• Federica (8/5): Viaggio di compleanno - L'accoglienza, persone molto gentili...e l'ambiente, pulito ed ospitale...e in posizione ottima per girare Roma di giorno e di sera, ha le fermate fuori dal portone...per arrivare lì, per l'andata e ritorno dalla stazione centrale. Ci ritorneremo...lo teniamo come nostro punto di riferimento a Roma.

There were some issues, such as the WiFi not working, and not being repaired, some of the electric sockets being non-functional, the bedsheets being wet and sticky on the first day – something anyone who would be making the bed must have noticed... they changed them, which we appreciated, but it took us a few text messages and then about half an hour of waiting for someone to get there and since we wanted to go to bed, it was very inconvenient. Also the door to the bathroom would not close properly. And despite my paying for an extra guest, we never received even a second pair of towels (and after my texts the host claimed they gave it to us, which we did not recall). So this makes me wonder what I was supposed to pay for an extra €50/day for my partner. I understand it's the price online but since I was already booking the whole apartment for myself, it's not like anyone else could have used the apartment anyway when I was staying there, and there was no additional service provided for my partner.

• filippo (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno per posizione/qualità/prezzo - Appartamento pulitissimo, arredamento nuovo, completo di tutto (manca solo la lavatrice per renderlo assolutamente perfetto) e ad un prezzo ragionevole. Materasso e cuscini comodissimi. In dotazione anche una cassaforte per custodire eventuali valori. Ottima posizione, servito da ristoranti bar ecc.. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la fermata della metro "Ottaviano" ma, ancora meglio, proprio di fronte si trova la fermata del bus 70 che ti consente di arrivare a piazza del popolo, piazza navona e stazione termini. Buona la comunicazione con l'host. Ci tornerei sicuramente. E' gia stato scritto da altri che trattasi di un seminterrato per cui la mattina, se avete il sonno leggero, potreste essere disturbati dal rumore del traffico o dei passanti. Personalmente viaggio sempre con i tappi per le orecchie proprio per non incorrere in inconvenienti simili. Potrei consigliare alla proprietà di renderli disponibili quale gesto di cortesia assieme alle altre dotazioni dell'immobile.

Il est d'une propreté irréprochable, il y a bien de l'espace, le lit est confortable. Malgré un petit manque de luminosité, on s'y sent bien. Je reprendrai ce logement sans hésiter. J'aurais aimé avoir un petit canapé et un four à micro-ondes, mais ce n'est que du détail, cela ne m'a pas contrarié plus que ça.

• Matias (9/5): Excelente ubicación, todo correcto - Excelente ubicación, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Faltaban paños de cocina y papel de baño.
• Gabriele (6/5): - Die Lage war recht gut nordwestlich in Laufdistanz zur Metro Ottaviano. Die Wohnung war sauber. Es ist eine Keller-/Souterrain-Wohnung, sie war auch bei warmem Wetter kalt. Das angegebene Einzelbett ist eine Bett-Schublade unter dem Doppelstockbett mit einer dünnen Schaumstoffmatratze, man hätte allerdings kaum Platz in dem Zimmer, um darin schlafen zu können. Es müssten alle um das Bett herumbalancieren. Als ich das Ladegerät meines Handy in der Küche einstöpseln wollte, ist die Abdeckung der Steckdose abgefallen und mir kam die Steckdose entgegen. Da in der Wohnung mehr Betten waren, als ich allein brauchte, habe ich bei 5 Betten drei Mitreisenden angeboten, auch dort zu schlafen. Hätte ich nicht machen sollen, denn das war für die sehr teuer. Sie mussten pro Nacht 60 Euro pro Person zahlen, also insgesamt zahlten wir 225 Euro pro Nacht plus 4 x 6 Euro Übernachtungssteuer, vor allem für die Person, die oben im Doppelstockbett geschlafen hat.

• Gross (8/5): Es war sehr schön und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat gut gepasst 😊 - Die Lage war super, nur wenige Minuten vom Vaticano entfernt und mit der nahen U-Bahnstation konnten wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen Da es sich um eine Kellerwohnung gehandelt hat, hat uns die Aussicht ein wenig gefehlt. Eine kleine sitzcouch würde die Küche gemütlicher machen 😊

Ci sono due camere, una con letto matrimoniale e una con letto a castello. Il letto matrimoniale era molto comodo. La cucina è spaziosa e ha i fornelli a induzione. Posizione ottima e a buon prezzo. L'appartamento è situato nel seminterrato e la vista non è certo delle migliori. Per poter arrivare all'appartamento dal livello strada c'è una mezza rampa a salire e una rampa e mezzo a scendere, senza ascensore. Bagno stretto e lungo. Struttura non accessibile a chi è in carrozzella

• Nicolás José (9/5): Muy buen alojamiento cerca del Vaticano. - Muy bien localizado, a 6 min del Vaticano. La zona está llena de sitios donde comer y el barrio es agradable para pasear. Hay metro y bus cerca. Las habitaciones son modernas y grandes, incluso más grandes que en la foto. Me hubiera gustado que la cocina fuera más completa, con un microondas o alguna sartén. Al final no cocinamos ninguna comida en ella porque nos veíamos limitados.

Gentilissima la proprietaria dell'appartamento, dimostratasi super disponibile in caso di bisogno. Da ritornarci sicuramente, consigliatissimo.
• anna (8/5): Ottima struttura e posizione fantastica. - La struttura si trova all’interno di un palazzo a due passi dai Musei Vaticani. L’appartamento è pulitissimo e accogliente, la cucina è fornita di stoviglie, elettrodomestici funzionanti, detersivi per ogni evenienza. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile, davvero molto garbato. Gli infissi non sono insonorizzati e non si chiudono perfettamente, anche con le tapparelle abbassate si sentivano i rumori esterni provenienti dalla strada. Basterebbe sistemarli per rendere la struttura da 10 e lode. Tutto sommato, comunque, per posizione, pulizia e servizi è tra le migliori sistemazioni di cui abbia usufruito nei miei pernottamenti a Roma. Soggiornerò sicuramente in questa struttura anche nei viaggi futuri.
