• John (10/5): Superb in every way - Location, facilities inside apartment. Every appliance was "top of the range" and worked as expected. The balcony area was superb with wonderful views towards the sea. Owner who went above and beyond when we had a nont accommodation related problem. We stayed for three/four days and we honestly never wanted to leave. Great place and genuinely will re-book this first class apartment. Leaving, simply loved the place

• Jiri (9/5): - Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt in der Fußgängerzone und nahe dem kleinen romantischen Uferweg. Direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich Restaurants, welche eine angenehme Atmosphäre und leckeres Essen bieten. 5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt- also ein sehr zentraler Standort! Die Betten waren sehr angenehm, es gibt einen großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich. Alles war sehr sauber! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Vlaho war unkompliziert, da wir verspätet ankamen waren wir sehr froh, dass wir uns mit ihm so schnell austauschen konnten. Wir durften sogar am Abreisetag länger im Appartement bleiben- ein tolles Entgegenkommen! Im Stiegenhaus riecht es etwas unangenehm- aber dort hält man sich auch nicht lange auf.

• Pamela (9/5): Stunning apartment, great location - The location is perfect. Nestled in a pedestrian area surrounded by restaurants and bars. There is such a lovely buzz when sitting outside on the balcony. No loud music blaring just the hum of people enjoying the area. A short walk down the hill to Sunset Beach or uphill to the bus stop which takes you directly to the Old Town. Three lovely bedrooms, one with en-suite and a really spacious living and dining area. The online photos don't do this apartment justice! Everything is provided, except tea towels! With a washing machine, tumble dryer and airer, you can soon wash and dry your beach towels. We were welcomed to the apartment with wine and chocolates, what a treat. Communication between myself and the host was great. Dubrovnik is a wonderful holiday destination and I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay. ermmm that's tricky. Maybe some instructions in English of how to use the cooker would have been a bonus. Oh, and there isn't a toaster!

Very well presented,clean and well equipped. Host was friendly and was always available if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here. 10 out of 10.

• Máté (10/5): 10/10 stay - hosted by Vlaho - Wonderful brand-new-feel apartment, hosted by Vlaho who had only one priority: to make our vacation as relaxing as possible - great communication with the outmost flexibility. Apartment with parking close to a local beach and some cafes / breakfast places / chill bars downstairs. Dubrovnik Old Town <10mins by uber. No issue, just to note: no elevator (2nd floor)

• Barry (10/5): Excellent - Enough said! - Vlaho, the Host was amazing with some great tips and was able to help us with what we thought was an impossible booking for our Anniversary to Panorama....but he got the best table in the restaurant for us. Amazing host, amazing apartment. No Toaster, but spoke to Vlaho and he got one for all future guests.
• Frances (9/5): Very nice resort apartment in Dubrovnik - Vlaho is so helpful in coordinating the check in & check out process, since we need to contact him for every entry & exit of the car park, it’s very thankful that he is always around. The unit is well located, we can take bus 6 to reach Pile Gate, bus frequency in every 15mins, no worry about the expensive parking fee in old town. Apartment is nicely renovated, with air con in every room & sitting area, open kitchen is well equipped, we can cook simple breakfast & dinner as we wish. The unit is next to the beach, easy to grab your goggles in anytime. Also, supermarket, cafe, restaurants, ice cream shop are downstairs, no worry of our diets. We most enjoy the breakfast time in the balcony. We stayed during 4-7 June 2025, the weather is a bit hot, we need to ask extra help to dispose the rubbish or odd smell will be unavoidable. Again , Vlaho is always helpful in fixing the issue without delay. One little thing is that there is a platform for the open kitchen, we need to have a step up to reach the kitchen, it’s easy to overlook & fell down.

The steps into the bedrooms can be a bit slippery and they caught us all by surprise. Having one more pillow each would have been great too, but honestly it was a great stay.

• Gabi (10/5): Perfect location and well equipped - Modern and spacey apartment, very clean and equipped with high class appliances, dishes, bedding and towels. The location is superb - five minutes to the beach and a beautiful walkway along the coast, in the middle of a pedestrian zone with many cafes and restaurants. The windows and terrace doors are well insulated so noise is no problem. The free parking space in a garage nearby is a nice touch when you're travelling by car. If you're not - a bus stop towards the old town is just five minutes away as are bakery and supermarket. Nothing - it was a perfect stay!

Walking district,, a lot of bars and restaurants. All in all, excellent accommodation, highly recommended.
• CHRISTOPHER (10/5): - A great stay near the beach and many restaurants. Highly recommended and away from the tourist chaos at the old town. The number 6 bus takes you to and from Pile Gate. Apartment is newly renovated with internet access and air conditioning. Host is helpful and informative.
