• Marie (9/5): - Very nice interior, everything was new and clean, the apartment is very spacious. The location is great and quiet. The only negative point is not enough hot water in the shower/sink and no equipment in the kitchen (salt, oil.,,). But that would be only a nice to have bonus.

• Silvia (10/5): - La estancia fue muy acogedora. Todo estaba cuidado al detalle. La localización muy buena y la piscina un extra. El lugar es muy tranquilo. Para nuestro gusto faltaba alguna cosa esencial para pasar una estancia de 5 noches como aceite y sal, jabón para lavar y papel de váter extra.
• David (7/5): - We stayed in Playa Del Carmen and it's a nice easy going place with nice quiet bars and decent bars with bands and entertainment on if you prefer something more lively. The apartment is on a small private complex where local people live as well. It was very quiet during our stay with a reasonable sized swimming pool which was cleaned every other day. It was clean and tidy with a good shower and toiletries provided. It's location is decent being only a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants with plenty of choice regards eating out. There are supermarkets within a 5 minute walk Spar, Hiperdino, and smaller private shops which had decent selections of local produce prices not differing much from home unless you wanted British products which are obviously dearer. A good weeks break was enjoyed and I wouldn't put anyone off booking this apartment. Only small grumbles one of the sunbeds was broken beyond use, and only two rings for cooking on which wouldn't have been to big a problem except the kettle wasn't electric and another frying pan would make making breakfast easier. The WiFi Router being hidden behind the T.V was also a problem because we unknowingly disconnected it whilst using the provided iron and board and didnt find the router until the penultimate day of our stay.

• Anne-Gaelle (10/5): - Our stay in the apartment was excellent, it went beyond our expectations. The small inconveniences were solved very quickly, even faster than we expected. The residence was very quiet, and we often had the swimming pool all to ourselves. The location was perfect — away from the city noise but only 5 minutes from the sea. We are more than happy with our stay and really appreciate the professionalism. Thank you!

• Andrés (10/5): - El piso en sí estaba recién reformado con muy buena cama. El sofa-cama era muy cómodo. Y el tener la piscina a 3 pasos de la cama está genial. Muy poca gente en la piscina, tuvimos la sensación de que era privada. Faltan utensilios si piensas comer en el piso. Y la cafetera no funcionaban ni tampoco el wifi.

• Yalin (7/5): worth to stay - There was no internet during our stay. The owner was responsive and tried to help resolve the issue, but ultimately explained it was due to a problem with the internet provider. Aside from that, the studio was clean and well-located.
• Robert (7/5): basic but Great value for money - Location of the apartment was less than 5 minute walk from the main strip of bars, shops and restaurants. There was a pool which was cleaned regularly, we didn't use it but it's nice to have the option. If you're looking for somewhere to rest your head (if you're once of those people(s) that only uses the apartment for sleep. This is perfect. Lack of Air-conditioning. Sleeping was very difficult in the heart...but this is of course not the property's fault. There is a fan in the bedroom only....but it can be loud and provides minimum relief
