- Benjamin (9/5): We enjoyed a great stay! - The parking was a little confusing at first. Our apartment was in building C, but parking entry is at the bottom of building B. Signage could be clearer to indicate parking entry is for all buildings.

Good amount of hanging space and nice room size High charge of $150 for cleaning included in the rental price when then property was not cleaned adequately previously. Details can be given on request. No toaster or dish drainer provided with inadequate lighting the dark kitchen bench. Items needing maintenance.

- Leonard (8/5): Very comfortable stay in a modern clean apartment. - Very comfortable apartment. Everything was clean and ready for us. The building is new and modern. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the trees and park. All furnishings including beds are new and clean. Appreciated the secure parking space. Quiet building, close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again. Communication with the host at the start was poor, he was supposed to contact me the evening before with instructions, although he approved an early check-in, we didn't hear from him unit early afternoon. After that initial experience, we found the host to be good to deal with.
As mentioned by other guests, the master bedroom shower drain definitely needs to be dealt with. The water builds up and leaks out onto the floor.

- Novindarjit (10/5): A nice and comfortable apartment. - Everything about the property is good. It was clean and spacious. It is also located near the tram station and made getting to the city convenient. There are also a lot of shops and supermarkets nearby. The host also provided timely and clear instructions about checking in and out of the property. Will book again when we visit Melbourne again. All good. None.

- Annette (8/5): A comfortable apartment at a competitive rate, in a convenient location. - The property was clean & furniture of good quality especially the bed which was excellent- much appreciated after travelling a great distance! The host contacted us & made sure we had all we needed and was available if needed but did not ‘hassle’ us in any way. He was a very gracious host. There was opened food in the cupboard from previous guests, however this was a minor issue.

- Stacey (8/5): Comfortable stay and handy location. - The apartment was in a good location, beds were comfortable and the added bonuses, such as juice, water and eggs in the fridge and staple pantry items was a nice touch. Good secure undercover parking. The second bedroom not having solid walls, our daughter is autistic and is very sensitive to noise, the sliding doors don't block out any noise so we couldn't really watch the TV or have the lights on in the living area as it lit up her room too much.

Nice clean apartment in a modern complex. Comfy electrically adjusted bed. Secure car park onsite. Tram stop and woolies both within short distances. Only one set of keys and limited crockery but that's not an issue for majority of the time.
- Lord (8/5): Good value for money and location ideal for our intended purposes. - There was a lovely aroma in the unit as part of the cleaner's process. Good quality toilet paper - perhaps not considered important by some but some places have appalling toilet paper.
Other than issues raised, it's a spacious unit with good access to shops/supermarket and tram and bus access right outside. It is very good value for money There were a number of issues that should be addressed:
Plug hole in shower needs to be cleaned out. It is clogged and water was not draining.
Tap handle on vanity broken - kept falling off
Fridge not emptied - food in fridge from previous occupant
Rubbish from previous occupant still in rubbish bin, and rubbish on floor under the bed.
It's a 3 bedroom apartment but only two chairs, one bowl even though numerous plates and cutlery.
