Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Ausblick in den grünen Innenhof, der selbst einen Spielplatz bietet, wirklich ein Kleinod in der Stadt. Das Familie Apartment war für unseren Frauenausflug mit Kleinkind ideal. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Great location - walking distance (with big suitcases) to - Great location, near supermarket, restaurants, bus, and the Salzburg train station. Room is spacious and comfortable. Our room has 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in each room and plenty of closet space. The living room has a bench-like sofa that can be used as a bed. Plenty of space for 4 adults (and a 5th on the sofa). Shower need a shower curtain and shower drain needs to be fixed (it drains very slowly - almost flooding each time we shower) - we were in apartment 19. Microwave need instructions. The coffee and tea brands used are not good tasting.

Cheng Yew (8/5): Very glad to had stayed at this apartment compared to staying at a hotel at the same vicinity. - The over-night shift staff was helpful, and attentive. Was able to quickly help us get a taxi to the hospital in the middle of the nlight. A bit costly though.

Christina (10/5): - Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage und die hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt – sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad und Wohnbereich. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und dezent. Besonders erfreut hat mich auch die gute Beleuchtung, die das Lesen auf dem Sofa wie auch im Bett ermöglicht Nichts.

Rico (10/5): Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Ein komfortables Zimmer, sehr gemütlich, freundliches Personal, und eine gute Sauna. Nur als Anregung, es wäre gut wenn Kleinigkeiten wie Salz und Pfeffer, ein Geschirr Handtuch und auch die Tassengröße auf die Kapsel Kaffeemaschine vorhanden sind. Aus Erfahrung hatte ich alles was ich brauchte dabei.

Juan Jose (10/5): Everything, from location to facilities was excellent. Parking a little expensive. - Everything was great. The location is a short walk from the city center and the old city. The apartments are very spacious, well-decorated and cozy, and very clean. A lot of storage/cupboard space and enough places to hang coats and towels. The fitness and sauna are also well-equipped and very clean, so is the relaxation spot. The staff is friendly, and helpful when asking questions about city recommendations, moving around and other things. The bar is quite nice and the cocktails are absolutely EXCELLENT. The one thing I would have to point out is that the parking garage is a little bit expensive (25EUR/night). If you book an apartment, an additional thing is that the portable stove in the kitchen only has space for one pan. If you like making your own meals as I do, this is a little bit inconvenient.

Madalina (10/5): An enjoyable and relaxing stay in a beautifully designed apartment - The venue is easily reachable on foot from the main rail station - it took us maximally 10 minutes of leisurely walk, is close to the river banks and bridges, close to the Altstadt and has excellent transport connections. There is a kind of commercial center (Kiesel) with a big Billa right across from it, a Shell tank station with an express Billa too, it is close to two very nice book stores - one for kids. We had a studio facing the inner yard and with a big balcony. The studio had everything needed inside (towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, microwave, stove, water heater). It has a very beautiful design and it is cosy. We were able to check in almost an hour early, which was very helpful. Breakfast was also great. We will definitely book this place again when visiting Salzburg. Everything was great, we have no negative feedback to give.

The staff were friendly and super helpful. Would have preferred separate shampoo/conditioner/body wash as opposed to everything in one. Would have been useful to have a mirror in the bedroom for getting ready.

We found the apartment to be very warm. 2. We came back one day and found our apartment unlocked and worse still ajar. Possibly by the cleaning crew after they cleaned it the apartment.

Die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung war hervorragend, auch nahegelegene Restaurants waren sehr gut. Absolut ruhiges Zimmer - haben unsere Nachbarn nie gehört :) (hab ich so in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt) Super freundliches Personal Die Suite war einwenig hellhörig wegen der Raumhöhe.

Eve (5/5): Bel endroit au design soigné proche du centre historique, qui mériterait un peu plus d’entretien et de calme pour un séj - La proximité du centre ville, le parking, la literie, le design du lieu et de l’appartement. Les moisissures dans le bac à douche, les cheveux sur le carrelage, aucun passage du service de chambre nettoyage pendant 3 jours, le manque de vaisselle pour prendre un petit déjeuner ni de torchon dans le coin cuisine et surtout le bruit des déplacements des personnes vivant dans le logement de service au dessus de nos têtes dès 6h30 du matin.

Easy to reach by car with perfect underground parking. 5min walking from the Salzburg Hbf. Stylish and spacious apartment with super large balcony. All necessary kitchen facilities for preparing your own breakfast (stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster). 1km walking to the old city center.
Ian (6/5): Lovely hotel. - We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It has great facilities and has a calm atmosphere. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the air con system, which affected to nights out of our three night stay. The staff did swap our room though and tried to compensate us for the inconvenience. Despite this I would stay at the hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Começando pela sinalização confusa da onde se encontra a recepção do hotel; ficamos hospedados em um apartamento no prédio anexo e o quarto ficava ao lado de uma porta de vidro sem nenhuma sinalização, e ao relatar como um potencial perigo aos hóspedes, a atendente da recepção foi extremamente debochada; outro ponto é a condição da academia considerando a categoria do hotel, com pouco aparelhos e nenhuma estação de água. Em compensação o quarto era confortável (apesar de na descrição do hotéis.com relatar que seriam 2 cômodos diferentes), o café da manhã também estava magnífico e sem dúvida um dos pontos altos, com atendimento também muito bom.

The location is absolutely perfect for visiting both the historical center of the city and Saltzkammergut. Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket turned out to be an unexpected and impressive bonus! Thought the breakfast was great, we would like to have a bit more diverse range of fruits and desserts.
Spaska (10/5): Lovely apartment; would absolutely recommend it; will stay here again! - Excellent apartment, the place is so much better in person than what the pictures show. The hotel should take much better pictures of the apartment to show the size of the space and the comfortable amenities. It was SO nice! So spacious, huge balcony, lovely kitchen, nice dining area, lovely bedrooms, big bathroom, separate toilet, spacious bedrooms, but the absolute best was the central air conditioning and heating, which we have NEVER seen in ALL our years of travel and staying all over Europe! We had a wonderful time here as a family, and we would absolutely stay here again! The water pressure in the shower could be much stronger. Also, we paid for late check out, but the door key had stopped working at the usual time instead of the later time. Thank goodness one of us was in the apartment till the end while the others had gone out, but other than that, it was a wonderful, wonderful stay!
Brent (10/5): - We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for almost a week, and loved it. It was the perfect base for my family to visit Salzburg and the surrounding area. The apartment inside is huge - big living room, balcony, bathroom, and bedrooms. Everything was modern, and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning in Salzburg was nice for the unusual heat wave that was going on (although it is centrally disabled most nights so if it's hot you should open your windows - that's my only complaint). We had a view to the courtyard area and that was really nice. The location is great - easy walk to Mirabell Palace, and a little further for the rest of old Salzburg. But it's just a block walk to bus stops, and the buses are so frequent and convenient in Salzburg it's better to just take those a few stops to get where you want. We rented a car for part of our stay, and the parking garage under the building was so convenient. Just drive in and park, tell them your license plate number at the desk, and it's only $25/day. Elevator from the garage goes directly up to the apartment floors. This was one less thing to worry about. Other amenities - gym and sauna looked nice. There is laundry service - they will do full bags of laundry and not just dry clean for a somewhat reasonable price, although I just walked 3 blocks down the street to take our laundry directly to the cleaners that the hotel uses, this was a little more convenient for time.
