• Jordan (6/5): Direkte Nähe zur Underground aber definitiv kein zweites Mal aufgrund der Vielzahl an Mängel. - Die direkte Nähe zur Underground und die zentrale Lage. Der einfache Check In. Es gab Handtücher. Das Wasser im Bad war mal warm und mal kalt beim duschen. Das Wasser beim Wasserhahn zum Zähneputzen war nur kalt. War sehr nervig beim Zähneputzen. Außerdem waren die Betten bereits ausgelegen und kaputt. Das Sofa war komplett kaputt, auf der rechten Seite konnte man nicht sitzen wegen des Drahts. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr heruntergekommen und an einigen Stellen sehr dreckig. Die Fenster waren kaputt und einige gingen gar nicht auf. Der Toilettensitz hat sich immer mit bewegt. In der Küche hat es nach Rauch gerochen als ob ein starker Raucher ständig drin rauchen würde. Ansonsten war wenig Platz und es gab nur wenig Sitzmöbel. Ich würde sagen es ist eine Wohnung für Jugendgruppen mit wenig Budget.

• alexia (3/5): Séjour pratique pour l’emplacement, mais appartement très décevant qui ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos présentées. - L’établissement est bien situé, à proximité du métro, ce qui est pratique pour visiter Londres. Le système d’entrée par code permet aussi d’arriver de manière autonome. J’ai l’habitude de laisser des avis sur Booking, et je suis généralement assez indulgente, mais là je me sens obligée d’être honnête : cet appart-hôtel est vraiment très dégradé. Il n’y a pas d’accueil, uniquement un système de codes pour entrer, ce qui peut convenir, mais il faut le savoir. Le quartier est correct pour quelques jours et proche du métro, mais honnêtement je ne conseillerais pas à deux jeunes filles seules de rentrer tard le soir. Concernant l’appartement : il est très abîmé et semble mal entretenu. Les meubles sont vieux et endommagés, le sol également. Les coussins du canapé ainsi que les coussins décoratifs du lit avaient des taches blanches sales. Il y avait aussi des traces de moisissure au plafond de la douche. Pour les filles notamment : le débit de l’eau est extrêmement faible, se laver les cheveux devient compliqué. Le sèche-cheveux est très vieux et faisait des étincelles, donc franchement inquiétant à utiliser. Le fer à repasser était rempli de rouille, inutilisable. Nous étions 5 mais seulement 4 serviettes/draps/coussins avaient été préparés. Heureusement, tous les draps et serviettes “propres” de l’hôtel étaient stockés directement dans le couloir d’accès…en plein milieu… Les stores ne servent quasiment à rien, prévoyez des masques de nuit. Les fenêtres sont très mal isolées : énormément de bruit venant de la rue et des ambulances toute la nuit. Nous avons même dû acheter des lingettes désinfectantes car certaines choses étaient sales (poubelle, couverts, etc.). Et pourtant je ne suis vraiment pas quelqu’un de compliqué, mais là ce n’était clairement pas au niveau des photos.

• Tiago (4/5): Esperava mais conforto e higiene. - A localização é muito boa, central e perto do metro. O apartamento apresenta janelas partidas, mesa de cabeceira partida, sanita partida. Algumas tomadas não funcionam. O sofá está sujo e partido. Cozinha com cheiro intenso a tabaco. Não tínhamos toalhas de banho, apenas de rosto. Janelas abertas, e não tapam a luz.

• Nerea (9/5): Repetiré seguramente. - La ubicación es perfecta, hay una parada de metro a 4 minutos andando. Camas cómodas y cocina bien equipada. Hay varios supermercados en la zona. La ducha era difícil de controlar, además de poca presión. La tapa del inodoro estaba un poco suelta, al igual que una de las mamparas de la ducha. El sofá está hundido en la zona derecha.

We arrived to London very early in the morning and I asked if we could check in early or drop our bags off and they just ignored my emails. I understand not everyone in is the position to offer but not responding is a bad look. The apartment also felt unclean, shower was hard to use. One of the windows in the bedroom was open and couldn’t be shut without a key. The other window had no curtain and a light outside was constantly lit - not to mention the noisy neighbours around 1 am each morning. Also even though it’s 3 bedroom if you have people with big suitcases don’t book as our group of 5 couldn’t fit our suitcases and it was quite a hazard

• Tyfen (5/5): Bon prix et bonne localisation mais logement décevant - La localisation du nie, la proximité des transport, le nombre de chambres dans l’appartement. Niveau prix, c’est raisonnable. Prendre une douche n’a pas été un plaisir, l’eau est soit trop froide, soit trop chaude. La chaleur dans l’appartement était insupportable, impossible de baisser le chauffage. Quelques fourmis ont été trouvés dans la chambre. Il y a un trou dans le canapé, ce qui est inconfortable.

Ya habíamos leído esto en otros comentarios y revisamos las cam - El apartamento está bien para 6 personas que es lo que fuimos. Y bien ubicado para poder ver Londres y no tener que pasar largos ratos en el metro El apartamento no está bien cuidado, aparenta estar sucio porque las paredes no están cuidadas ni los muebles tampoco…la calefacción constantemente se apagaba y la teníamos que resetear.

• Joaopsma (3/5): A localização é boa, tirando isso... - Localização excelente, 1 minuto a pé da estação ou a 20 minutos do Hyde Park, para quem quer conhecer a cidade a pé e eventualmente vir de metro para casa é excelente As imagens enganam... Os quartos são pequenos e bastante degradados, uma das camas, apesar de termos chegado à hora da limpeza, estava com lençóis sujos. A sala é pequena e o sofá desconfortável, a tv nao ligou. O chuveiro é muito difícil de regular e a pressão é muito pouca. Quando chegamos, a tubagem do ar condicionado de algures do prédio está por cima da porta principal de entrada, a porta estava completamente enxarcada e a pingar, ficamos molhados a entrar. A cozinha com odor horrível a fritos nem experimentei, mas o congelador tinha um bolo grande de chocolate já aberto e também outra coisa. Vários sitios com formigas, incluindo nas nossas camas.

Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era piuttosto freddo (forse il riscaldamento si era bloccato, perché poi è partito regolarmente). Non particolarmente fornito (c'era l'essenziale).

• Izabela (8/5): Apartament dobrze się sprawdził jako miejsce do nocowania. - Lokalizacja świetna, ze stacji metra w odległości 3 minut można dostać się na każdy dworzec i do większości atrakcji turystycznych bez przesiadki. Apartament zagospodarowany estetycznie. Wyposażenie kuchni - za mało sztućców jak na 6 osób. Okna w dwóch pokojach wychodziły na maleńkie patio wewnętrzne z hałasującymi wentylatorami, okno w trzecim pokoju wychodziło chyba na kanał wentylacyjny - bez możliwości otwarcia, za to z całodobowym światłem. Kod do drzwi zamiast klucza nie zapewniał poczucia bezpieczeństwa - nie mieliśmy pewności czy np. w nocy ktoś nie wejdzie używając kodu.

• Esther (5/5): - La ubicación era perfecta. Está al lado de dos líneas de metro que conectan en 20 min con el centro. Las instalaciones están muy desmejoradas. El apartamento es muy pequeño. El agua de la ducha tan pronto sale congelada como hirviendo, no se puede regular. Y durante toda la noche suena un generador que es bastante molesto para dormir.
• Danailys (5/5): - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona céntrica. Cuenta con restaurante y varios comercios cercanos, lo que resulta muy cómodo. Además, hay una estación de metro y una parada de guagua a solo 5 minutos caminando, facilitando el acceso al transporte público. Una opción muy práctica para moverse por Londres. En general la estancia fue correcta, aunque hubo algunos aspectos que no me gustaron. El apartamento no contaba con calefacción, lo que hizo la estancia algo incómoda. Además, la ducha era difícil de regular, ya que el agua pasaba de fría a caliente con facilidad. Por último, la limpieza podría mejorarse, ya que el apartamento daba sensación de estar un poco sucio.

We found the hot water system very difficult to use as it went from boiling hot to freezing cold. The yellow light that was on all day and night shining through the main bedroom window made it very difficult to get to sleep.

Los controladores de los radiadores estaban rotos por lo que no se podía regular(estaban a tope), polvo por todo el apartamento, una plaga de hormigas rojas pequeñas y por último hay fotos que no corresponden con el piso, o son mezcladas con otro. Las puertas no cerraban excepto una.

• Norhaidah (5/5): Location is good but not recommended. - It's the location. Near to eateries and Tube station. It was a shop house. The picture of a building in the listing made us confused. It was not what it was. There was no lift. Not even indicated in the listing. The staircase was narrow, partially blocked with bags of towels. The main heaters were not working. We had to help ourselves with portable heaters we found in the cupboards.
• Selina (1/5): Das schrecklichste Appartament allerzeiten! - Nichts Alles. Bei der Ankunft wurden wie bereits im Flur von Unordentlichkeit und Schmutz überrascht. Beim Betreten des Zimmers wurde gleich klar, hier wollen wir nicht bleiben. Dreck (auch tote Insekten) auf dem Boden, Schimmel in der Dusche sowie vermehrte Flecken auf den Kissen und der Bettdecke. Auch die Küche war in keinem hygienischen Zustand.Zudem war das Fenster undicht, wodurch das Zimmer völlig ausgekühlt war. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr schlecht. Wir haben noch am gleichen Abend in eine andere Unterkunft gewechselt.

• Sabrina (1/5): Ekelerregend und gefährlich - Nichts !!!!! Die Lage ist schrecklich und die Sauberkeit existiert nicht. Ich werde Anzeige erstatten. Hier handelt es sich um gesundheitsgefährdenden Betrug. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht mal ansatzweise der Realität. Die Fenster hatten Risse und hinterm Fenster rennen Ratten im Müll rum. Wir hatten direkt jemanden versucht zu erreichen der sofort kommt, denn ich wollte auf der Stelle mit meinen Kindern wieder gehen. Das war aber nicht so einfach. Die Nummern die wir hatten waren einfach nicht existent. Ich in Alarm im Flur schrillte laut vor sich hin. Wir wussten nicht ob es Gas ist. Ich bin sehr entsetzt über diese Zustände und die Ängste wir durch stehen mussten. Hier wird nicht geholfen. Das Geld zurück bekommt man auch nicht. Es reagiert nicht einmal jemand! Diese Wohnung kann man abbrennen, vermieten gehört angezeigt!!!

Muy cerca del metro La limpieza era bastante deficiente, así a lo gordo estaba bien, pero al detalle mal y sucio Cojines, rincones, sofá... Había hormigas x las habitaciones y encima de la nevera había un producto mata hormigas así que daba a entender que no era algo nuevo El acceso a la habitación complicado para el carrito, escaleras estrechas ( lo normal en Londres) pero entre el primer y segundo piso estaba lleno de bolsas grandes de ropa de cama toallas y etc.. que estuvieron ahí todo el tiempo dificultando el paso

• Karthik (6/5): Comfortable - The apartment was clean; kitchen, bathroom & beds were good . However, we had trouble getting response on an issue we reported. The bath room door lacked a screen, didn't get warm water in wash basin. However, the shower had warm water, so we were fine. Location is good & a good place for families to walk to nearby places of interest. Didn't get a response on an issue that was reported.

• Moonmen23 (7/5): Decent value for money, especially for large groups. - Staff were helpful, easy to contact, and tried to help us whenever they could. Location was very good - being literally less than 5 minutes from the Edgeware Road Underground Station. This was very helpful for us, becaues we travelled mainly to the Northwest area of London during our stay. Some of the facilities were not very well-maintained. Handles were a bit loose. Power sockets were a bit sparse - but just about enough for a part of six. There was quite a strong whiff of cigarette-smoke smell in the master's bedroom (to the propoerty's benefit, they tried to get rid of it, but couldn't) - maybe less of an issue for other people.

• Richard (3/5): A waste of time and money. Especially when after all this there is no refund policy. - The entrance hall was filthy. On the stairway way there were large dirty laundry sacks and a box of rotten food. Making it difficult to actually use the stairs to get to the apartment. In the apartment all the kitchen appliances were plugged into on extension lead. The television was advertised as having normal channels and the only channels we could watch was Netflix. The Ariel was stuck on with masking tape. Overall very basic and not what was expecting at all. We stayed just one night night and not the full duration. We contacted the owner to express our disappointment

The property was in very poor condition, with no windows, making it extremely cold and uncomfortable, especially for a family with young children. 2. Many of the amenities listed in the description were missing, which was very disappointing. 3. Communication with the host was frustrating and unhelpful. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no assistance or resolution to my concerns. 4. The overall experience was unpleasant, and we had to spend most of our time outside the apartment due to the poor living conditions.

It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to cozy linens. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend Edgware Road Apartments to anyone visiting the city, and I can't wait to return for another stay!
