• Victoria (1/5): fraudulent, don't waste your time. - Terrible communication. We didn't even get to stay here. Property has ghosted us when we have tried to check in, then we have tried to contact for a refund and getting no reply!! Tried to contact via booking and just got an automated email and tried to call via whatsapp. Even had a local stop in the street to try and help us and she couldn't get onto the owners either. Absolutely no communication regarding check in and for tourists travelling to Naples, don't pick this location, we are out of pocket for this accommodation and the emergency accomodation we've had to rebook.
• Darren (8/5): Very good - Good location with in easy walking distance of the centre. Clean, secure and quiet, with a good spa bath and a balcony Could do with a cup or a glass for drinks, or even coffee making facilities, and a bin in the main room
• Valdermeyder (8/5): Long week in Napoli - Calm location 15 min from the main transportation hub of Napoli. Very responsive owners who tried to fix all our complaints. Clean, newly renovated rooms and kitchen. Really big bathroom with good quality cosmetics and many towels. Modern and silent conditioning system. Kitchen where you can make food for yourself. Relatively good restaurants, cafes and many small supermarkets around. The neighborhood is pretty dirty but it's common for Napoli unfortunately. View from the room was on the street but with garbage bins right across the street which is collected almost each night that creates sine noise. Even the bathroom has jacuzzi it was barely usable because of the limited amount of hot water from the boiler. Kitchen missed free things like proper knifes (we were told it's not safe to keep them in the assortment) and cutting board. Some of the pillows are too tight to sleep well on them. Only one chair in the three person room.
