Mark (2/5): Sloppy set up - Unable to contact host before checkin. SMS txt service they offered post check in did not work. On arrival window open to a frozen apartment in the middle of a freezing weather period. TV and Coffee machine did not work. Less than half a roll of toilet paper in apartment left to use. Small size towels had a musty smell on them as if not dried properly. Was charged 2 times on my credit card by them for the stay. Very poor.
