Robert (6/5): ok - Reasonable location to access where we were going, lots of room for us to spread out and not get in each others way and room to have ports open and not trip over them. Manager friendly. Lack of instructions on how to use appliances (all new to us as we came from Australia). Bathrooms looked a bit worn with no towel rails, soap holders etc, but you could see where they had been. Lift breaking on the 3rd day meant we had to use stairs for the rest of the stay and then lug our ports down them all when we left.

We stayed indoors most of the time because the weather wasn’t that great and it was a comfortable house for u - It’s a rare find to get a space as big as this for our big family It’s quite a walk from the tube, it would have not been a problem if the weather was decent. Also wheelchair and stroller is not accessible with no ramp.

Hafizah (9/5): Classy stay out of the hustle and bustle of central London - The apartment was more than spacious for our large family, rooms are generously sized especially for property in London. Interiors were tastefully decorated eventhough some of the built ins were a little seasoned. The kitchen was well equipped with kitchenware and cooking utensils and pots which really made it feel like home. Really liked the area of the property which was close to the centre but not too busy and was easily accessible with public transport. The wifi did not reach all the rooms in the property. Some instructions on how to use the washing machine could have been helpful as well.

Inyang (9/5): Great stay, hostess was very accommodating . - The location, size of rooms, number of bathrooms, windows all excellent. Microwave was changed as soon as we complained it was faulty. Free Wi-Fi was extremely poor
Kriti (7/5): Great Location and Lovely Area, But Some Drawbacks - The location is fantastic—really close to both the bus station and the tube station, which made getting around super easy. One of the best parts was being near St John's Wood High St., where there are lots of nice breakfast places. Whether you want a quick coffee or a full breakfast, there are plenty of options. The area is also really nice to walk around, with lots of pretty streets and a calm atmosphere. However, the place could have been slightly cleaner. Also, one of the rooms is next to a main street, so if you're a light sleeper like me, it could be an issue. The curtains in the rooms don't block out the light completely, so I'd recommend bringing an eye mask. Additionally, one of the rooms had a mattress that wasn't very firm, which might be important for some guests.
Xiaopei (5/5): Not as good as the picture. - The flat is spacious. It has enough towel, tissue and kitchen towel. The host has a good attitude and willing to solve problem. There are A LOT of ANTS from day 1. Kettle is sooo dirty, it looks like someone cooked coffee in it, all brown. There was a pipe work outside, which made the dirty water and mud goes to the kitchen. It took the host nearly a day to send cleaner to clean the super smelly mud.

P. (9/5): Spacious and comfy - Near bus, bar, Restaurant and Little shop open 24h. Apartment is really spacious, has extra toilet, every room has a big Window. The beds, pillows and blankets are comfortable, we slept very well. Big Shower with good water -jet. Shampoo, Shower, body lotion were also furnished. Michela was very helpful and answered quickly, She made our stayed beautifully. The Windows on the street side are old and leaky, so we Heard the noisy and the cold air came through. In the night Is a bit cold.

Anonymous (8/5): very comfortable and honestly better than expected. would truly stay here again! - its close to everything, the rooms had amazing views and were very comfortable. really appreciated the number of bathrooms which is hard to find in london. our only problem was with the water, the first two days water temperatures troubled us a bit but after contacting maintenance it was fixed by the third day. a couple of lamps and windows werent in the best shape but that wasnt a big issue given the amount of natural light and otherwise great ventilation in the apartment.
