- Cameron (9/5): - Close to the church. Clean and comfortable. Able to boil the kettle and cook if you want to, there is also a fridge. Small bathroom but hot water. I loved the vibe and decor. Cool Aircon and balcony. A little noisy at night, but that's normal for Hanoi I think.

Dirt, buildi g materisks and all manner of people hanging around except for staff of this company. Room psssable if not well furnished 2 days to replace a broken kettle) but not well cleaned, particularly bathroom. Complained abd apologgcwith a voucher for a coffrr in the csfe they were building! Sincerity drmonstrated when building changed ftom all day to all day through yo past nidnight. Coffe bar finished when I left but made my life muserabke with NO attempt at prior warning (courtesy and giving me the choice) or compensation for trouble. BUT very assiduous on getting their money with multiple messages. FUNDSMENTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY, DISINTERESTED IN CUSTOMER CARE AND UNRESPONSIVE TO LEGITIMATE CONCERNS. - Jodie (3/5): Health hazard. Offensively noisy construction directly below the room, dust and mould - The location was good but that is about the only plus side to this place for me unfortunately. The place is not currently fit for rental. The cafe below is under construction and it’s a complete mess, dust and cement everywhere and the stairs to the room look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long while. After booking and paying we received a notification of the downstairs construction and were told it would only be during the day time. There was drilling and banging until at least 8pm and it was directly below the room so it felt like the whole room was shaking. The wifi password given was incorrect. The mattress was a very old mattress and super u comfortable. The brackets for the shower were broken so you could only have a hand held shower and the wood around the door frame was rotten and bathroom mouldy. I reached out to the host to discuss my concerns especially at the noise and the response I got was ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. I could see the potential of the place with some Overdue maintenance and once works were completed below the apartment but in its current condition it is not comfortably habitable. There are many more suitable options in the same price range.

- Thi Thu Trang (10/5): - The nice placement to visit around ( City center ) as Guom lake and the Ha Noi Church. Clean, peaceful, lovely room. The assistant is very kindly to customer named Hong. She gave us the special of Ha Noi name Xu Xue sticky cake. You can easy to get a nice food courts around, near the Church. It is good in general. Trải nghiệm tốt, dễ đi chơi khám phá những điểm nổi tiếng, dễ ăn uống, nhân viên nhiệt tình, không gian ổn.

- Linh (6/5): Mình viết ra với mong muốn xây dựng, mong bên mình có thể lắng nghe và nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ ạ. Cám ơn bạn đã hỗ t - vị trí đẹp gần trung tâm Mình báo với chủ nhà sẽ check out lúc 12h trưa. Nhưng 11h15 đã bị gõ cửa yêu cầu rời phòng vì 12h có khách vào. Khoảng 10am, mình bị cúp nước phòng tắm nên mình không tắm hay xả toilet được phải ra ngoài tắm. Ra giường nhìn khá sạch đẹp nhưng ngủ 2 ngày mình bị dị ứng và nổi mẩn khắp người những chỗ tiếp xúc với giường ạ.

- Shwetha (4/5): Disappointing - It's in the city centre The staff wasn't cooperative and friendly. During our entire stay we did not meet the staff at all. The room was not that great, too small and not very comfortable. There is no lift facility, we had to carry our luggage till the 5th floor. Bathroom was too small, we had a bad experience showering
