• paul (3/5): a eviter - grand appartement spacieux impossible d’entrée dans l’appartement,le système ne fonctionne pas on est resté coincé dehors plusieurs heures énormément de bruit on est juste au dessus du parking et toute la nuit quand les portes s'ouvrent fini de dormir.on laissait la porte d'entrée ouverte quand on partait pour pouvoir re-rentrer.honteux

• Sandrine (4/5): - L appartement est grand avec une grande terrasse Le vis à vis sur la terrasse, attention pas de place de parking comme indiqué sur l annonce ! La propriétaire ne répond plus une fois que vous êtes installés, les serviettes n étaient pas fournies comme indiqué dans l annonce ! Et le système de code pour rentrer dans l appartement ne fonctionnait plus ( impossible de joindre la propriétaire) nous avons du rentrer par la terrasse pour accéder à l appartement.. Très déçue

• Adelaida (6/5): - Location is ok but finding a free parking in the street was a bit difficult sometimes. Nice terrace with table and chairs to sit outside. Has few pots and only one big pan. We never met our host. I contacted him because there was no shower gel but he never replied. The bed is not very comfortable. The room has a lot of damp in the walls.

• Jose Manuel (6/5): No recomendable!!! - La amplitud. Las almohadas son muy malas. No hay utensilios para la barbacoa. En frente de la casa hotel donde en la habitaciones sólo hay jóvenes de 15 años en adelante montando fiesta, nos tiraron bolas de papel higiénico contra nuestra terraza. La persiana del dormitorio principal no funciona. Humedades en la pared del dormitorio. Para aparcar, una odisea, no hay aparcamientos cerca y más de 30 minutos para conseguir uno. No recomendable.
• Bedina (7/5): Понятие комфорта и чистоты у всех разное- это наше мнение. - Очень удобная система доступа, всё на кодах. но ни один раз входная дверь в здание с улицы блокировалась и долго не могли зайти. Очень хорошее расположение апартамента. Хорошая цена. 2 кондиционера, работают хорошо. Приехали была жуткая жара, очень спасало. Сильно скрипели двери, написали Илье, смазали. Русских каналов нет, очень выручал Ютуб. Много разных магазинов вокруг. Есть не далеко крупные магазины Caprabo и Consum, нашли постепенно, там вода дешевле, чем в мелких, есть свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, огромное разнообразие всего. Квадратура указанная в объявлении неверная, жилая площадь апартамента максимум 45 м.кв. Террасой вообще не пользовались, жара и со всех балконов мусор бросают. Нам втроем было мало места для сна. Сыну 19 лет, неудобно и тесно было на кровати в спальне. Подушки плохие, одеяла грязные, Апартамент требует косметического ремонта хотя бы в спальне, на фото апартамент только после ремонта, сейчас он уже не такой. Понятие чистоты у всех разное, для нас было очень грязно в уборной, на кухне лежала губка для посуды наверное 6 мес. не меняли, серого цвета, пришлось идти искать новую, хотя сколько не снимали, всегда была новая губка. Пришлось перемывать посуду, которой пользовались, новой губкой. В Апартаменте только завтракали, практически не готовили, ходили в кафе. Тарелки разбитые нужно заменить, шторы хотя бы раз в год стирать, На постельном белье появляются дырки, требуется заменить. Купить прищепки, сильный ветер, все вещи по террасе разбросаны. Нет сейфа. Очень шумно, напротив Гостиница Don Juan толпы подростков вырвавшихся от родителей, что они там только не творили. Если вам нужна тишина, вам точно не сюда. Само здание, портит вид ржавых балконов, сначала не поняли, что нам в это здание, таксист высадил на противоположной стороне, мы в Льорет де Маре первый раз, 36 часов не спали с дороги, позвонили Илье, пока нас сориентировали куда, только тогда поняли это наше место проживания, сначала очень не понравилось, потом с каждым днем привыкли. Заехали на 15 ночей, ни разу не было уборки и смены постельного белья. Но понятие комфорта и чистоты у всех разное, это сугубо наше мнение.....Нам нужен был более спокойный отдых, а не океан страстей))) Налог туристический взяли в 2 раза больше, чем было прописано в бронировании Букинг кома. Где ни читала было написано за 1 неделю проживания, с нас взяли за все 15 дней. Чужое Законодательство нам не известно, может и правда, что то поменялось, с момента нашего бронирования.

• Diana (10/5): It was very nice to receive a video how to check in. Apartment is great. Thank you - Spacious and comfortable apartment, great location Parking was very hard to find as Lloret de Mar is very busy. So we had to park on underground parking for 22€
• Martina (8/5): Very good - The old people in the building in front of ours threw at us eggs, rocks, rotten food and heavily insulted us, while we were just normally speaking on the balcony. It was dangerous. This happened several times. Despite that the structure perse was fine
• Azadeh (8/5): Very good - Apartment nice and clean with a huge terrace. Walking distance from all points of interest in Lloret. Keys available in a safe box so autonomous check in. Parking on the street is a nightmare, and public car park (30 euros per day) was full, so we had to park far away. A lot of other buildings are very close, so limited intimacy. Apartment noisy, we could hear other people in the block partying late at night on their balcony, and we were woken up by the neighbours' kids playing from 7.15 am.
• Sara (10/5): Great for groups - Very spacious and comfortable Couldn’t find wifi password but we didn’t ask because it was not a priority for us. Maybe add a poster or something with wifi password would be great
