• Sarah (4/5): adequate overnight accomodation if you needed to stay close to west ealing train station - fine for a quick overnight stay, but tiny bathroom and kitchen, though reasonably appointed smelled musty and was quite dated
• John (6/5): Good apartment in a good location, pub, coffee shop, train station all within a couple of minutes. The lock on the front - Great little place that was close to what you needed. Nothing about the apartment. But had issues with the building. Mouldy smell in the foyer and the lock to front door was faulty and couldn’t gain access to the apartment at times.

• Simone (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft in idealer Lage - Alex hat uns alle Informationen zur Wohnung rechtzeitig geschickt. Das Apartment hat einen großes Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Geschirr, Pfannen, Kühlschrank, Kochherd und sogar Kaffee und Tee sind vorhanden. Das Bad ist klein, aber ausreichend. Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner waren vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur U-Bahn-Station West-Ealing. Ein Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um London zu erkunden.

• Paul (8/5): Try good for what we needed - We didn’t make most of the facilities as we were just in and out as we was going to a concert, but very good all in all Parking was awkward, but other than that, everything good, good communication with the owners
• Simone (10/5): - The host Alex was very nice and instructions were clear for how to access the Accommodation. The place is literally 2 min walk from West Ealing Station for the Elizabeth Line which was fantastic. Good bus route too for when we needed to travel back from Wembley Stadium. The apartment was clean and exactly what we needed as a base for going to Wembley and Central London. Would recommend. The road noise wasn't too bad at all and no noise from other apartments in the building. Loved the little touches too of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and other toiletries. Towels were also large and soft too unlike our previous London hotel ! Nothing at all

• Christian (10/5): Perfect location, exceptional host, clean, well-equipped & peaceful surroundings -highly recommended - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in London! The location is absolutely perfect - with excellent public transport connections, we could reach both the city center and the airport quickly and reliably. Alex is an exceptional host who takes care of everything and ensures guests have a comfortable stay. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations - it was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with a comfortable bed, sofa, TV, reliable internet, a pristine bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. One of the highlights was how quiet and peaceful our stay was. The other residents in the building are very considerate, which allowed us to enjoy restful nights and excellent sleep throughout our visit. Additionally, shopping facilities are conveniently located right nearby, making it easy to pick up anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this apartment again if we return to London. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay in London! Would we recommend this property? Absolutely yes! - nothing -
• Lynne (10/5): Comfortable stay in convenient location. - It was well located for West Ealing station (Elizabeth Line). Room was large. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was well equipped. The bathroom was small but functional. We had issues with the television; reported to Alex. It would be helpful to have instructions (or maybe the batteries in the remote need replacing?).

• Claire (9/5): Superb - Home away from home - great studio flat with everything you could need for a short stay. Comfy bed, good shower and plenty of space. Quiet neighbourhood with great transport links for Elizabeth line. Lighting needed for the steps down to the entrance door as the path is a bit uneven, but otherwise great.

• Slavena (7/5): Pleasant stay but difficult communication with the owner - The property was located very close to the underground station. The space was big enough for a couple and we had everything we needed. We didn't receive any information about how to collect the keys on arrival. I contacted the host on booking the day before since I hadn't received any instructions, but didn't get an answer. I had to contact him again on whatsapp on the day of arrival and he only then answered. I was then told he'd send me the check-in details when the property is ready but I had to contact him again after the check-in time to ask about it. It was very stressful to be unsure whether we'd be able to even check in. It was the first time I had to deal with a situation like that. On top of all, the address that appeared on Booking was incorrect so we were at the wrong address while we were waiting for his answer. I am aware Booking doesn't show the exact address, but in this case the address was completely different. The other thing is that even though the accommodation is nice, it does need renovation. The furniture was old and the carpet was very dirty. Moreover, we were there when the weather was very cold and there was heating only in the room (the temperature could not be adjusted) so the rest of the apartment was cold and difficult to be heated even with all doors open.
• Victoria (9/5): Superb - Excellent location a few minutes away from Elizabeth line, other public transport and many amenities. Everything we needed in the apartment and lots of nice touches with cleaning materials and tea bags rtc so we didn't need to purchase. Great WiFi and the main room was lovely and warm. Host was contacted through what's app which helped. The bed was too soft in my opinion could be updated. Every thing else was fantastic.

• Albina (9/5): Excellent value for money - Excellent location, quiet street, 200 meters to the metro. Just three stations and you are already on Oxford Street. Cozy, clean, warm apartment meets all requirements for comfortable living. Stable WiFi, new appliances, furniture, good lighting, hot water with excellent pressure, working dryer, adjustable heating system. There are all the necessary utensils, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil. Cosmetics and household products are presented in full. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Towels, bedding were very clean, and there was an extra set of linen. The owner is a pleasant young man. Be assured, he will immediately respond to our request, and solve any problem. I highly recommend. When arriving, the refrigerator and heating were not turned on. But I think, if necessary, this issue can be discussed with the owner in advance. And I would replace the pans.

I like this a lot due to the position (short walking distance to EL station from which the center is reachable in less than 30 mins)...the apartment is cosy and well equipped.. ..very good relationship with the owner Alex...he is ready to help for all the request I made... I will come back here for my next stay in London

• Tracy (7/5): This was all we needed, West Ealing is a great place to centralize yourself. - Brillant location 2 minute walk to train station and shops. The bed wasn't the best and the shower is tiny wasn't enjoyable for me at all and I'm only 5 8 average build. A larger person just wouldn't work.
