• Ainhoa (3/5): Limpio y espacioso pero con ruido de tren constante - El alojamiento está limpio y es bastante amplio, tiene todo lo que necesitas. Desafortunadamente está al lado de una vía de tren por lo que escuchas pasar al tren cada dos minutos. Es por lo que mi puntuación es tan baja. Cuando viajo priorizo descansar bien y en este apartamento hay ruido constante.

• 박 (10/5): 최고의 숙소! - 사진보다 숙소가 훨씬 좋았습니다. 사진을 바꿔야 할듯. 체크인도 너무 쉬웠고 필요한 게 다 준비되어 있었어요. 칫솔도 있고 프라이팬도 있었어요. 세탁기도 있고 세제까지 있습니다. 그리고 숙박요금 대비 너무너무 넓은게 특장점. 바로 앞에 큰 슈퍼도 있고 편의점도 2개나 있고, 옆에 일본식 햄버거집, 회전초밥집이 1분컷으로 있습니다. 걸어서 5분 이내에 전철역이 2개나 있어서 어디든 가기가 좋네요. 특히 호스트님 응대가 초 빠릅니다. 다음엔 장박하고 싶습니다.
• house (10/5): 시설 깔끔하고 교통편리하고 좋습니다 - 교통편이 편리합니다 숙소가격도 저렴해서 다음에는 일주일정도 숙박해볼까합니다 난까이선과 지하철2개가 있어서 여기저기 이동하기가 좋았습니다 방도 넓고 깨끗합니다 근처에 대형마트가있는데 저녁에 할인해서 이것저것사다가 해먹기도 편하네요 강추입니다!!
• Yu Jiang (1/5): Too noisy! Each 30 sec. trains pass by!! - The location is close to the station and some restaurants by as convenient. The room is clean with a round table and plugs able for working. This is the most impressive experience I have for traveling in Japan. The room is close to nan-hai line and about 30 sec. would be passing a train by!! It is almost impossible for you to work or rest in the room until midnight the train service stops. The host has many rooms. Remember to ask for a room away from the train otherwise it would be difficult for you to work or sleep during the day. Also, the host should deploy specific doors to isolate the noise! This is unbelievable for my traveling experience in Japan.
• Van Cleeves (8/5): I had a great overall experience. The best thing about the place was the host. Very responsive, respectful and helpful. - The location was great. Very central. The building was very quiet and clean. Netflix. Cooker. Washing machine. The host. The walls are thin. No dryer (but there’s a launderette around the corner). Very plain room (no colour, everything white). The Covid sign in the bathroom and the ‘don’t cook meet or fish’ sign in the kitchen were not very pleasant to look at.
• Chenghung (9/5): - 地點非常好，距離天下茶屋站與岸里站都非常近，步行都五分鐘內，前往機場或是鬧區都非常方便。房內設備相當完備，洗衣機、簡易廚房等，周邊也有大型超市跟超商，非常適合短期居留的旅客。房內陳設極簡美觀，大樓環境整潔維護都很好，住起來非常舒服。我自己先前住過同一棟的另外一個兩張單人床房型，都非常值得推薦。 因為距離車站非常近，雖然使用雙層氣密隔音窗但還是會有輕微震動跟聲響，如果非常淺眠的旅客可以稍微斟酌權衡。

• Eimear (8/5): Very nice but could be improved - The location was wonderful. The apartment was also spacious and bright. The heating system was very effective to combat the cold. The kitchen was quite dirty and had not been cleaned or even wiped from previous cooking, as there was grime and splatters present. I had to wipe dirt from the counter top and stove before I used it, as well as cleaning some dishes properly. There was basic cooking utensils but no knife so I was unable to cook the meal that I had bought ingredients for, as I was unable to chop vegetables and meat and it was a public holiday, so no shops open. There was also a lack of available plugs near the bed, as there were many cables already plugged into the sole plug under the TV.

Окна комнаты выходят на железную дорогу и всегда слышны поезда, в окно светит яркий билборд - нужно занавешивать окно, чтобы спать. При оплате номера на троих человек персонал (один из них ребенок 5 лет), персонал предложил два одеяла на всех и отказался предоставить третье.

• Jisun (9/5): - 위치가 역 바로 옆이라서 이동이 편하고, 서민 동네라서 야끼토리나 오뎅집 같은 곳의 가격도 적당하고 맛있습니다. 바로 옆에 kura sushi도 있어서 쉽게 입장해서 먹었습니다. 마트도 많네요. 장기 숙박의 경우 수건을 교체하는게 어렵습니다. 기본적으로 아파트를 빌려주시는 것이라 따로 관리자가 중간에 찾아오지 않습니나. 그러나 sns로 요청하면 곧바로 응답이 와서 해결되긴 합니다.

Great location near the trainstation which also has a direct line to Kansai airport. Easy access to main tourist spots and lots of convenience stores and a small supermarket over the road.

• Yiding (10/5): Great place to stay to explore Osaka city life - The location is great, very close to underground stations and a range of convenient stores. The room is clean and organised, and facililties clean and fully functional. The instructions to check-in and check-out. The hotel is a little too close to the metro line. The noise was not too much but enough to distrupt sleep.

Checkin is 16:00 and check out 10:00 a.m. i travel around world and never ever see this sh!t time. because they want to save money so host also is housekeeper. if you check out late they charge 1000/h. their attitude not good. don’t even know an English word. no receptionist so customer need to do everything. • Fan (6/5): For three persons, double check the bed arrangement details with the owner before you book it. - Location is close to train station. A very old apartment, need some urgent upgrade and renovation. Two types of units available, one is 28 m2 with one double bed, another is 30 m2(to be confirmed) with two king single beds. The owner has a futon in the closet, but in my opinion the apartment and the facilities in it is not up for three adults.

• Arshiraya (10/5): Exceptional - The room is very big compare to others and it is very cozy. There is a kitchen and many closet. The owner is very nice and helpful with traveller. Easy to get to the metro and get around and many convenience store and restaurant. Recommended! 🫶🏻👍

• Oc (9/5): Fantastic accommodation and host, great value for the price. - This is a really nice property in a location close to public transport, a supermarket and places to eat. The first thing I'll mention is about the host who was VERY quick to respond to any query or issue we had, a pleasure to deal with. The accommodation itself is also very nice, simple to check in and out, very safe and secure property, super large room by Japanese standards, perfect for a short or long stay (we stayed 7 nights) Comfortable beds, great air conditioning, huge TV (with Netflix) decent WiFi, nice bathroom, free washing facilities. I would strongly recommend staying at this accomodation, if we stayed in Osaka again, we would chose to stay here. There were no real negatives from our stay, if we had an issue big or small it was resolved by the host as quickly as possible.
• Priska (9/5): Good for value, great location - The location’s pretty convenient, not too far from station, direct line to Namba and Kansai Airport. There was a sign in front of the building so self check-in procedure was smooth. Spacious enough for 2 people. Another detail, the hairdryer provided is great and strong unlike other places. Nothing in particular.

• Khairul (9/5): Superb - The location is very convenient, close to multiple restaurants, convenience stores and a supermarket across the street. 2 train stations nearby for travel. The room is kept clean, with entertainment like Netflix, YouTube etc using the television. Great parking location and rate if you decide to drive there. The staff replying to my messages were very helpful. The kitchen sink has a low water pressure for some reason, but the water for the bathroom works just fine. If you are more than 120kg, the bed will creak if you move so do be careful.

• Laura (8/5): Nice place - Near a metro station and trainstation. Balcony, smart tv, kitchen and laundry machine included. Spacious and overall excellent for a longer stay It was hard finding the right location on google maps, later we used the map on booking.com, which shows a different location (the correct one). Sound of the trains when the window is open is loud, but not to bad during the night with window closed. I believe there is not staircase, only an elevator to take you to the right floor. No night light, we used the tv for some dimmed light in the evening.

• Ping (10/5): Comfortable place! Will recommend this place. - You can get good rest, cook, do laundry. Got everything inside the house. Self check in so no need to worry the check in time. The price is a little bit expensive.
