пасти, мило, засоби для миття посуду, посуд, каструлі. На кухні все необхідне, щоб готувати. Є пралка, є великий холодильник. Капсульна кавоварка, і капсули для смачної ранкової кави. Заселитись можна в зручний для тебе момент, адже для цього не потрібно чекати господаря. Просто забираєш ключі з сейфу. Помешкання в самому центрі. Єдине, що можна відмітити, хоча це дрібниці, дуже тверді подушки. Але це вже на смак кожного, комусь таке подобається.

• Eric Gkikas (8/5): Nice apartment but needs more care - -Apartment looks good, nice decor, tidy and clean. -Host's instructions was clear and was easy to enter. -There is air-condition only in the living room, was hard to sleep because was hot on the day we arrived. -We booked as a group of 4 but there was only 3 beds ready, we had to prep the 4th bed(we forgot from the photos that the single bed can be open so it can become a double bed so we prep the sofa, but why it wasn't already open?). -In one of the rooms with a single bed there wasn't any curtains(but on the photos they had curtains) so sun woke me up, also i could hear the air-condition fan from outside. -We've read from the comments that there is a yard with a parking? I saw the yard but was full of cars, even our motorbikes couldn't fit.

• Peter (9/5): Empfehlenswert / gern wieder - Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Man bekommt die Anweisungen dazu am Vortag. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man so wirklich braucht. Die Lage ist super. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Enrico (5/5): Potrebbe essere migliore con poco - posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare la città, più o meno 30 minuti a piedi e sei al centro dove trovi tutte le attrazioni più importanti La cosa che più non mi è piaciuta è la totale assenza di biancheria da letto o come la intendiamo noi Italiani lenzuola federe e eventuali coperte pulite da cambiare ad ogni cliente, la struttura usa una sorta di sacco formato da un piumino ricoperto da un simil lenzuolo riposto sotto il letto che non ti da la sensazione di pulizia che darebbero lenzuola e coperte, oltretutto nel letto matrimoniale sono singoli. Il bagno come metratura è paragonabile a quello di un aereo. Non capisco i voti dati dagli altri recensori probabilmente il metodo di giudizio è un po improvvisato

• Milind (7/5): It was an okay stay. Beds can be a bit more comfortable - Property was good and clean. Lot of big and small grocery store nearby. All the amenities are present in the house as mentioned in the description. Parking space is hard to find in the location as its always full. Also there are lot of damage marks in the property which makes things look bad

Nice quiet street overnight, quiet apartment block. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom smelled like stale urine, dusty plastic flowers, and holed tiles in the shower. The main bed was very lumpy and creaky, the curtain pole was not secured on the wall. Small easily fixable things.

• STEVE (9/5): Nous avons bcp apprécié l'appartement chaleureux et confortable. - L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est joliment décoré, spacieux. Les fenêtres sont doubles vitrees, ce qui isole bien du bruit et du froid. Le frigo est grand. Il y a suffisamment de meubles pour ranger les habits. Les lits sont confortables. Il n'y a pas de micro ondes. C'était regrettable Il n'y a pas d ascenseur mais l'appartement se situe a un étage et demi.
