• AS (7/5): - Near mid-valley southkey shopping mall, 10 mins walk. Some eateries around the residence. Unit was clean. Security guards were helpful. Was hoping to use the washing machine to wash our clothes but the machine didn't work. Reported but nobody came to fix it. Although there is a gym, the aircons in the gym were not switched on, some windows were left partially opened. Since we could not wash our clothes, it didn't make sense to use the gym. There is a beautiful infinity pool, but the water looks cloudy. There is also no smell of chlorine at the pool. Didn't want to fall sick from the pool water so avoided using the pool. The unit has a bed room with a queen sized bed and the living room also has a queen bed, but the sliding door between the 2 rooms cannot be closed. There was a written instruction on the door, not to close the door, it was jammed. Ended up having to switch on aircon for both rooms, otherwise the cool air will escape into the other room through the opened doorway. The designated car park lot was flooded. Water ponding covered 60% of the lot. This made it difficult to load/unload our stuff from this parking lot. Picture attached. This was incovenient but we worked around this problem. I hope the building management can find the source of the water leakage.

• Cindy (6/5): Cleanliness, especially the bedding and toilet, is top-notch. However, the air quality in the house partly due to the du - I liked that the bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean and well kept. There are too many glass surfaces and mirrors, which feel scary at night. The room is open and the door can't be closed. The toilet has a glass sliding door, which is not user friendly especially when you're in a rush to use it. The air conditioner is very noisy and disturbs sleep at night. The lighting in the house is a mix of white and orange lights, which is harsh and uncomfortable for the eyes. The washing machine is old, dirty, and not well maintained. The living room feels cramped because there’s a queen sized bed with a bulky frame that collects dust. It seems like the curtains haven’t been washed in years.

• bar (7/5): - The location walking distance to Midvalley Southkey Nearby nothing much to eat, only 1 kopitiam and mostly is bank and medical centres. Don't expect the condition of the house is good but with the price is okay.

• Rafeah Binte (7/5): Comfortable, quiet, fun and convenient. - The location was convenient. The room was spacious. The security guards were helpful. The kitchen was clean. The facilities in the room were good. The beds were good too. However it would be nice to have more pillows. The living room TV wasn't able to connect to internet so we all ended watching the tv in the bedroom. The ceiling shower should be connected to the heater. The sliding door to the room was faulty. One of the remote control was out of battery/ or probably faulty. Should provide bathroom mats to prevent slippery.
• Thina (9/5): - This homestay was really good value! Place was very clean and comfortable. Great location to stay if you're visiting Singapore or JB. Smooth and easy check in process. Regine was very communicative and answered all my queries from the moment I made the booking till checkout. Will be my go to accommodation when I visit next time.

• Leelee (8/5): Great for short stay. - Location: Pretty good. Grabbing to malls like mid valley and KSL is within 5-20min, to CIQ is around 30 mins. Food wise also convenient, there's a coffee shop just downstairs. Clean apartment. Ventilation is good, has both ceiling fans and aircon. Had 2 tvs with tv box, one for each bed, lots of shows to watch. Clear instructions for check in and out. Regine (customer service) replies promptly. For the price, very decent stay. One of the remote controls was abit funky, feedback to customer service but was told to ?restart the remote which didn't really work. But somehow managed to get the tv working so just left it alone. Technically is a one bedroom apartment with open kitchen concept, the other queen size bed is situated in the living room with privacy curtains. Only one bathroom available so for 4 pax, have to wait for your turn. The kitchen sink with water filter leaks abit, but not major leakage so left alone.

• Jenny (8/5): Pleasant stay - Thanks to Regine for providing clear instructions for checking in, otherwise, it would have been a real nightmare. Location is near to Midvalley Southkey, so shopping and food options are aplenty. The apartment is functional and comfortable for 3 adults. Corridor leading to the apartment was quite dark and because it rained, the floor was flooded. Water pressure from the heater tap in the bathroom was disastrous, please change the shower head or adjust the pressure. When i was checking out, I was locked in at the mailroom after depositing the keys because the QR code to open the security doors became invalid.

• Koh (8/5): The overall stay was great but small hiccups made it slightly unpleasant. - We had the entire apartment to ourselves. It made us feel very safe staying at Mosaic as there was tight security. There was an entire group of team members who ensured that we were able to collect our keys easily and gave us proper instructions on how to enter the condo. Once we successfully entered our apartment, my son was pleasantly surprised that his bed and pillows were very comfortable and the blanket was ideal for keeping him warm. The air con was also ideal to cool the room down. On top of that, the view of Johore was incredibly pleasant from the window as we stayed on the 8th floor and there weren't any tall buildings obstructing the view. The water pressure was not strong enough for a comfortable bath. The heating of the water along with adjusting the temperature is also quite challenging. The towels provided were also not absorbent enough. The electric kettles were also not functioning (though 2 were provided).

• Mohamad (10/5): Awesome! AWESOME! aWeSoMe!!!!! - The apartment is spacious,clean and incredibly comfortable making our entire stay truly enjoyable. The thoughtful amenities and cozy atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We will definitely choose to stay here again in future! The water pressure for the hot T shower was quite low despite trying different shower settings. We hope you can look into improving the water flow or consider upgrading the shower-head for a better sauna experience.

• Simin (10/5): Convenient location, great stay! - I had a fantastic stay here. The location is convenient, just a short distance away from mid valley southkey mall, making it easy to shop and explore. There’s a food court right below the apartment with plenty of delicious options. The host was wonderful- very detailed and prompt with replies, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay after a day out. Overall a great experience and I’ll stay here again in the future! -

Host is very friendly, also responsive and gave clear instructions for check in. Highly recommend. Hope in future will stay here again!
