• Toghrul (10/5): Perfect - My stay at Avantgarde Urban Levent Hotel was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful - especially Hasan who was working during the night when we had a check in, also Burhan Zeynep and Umut who helped us on next day. Location is very well if you travel to/from Istanbul Airport also you can easily reach to Besiktas, Ortakoy or Bebek where you can take a ferry and go to Asian side. We have missed our free spa entry received from booking but I am looking forward to try it as well at Avantgarde Hotel next time we are in Istanbul.

• Apostol (7/5): Good value for money, nothing spectacularly good or bad - Location was perfect as we were in the area for a concert in Zorlu PSM. Staff were professional and kind. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent and the hotel is good value for money. The bathroom/shower had some wear and tear, I was surprised that the TV wasn't a smart one as the hotel appears new. The room wasn't very well lit and didn't get much sunlight.

Направи престоя ни много приятен. Благодарности и на Хасан и Серкан. Обслужването беше на много високо ниво! Ако ни се наложи отново да посетим Истанбул, бихме отседнали отново тук!

• Cem Umut (9/5): Great Stay - Highly Recommended - This was our 5th stay here. We keep coming here, because the location is great, close to big malls and metro/metrobus/bus stations. The room is clean, comfortable and has all amenities you may need. WiFi is fast and stable. All staff is very friendly and helpful. They solve everything quickly. Special thanks to Ismail, Burhan and Umut for their hospitality and kindness. There is NOTHING that I did not like. As an improvement area: The room and bathroom has a dim lighting, which i have observed also in my previous stays. It would be better if the illumination would be brighter.

• Igor (7/5): - Завтрак отличный, очень чистенький отель. Очень отзывчивый персонал отеля, готовый всегда помочь по любому вопросу, особо отмечу сотрудников Bulhar, Zeynep и Ismail. Вода при заезде была в количестве двух бутылок, потом почему-то клали всего по 1 шт(. На завтраке можно было взять еще по бутылке воды в дорогу. Удобное расположение с точки зрения передвижения на метро (пешком 5-6 минут), а также Зорла центр - 15 минут. Расположение рядом с загруженными шоссе, шум, пыль и выхлопные газы круглосуточно, окно невозможно открыть даже ночью. Очень неудобные подушки, первый раз такие вижу, матрас тоже на 3 балла из 5-ти. Качество полотенец, туалетной бумаги соответствует двух-трех звездочному отелю. Спа расположен в подвале, замкнутое пространство без окон, в котором пахнет сыростью. Ни на этажах, ни в фитнес центре, ни в спа нет кулеров с водой.

• Iuliia (9/5): I would definitely recommend this hotel. - We stayed at this hotel with our adult son while visiting Istanbul for a concert at Zorlu Centre, which is just a few minutes’ walk away. The location is great - close to Gayrettepe metro station, making it very easy to get both to the airport and to the city center. There’s also a Carrefour market and several pharmacies nearby (which, unfortunately, we happened to need). Despite being on a busy main road, the room was very quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. The blackout curtains and comfortable beds ensured a great night’s sleep. The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed - hairdryer, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. When we arrived after 2 p.m., our room wasn’t quite ready. I had requested two separate beds, but there was a double bed instead. We had to wait quite a long time for the beds to be separated and even had to call reception to remind them. This was a bit disappointing, as we had been traveling since 4 a.m. and were very tired. Before our arrival, I also tried to contact the hotel to confirm the twin beds and ask about the hairdryer, but unfortunately, I never received a reply - neither through Booking nor via email. Another small thing: some of the staff could be more polite. It felt a bit strange to greet the security guard several times and not get any response. Other than that, everything else was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was dark even with all the lights on, and our view was of another building’s windows. When I asked the concierge for help getting a taxi to Bebek Waterfront, he pointed me to a driver who rudely refused. Minutes later, I saw the same concierge personally escort a well-dressed woman to that very taxi. I was casually dressed due to my procedure, but that’s no excuse for such treatment. Very disappointing.
