• Pier Paolo (8/5): - Position is very strategic and the neighborhood is well served and near the city center. The smell outside the apartment is bad, there were 3 towel sets instead of 4 and the sofa-bed is uncomfortable.

• Deany (8/5): Fijne locatie voor een heerlijke stedentrip Brussel! - Perfecte ligging voor stedentrip Brussel! Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand, zonder dat je overlast hebt van de herrie/drukte in het centrum. Brussel overigens een fantastische stad (zeker in de kerstvakantie). Accommodatie was goed uitgerust en beschikte over alle noodzakelijke faciliteiten. Het was netjes, schoon en opgeruimd. Slaapbank niet geschikt voor volwassenen, maar geruild met onze kids en dat was prima. Andere bed wat klein, maar voor die paar nachten prima. Accommodatie wellicht iets minder luxe dan de foto's, maar echt een prima accommodatie met goede uitrusting. Ideaal voor stedentrip. Owja, setje oordoppen wel aan te raden vanwege het geluid in het trappenhuis door andere bewoners.

• Silvia Diana (4/5): Never going back - Hard to say The lights are way too small, you cannot properly see in that apartment. Very frozen space, hard to have a nice and constant temperature in the apartment. The electric heater makes too much noise. Elevator is never working, but the staff from the owner’s side do not tell you straightforward, they make you believe that someone in the building is keeping the elevator from working, which is an intentional misleading. Very bad place for collecting the keys: with heavy luggages as a solo traveler it is very inconvenient to go get the key from a locker placed 60 - 70 m away and once you returned back the building to go up via stairs dragging your luggage.
• Marta (10/5): Inmejorable ubicación - La ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la estación central, de la Grande Place y de barrios encantadores. El acceso fue fácil. Nos sentimos bienvenidos. Había café y té. Quizás sea un poco justito para los que busquen espacios amplios
• Katie (8/5): Great location and comfortable apartment for our needs. - The location ,comfortable beds. Nice hot water for the bath. There was lots of utensils and the microwave and over were easy to use. The tv kept loosing the Wi-Fi connection so was unable to use at times. The bathroom could welcome an upgrade as there were signs of mould.

• Merethe K. (9/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Nice apartment with everything you need. Great location! Near central station, grand place and Manneken Piis. Grocery shop nearby, Lidl and Careerfour. Easy check in and check out. Would stay here again! Garbage is in the basement and think it was the smell we could notice in the hallway.

• Akira (5/5): Bad - Nothing Bathroom is not clean and towels are not clean and not enough for three people. The number of bed is only two For three persons. Moreover sofa is broken, so one person Slept on the floor for four nights. One more, no water was In the ice box. That’s all. We don’t want to stay again.

• Geraldine (9/5): Lovely apartment and location, shame the building has problems - Excellent apartment. Everything was nice. Bed, shower, living room and kitchen Heater didn't work but they brought a new one. The building had a few problems. Hallway and stairwell and laundry lights didn't work (but they were fIxed 2 days later), front door key didn't work

• Eyles (8/5): Very good - how big it was and the location I could not use the oven way too complicated and there was no toaster very hard to open the front door is not working correctly someone lives here said they've been complaining for years
• Jikke (7/5): Great, quiet location - Quiet location A lot of (fruit) flies. Poor check in instructions: key lock box was actually ACROSS the street and hard to find. The front door very hard to open and the manager called me right before check in that he wanted to move us to another appartement because he could not figure out how to unfold the sofa bed couch! We needed to stay in that particular location, so we did not move and googled the brand of the sofa bed couch and figured it out. Also there was a lot of old random “stuff “ in the apartment, apparently left by previous travelers. Also shower door moves and leeks. My husband had to fix the bathroom sink, which didn’t drain.

• Huey (8/5): Nice apartment - Just 8 mins walk from central station. can walk to almost all major attraction. During our stay, the temperature is still low, there are 4 portable heater in the unit, even 1 is not working, is still enough to kept us warm. Bed room a little too small, mattress is too soft for me. The way of collecting key..... very efficient, but no personal touch.

• Borbála (2/5): dirty and horrible - location the accommodation did not correspond to the photos; dirty and worn; there was no washing machine; the coffee machine did not work, the owner replaced it with great difficulty after several phone calls;
• Dorota (8/5): Very good - Great location of the apartment: walking distance to the Brussels interesting places. On the other hand, a proximity to a cozy restaurant area. The actual street is very calm. Apartment's furnishing includes everything that you may need for a short stay. There are also some helpful supplies, like tea bags, coffee capsules, clothes washing liquid. I appreciated that some non-perishing food (flour, sugar, spices) left by previous guests were there in the kitchen. The apartment was not clean, I could find a full baby's diaper in the night stand. Especially bathroom was a little bit disgusting. The glass screen destined to protect the bathroom from being flooded from the bathtub leaked. In addition I plugged the wash basin and the plug got stuck. Hence we could hardly use the wash basin. I let the host know however it was never fixed. Some of the furniture was broken (coffee table, little lamp).
• Anonymous (3/5): Good location but the property needed a good clean and TLC - location was good, 15 minutes walk to train station and 20 minutes walk to the centre. The beds are uncomfortable and old, the shower had mould and was not clean, the bedding and towels had stains, there was odd items left out such as an open bottle of wine, some personal items etc. also I was asked about check in time, I replied with my times asking if that was ok and no answer even when I reached out again.
• Paruntu (10/5): Apartment Review. 9/10. Lovely. - The entire room was spacious and very clean, from the bathroom to the kitchen, everything was spotless. We really enjoyed our three-night stay here. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family. -
