• Anđelka (9/5): - Super lokacija, oba bračna kreveta i svi jastuci izvrsni. Posteljina /savršena...Domaćin susretljiv i super, laka, jednostavna komunikacija i dogovor. Nedostaje ormar, vješalice ili nešto treće gdje bi se mogla staviti odjeća. Gosti moraju računati da će odjeću morati držati isključivo u kuferu a kada je to 4 osobe onda to nije jednostavno.

Roberto ,siamo stati davvero bene .Distanza dall’aeroporto circa un’ora di metropolitana e 40 mi - Casa piccola ma confortevole e accogliente , completa di tutto il necessario e l’occorrente per una vacanza di 4 giorni con famiglia.Host molto disponibile . La casa disponeva di biancheria, stoviglie è tutto il necessario. Pulita e accogliente. Piumone molto caldo e letti comodissimi. Tutto raggiungibile con circa 40 minuti con i mezzi di trasporto, nelle zone limitrofe. Città favolosa , sicura e gente disponibile. Le panche per mangiare le ho trovate pratiche ma scomode per alzarsi, dovendo tutte le volte scavalcare mia figlia per alzarmi a prendere la roba.

• SandraMSilva (9/5): Optima estadia - O apartamento era muito bom e a cozinha e casa de banho tinham todas as comodidades. Proximo do SuperCor e do Mercadona (6 minutos a pé). Apesar de o apartamento parecer fragil (no que toca a janelas) não ouvimos barulhos. Tudo estava optimo.

• julio agustin (9/5): - Las instalaciones. No falta nada. Incluso tiene lavarropas y lavavajilla, cafetera con capsulas, etc. impecable. Que se escuchan los movimientos de otros deptos. Sobre todo el de arriba.(estabamos en planta baja).las conversaciones de quien pasa x la vereda. Y el que no tenga una ventana q se pueda abrir para ventilar. Tenes q prender el aire si o si. Lo del parking libre....mmmm deja q desear, ya q como en todos lados no hay lugar para estacionar. Y el descampado q esta cerca....hay gente viviendo en carpas....no da mucha seguridad q digamos.

• Ctibor (10/5): Very good accomodation. - Nice,clean and well equipped apartment. Perhaps harder to find parking around but not impossible and quite safe. Around 20min to reach beach area and do some basic grocery shopping so all in all good value and comfortable stay for family or friends.

• Artsmart (10/5): Exceptional - Very good apartments for rest. Everything is very clean, comfortable. Mattresses on the beds are comfortable. There is everything you need for cooking. Full-fledged large refrigerator, washing machine, everything works. Two air conditioners are a big plus in the hot season! The apartments are quiet, it is comfortable to sleep. We all really liked it!

This apartment consists of a street-facing locale, and opening the windows is not always an option. Air inside can be a bit stale. Fortunately, there isn’t much traffic in front of the apartment.

I felt a bit isolated It was almost always faster to walk to the center (about 30-40 mins) rather than taking the public transport Poorly isolated in terms of noise: you even hear crickets outside Poorly isolated in terms of temperature: we were ok as long as air conditioning was on

• Nicol (9/5): Superb - It's a great place for exploring the city, close to bus stops and metro stations. It is more spacious than it seems to be at the fotos. The windows can't be fully opened, so it's a bit hard to get fresh air to the apartment. However there's AC, so it's not that bad.

It was very clean. It was quiet after 11:00pm every night even though it was on the ground floor. I never heard any of the neighbors. Nothing.

• Marie (9/5): Superb - Well appointed apartment for a few days in Valencia. Good transport service to the city centre. We used the metro. Selection of supermarkets, bars, and restaurants close by. There is a bike rental shop around the corner. Roberto gave us instructions for the key and was available if we had any queries. We would stay again and would recommend this apartment, which is exactly as seen in the pictures. . Everything was good, and we had no issues.

• Tomislav (9/5): Superb - Nicely arranged apartment with everything you need just as shown on the photographs. Although is not in the center, it’s not so far away and the neighbourhood is pretty quiet. Within 10-15 minutes you can go everywhere. Also, the means of city transportation are very close. Apartment was clean and easy to find with the instructions of the owner. Maybe the bed was a little hard but that depends on each person preferences. The two AC were more than enough in the winter but the top bed gets more warm air than the one below.
