• Maria (7/5): - Las trabajadoras muy amables Para llegar en coche el camino es muy complicado y depende de el coche no es posible. Es un hostel, hay muchos insectos, el bungalow no es hermético y por las ventanas entran bichos.

• Johanne (8/5): Le séjour vaut la peine pour le lieu et les activités. Le calme et la nature. - La localisation dans la nature. Nous étions les seuls clients la première nuit. La gentillesse du personnel de la réception. La randonnée possible à même les lieux et les activités sur place. Le personnel de l’hostel n’est pas très disponible. La papier de toilette et le papier à main n’a pas été remplacé pendant notre séjour. Les casseroles de cuisine sont en mauvais état alors que nous devons nous faire à manger. Prévoir votre nourriture car il n’y a pas ou peu de produits périssables. La chambre est minimaliste mais très propre.

• Doris (7/5): Plongée au cœur d’une nature exceptionnelle. - Expérience intéressante au milieu d’une nature exceptionnelle. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la sérénité de cet endroit ainsi que la douceur et la sérénité de nos hôtes notamment Blanca.
• Micaela Alfaro (10/5): Lugar soñado en el eje cafetero - Las chicas que atendían el hostal lo hacían de forma muy amable y cálida. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y la ubicación excelente, lejos de la ciudad y de los ruidos. La limpieza también estaba muy bien. A una de nosotras nos hicieron cambiar de cama dentro de la misma habitación, porque había llegado una pareja.
• Marta (10/5): UN RINCONCITO EN EL PARAISO - La Hacienda Venecia es un paraíso en medio del Eje Cafetero. Nos alojamos en la parte del hostel que está a unos 5 minutos andando de la zona principal, todo rodeado de naturaleza en un cabaña hermosa. Fuimos en bus y nos explicaron desde recepción cómo llegar perfectamente, resolvieron toda duda posible, ya que por ubicación si no dispones de vehículo habría sido imposible llegar sin su ayuda. Mención especial a doña Blanca y doña Marta, unas mujeres encantadoras, sin ellas la estancia no habría sido igual de humana. El tour del café que realizamos con el guía no pudo ser más didáctico, chistoso y entretenido: Alberto, como dijiste cariñosamente que te llamásemos si no nos gustaba , MIL GRACIAS POR SER UN GUÍA TAN MARAVILLOSO. Dos noches en medio del paraíso colombiano para repetir! Que se acabase tan rápido.
• Miller (10/5): - Beautiful location on a working coffee finca. Like stepping back in time. I loved the location, but if you are looking for a party, this place isn't it. Do a grocery run before coming and enjoy the jungle surroundings.

• Jasmin (8/5): Sehr fairer Preis und schöner Aufenthalt - Das Hostel hat einen tollen Garten mit vielen Vögeln und verschiedenen Pflanzen. Das kleine Bungalow ist hübsch und die Angestellten äusserst freundlich. Der kleine Minimarket hat alles was man benötigt um selbst zu kochen und es hätte auch einen Pizzaofen und ein PizzaKit. Die Küchen zum mitbenutzen sind ordentlich und sauber. Das Bett ist für 2Personen sehr klein und sehr unbequem. Das Bungalow ist zudem winzig, mit grösseren Koffer wohl unmöglich diese drin zu öffnen. Es ist schade, dass man als Gast des Hostel nicht im Hotel, der Hacienda zu Abend essen darf und selbst kochen muss. Die Toiletten hatten oft kein Toilettenpapier und wurden nicht sehr gründlich gereinigt.

• Céline (8/5): - La nature environnante, le kit pizza à faire, la gentillesse du personnel Pas d’indication pour venir avec le taxi, route en mauvais état. Le bungalow que nous avions choisi était occupé, nous avons été relogé dans une chambre après être passés sur les 2 sites où nous n’étions pas attendus. La salle d’eau commune aux chambres demanderaient à être refaite ( porte qui ne ferme pas et rouillée).

• Noémie (9/5): - Le cadre de l'hébergement est incroyable. J'ai testé la chambre double ainsi que le dortoir et la literie est confortable dans l'un comme dans l'autre. Le lieu est propre, les cuisines sont bien équipées, l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain met un peu de temps à arriver. L'établissement possède également une aire de stationnement, idéal si vous avez une voiture ou une moto.

El personal amable nos ayudó con todo lo necesario, tanto en los servicios de las inmediaciones como con los transportes. El desayuno era completo. No tenían copia de la llave de la habitación y por error se quedó dentro. Hubo que romper el pomo para pasar la noche.

• Jeremy (9/5): Perfecto! - It is in a beautiful location, the staff were excellent and the facilities are great. We had a great trip with Johan to the Del Ruiz volcano and Termales hot springs and we also enjoyed a brilliant trip to Tinamu. I cannot recommend Hacienda Venecia more highly and I very much look forward to coming back for the hospitality, wonderful birds and lovely surroundings. I have also bought lots of their great coffee to take home! Nothing
• Bart (8/5): Very good - Stayed in the dormitory. Beds were comfy, with privacy, lockable storage and electricity. Garden is pretty, kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast was good. Showers are semi outside, good and clean. The tour of the coffee farm is nice and interesting. The store has a limited supply. It's on the terrain of the hacienda, but still quite a walk to the reception.

The kitchen is well equipped, there is also a little store where you can buy pasta/veggies etc. but I suggest you do shopping before arrival. You can also have lunch at the coffee lodge, but in my opinion it's too expensive for what you get. The activities they offer are very good! Lunch at the coffee lodge is very expensive for what you get.

• D (9/5): A little bit of Paradise - A haven of peace in the middle of a coffee plantation. Lying on the hammock watching hummingbirds - does it get any better? Such a lovely place to stay - the staff are wonderful, the activities are fabulous (and fun - thank you Johan!). Highly recommended!

• Kevin (9/5): Really nice hostel in the nature :) - The place is amazing. It’s outside the city. I stayed one night but the place is really nice and calm, I could have stay more. You are surrounding by the nature :) The staff is really helpful and friendly. They help you to book bus and different things. They have a pool but not close to the hostel just 8min away in the lodge area. They are organizing coffee tour that is really interesting.

• Milly (10/5): Beyond expectations - I could not recommend this place more! Everything was excellent, bunks are big and spacious with a lot of storage room that’s made very comfortably. The area is incredible and there were so many different birds around. There is a tiny market that has everything you need really, two comfortable kitchens, clean showers and toilets. The hummocks were super comfortable and peaceful. And the staff- very friendly and helpful! All great

• Alexandra (10/5): Relaxing place in the coffee region. - Very welcoming and really helpful with everything we needed. They made us feel like at home. There is a mini market so you can cook yourself, but also the breakfast and lunch offered is really delicious! We could use the pool as well and had a really relaxing time! The coffee tour is super interesting and we would definitely recommend it! Nothing!

• Anna (9/5): Superb - The hacienda is beautiful place in the middle of the nature! Hostel had a big and beautiful garden with hammocks. Nice and tasty breakfast with small extra cost. The couple who is in charge of the hostel were so nice and friendly! All the staff was actually very nice in here. Coffee tour was awesome! Hostel is a bit away from the main building (where is pool etc). A bit confusing information at the beginning, when I received a mail that check-in available only until 20.30h and no possibility for breakfast. But at the end we were able to check in around 22.00h and breakfast was also possible... So communication could be improved.
