- Ivan (2/5): Very poor - Nothing It was very difficult to find the apartment due to the lack of clear instructions – in reality, all that was needed was to mention the sign on the building. Overall, communication with the host was very poor. There was an unpleasant smell of cigarettes in the interior the entire time, and there was no way to open a window – the only ventilation was by opening the door. The shower was extremely dirty and covered in mold. The couch in the room was stained and so filthy that you wouldn’t even want to sit on it. The kitchen table was covered in fingerprints and sticky marks left by previous guests. There was even a random pen cap just thrown into the fridge. To top it all off, we left the place covered in bites – likely from bedbugs or fleas.

- Fatjon (10/5): Exceptional - House located in a quiet neighbourhood, easy to get to public transport. Nothing missing, perfect for a short stay. Great value for money. Maybe adding some photos at the instructions to get to the apartment
