• MARCO (8/5): Appartamento centrale e ben ristrutturato. - Appartamento ben ristrutturato ma con il fascino delle case storiche, cucina ben fornita di tutto e bagno nuovissimo. Molto vicino al centro e a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Il 3° piano senza ascensore rendeva l'entrata poco comoda ma ci si abitua facilmente. Unico neo la mancanza di insonorizzazione delle finestre che danno sulla via principale, all'alba già si sentiva tutto il movimento della strada. Migliorabile sicuramente. Il resto tutto bene.

• Anne (9/5): A comfortable apartment in a central location close to superb restaurants in a beautiful city - This apartment is in an excellent location set back one block from the river Arno and all the major tourist sites. It was helpful to be met with the keys by a member of Alfred Stays who explained how everything worked. The apartment is well equipped and includes air conditioning. We had an issue with the washing machine and were impressed with how responsive Alfred Stays was in getting this resolved the same day. We were kept quite fit going up the 60 stairs a couple of times a day (this is made clear in the information before booking but good to be aware of it). All in all an excellent place for our stay in a beautiful city with a number of really good restaurants right on our doorstep. Be aware that there isn't double glazing on the windows and so it can be a little noisy at certain times of day.

• Elena (7/5): - La ubicación es magnífica, cerca de todo, muy céntrico. Es un tercero sin ascensor (esto ya lo sabíamos). Había mucho ruido de la calle tanto por la mañana como por la noche, las ventanas no insonorizan adecuadamente. El día que llegamos había hormigas por todas partes, suelo, encimera, camas... Avisamos y vinieron a fumigar y limpiar ese mismo día (fue un poco incómodo porque tuvimos que salir del apartamento y tuve que despertar a mi bebé porque no podían venir en otro horario). Después de esto, las hormigas desaparecieron. El último día volvimos a ver algunas por el suelo, pero muchas menos.

• Xinchang (9/5): 总体还好，我们不太在意这些，但是床上用品希望能有个被套 - 房子很不错，床也很舒服，就是床上用品不太干净 希望可以套一个被套，能把被子完全包裹住，而不是两块布在被子的上下方，被子上有污渍，枕头上有血渍，体验很不好，还有晚上的时候上楼梯的时候没有灯，灯是坏的，爬楼梯看不见我们必须打开手电筒

The stairs we tiring but fine and to be expected in Italy. It could benefited from an indoor drying rack for more clothes to dry.

• YOUQING (1/5): 非常差，千万别住 - 在街道旁边，真的特别吵，大半夜还有人在大喊大叫，车流声也很大声，早上很早就会被吵醒，晚上无法入睡，没有电梯，楼梯特别陡，如果是带行李箱的人很不方便上下。大门口的门也特别难打开，房间WI-FI坏了联系他也不作为 仅仅因为我迟到了半个小时，房东便取消了我三个晚上的订单。第一晚我因不了解软件规则错过了入住时间，迟到后未联系上房东，给BOOKING客服留言后便入住了其他酒店。第二天早上客服联系我，说订单仍然有效，还可以继续入住，我便给房东打电话表示了抱歉，并说明自己想要继续入住后面两天，直接遭到了拒绝，并取消了订单，扣除了我三个晚上的房费。我又重新预定了两晚，并跟他商量将重复预定的钱退给我，也遭到了拒绝，非常的不合理且不近人情。大家千万避雷这个公寓！！！不然就会像我这样吃亏

People from the office was really nice and they tried to help us in everything. It was a pleasure. Long way of stairs. It was bit cold considering the high roofs. • Leire (10/5): - Por problemas con otro apartamento, tuvimos que reservar este a la tarde y en lo que tardamos en llegar y un poco de espera ya estaba el chico para traernos las llaves. Lo tenían preparado para 3 y no tardaron en acercarnos otro juego de toallas. Trato excelente por parte de los dos chicos. La ubicación es excelente para conocer el centro andando, en 10m estás tanto en el Duomo como en la estación, mejor imposible. El apartamento grande, limpio y cómodo.

There is no lift as the apartment is in 3rd floor, so this might be a problem when you have many luggages. The street is quite noisy even in the deep night. We face a problem of the washing machine but it is not fixed before we leave.
• Bilja80 (7/5): Rustic apartment in centre of Florence - Location was perfect, close to everything but not noisy from public attractions. Apartment was on 3rd floor, with no lift. It was bit of an effort to get back up and down and to climb after long day. But we are fit family so we did not mind it too much and we liked high floor look. Apartment was rustic but had everything we need. Host was amazing and responded quickly to all our needs. Supermarket and train station were very close - walking distance. The building did not have lift for the bags and apartment is on the steep 3rd floor.

• Chantel (10/5): Wonderful stay — clean, convenient, well-located, and a thoughtful host who went the extra mile! - The room was spacious and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a Pam supermarket right across the street, and it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery — absolutely fantastic! We were especially grateful to the host for kindly accommodating our delayed check-in due to traveling with elderly and children. Truly appreciated! Although the washing machine was temporarily out of order, everything else was perfect.

• Price (9/5): Spacious, Well- equipped Apartment - Spacious apartment very close to everything. It was nice to have a whole apartment for our time in Florence. With a full kitchen and washing machine we were able to have some meals at home and do our laundry. It is a third floor apartment so of course there were stairs. No big deal, we would stay here again and recommend.

The boiler was too small, and after one shower you had to wait an hour for another person to be able to shower. Bwing a family thst wqs not good..

Great location to explore Florence. Lovely staff with great communication. The stairs are difficult. In third floor. No lift. This was manageable for us but if not completely able bodied this is not the best choice for you.

But it's a good apartment, but it may have a dishwasher and washing machine, but are you really going to buy these for a couple of days. Cone on owners supply just a few you do charge enough. • Gary (9/5): Wonderful apartment, great location, a little expensive. - Great location - easy walk from the main train station (Santa Maria Novella) and a few minutes' walk from the Arno River. Less than 15 minutes' walk from all the major sights in town. Excellent pre-arrival communication. 3 floors of narrow stairs. Waiting for host to arrive to let us check in, despite pre-arranged arrival time. Small things.

• Xavier (5/5): Avoid if you need to sleep well. - The apartment is will located near city-center, 15 minutes away from most tourist attractions. There's a car park in the same street, which is nice. The street is VERY loud, and the windows don't protect sleepers from nightly noise (people talking, scooters, buses, police cars with blaring siren). Even with deep earplugs, it takes a couple of night to get used to the noise, and kids are often awoken. I would certainly not recommend this apartment for light sleepers. The apartment was not spotless, with traces in the toilets, crumbs on the seats, hair in the bed, a couple of mosquito splats... There's a dishwasher but we had to buy tablets. No paper towels either, nor simple tea bags. The apartment is on the third floor, with no elevator. Floors are very tall, which make for a disagreeable climb.
• Laura (9/5): Superb - Very central location, pretty big apartment, all very comfortable, it had everything you needed. It was perfect that they allowed pets, since I was travelling with my cat. The communication with the host was easy and clear. It was VERY loud, especially at night, it was hard to sleep. Since they allow pets, I wish they had maybe a sandbox and/or bowls for cats/dogs.

• Debcol25 (10/5): A great spacious apartment - The apartment was very spacious and had a good sized shower. The terrace was off the bathroom but was handy to hang your washing out on. The windows opened out onto a busy street so was nice to look out from them but it could be a bit noisy at night but the location was great. We knew there were 3 levels of stairs to get up to the apartment.

• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Everething perfect. Wanted this appartment to be mine. Location super comfortable, full information, clean and new renovated, easy check in. It's normal for Florence, but have in mind that there's no elevator. So few lagguge. Windows are on the street, so have some noise from cars and people, but no music and bars, like can being other places. So all good.

It was on the 3rd floor and we had a hard time taking out luggage upstairs. If they disclosed this info, it would’ve picked something else. It was very noisy with the street noise every night.

Comfortable, has all necessary services and is close by. - The space was very functional with all necessary amenities present for a comfortable stay. When the property texts asking about check-in time and if you are going to be early - clarify with the check-in manager what time you will be able to check in and where they would recommend you wait as they don’t have the option of dropping off luggage prior to check in. Also, the apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator (we were aware so we were prepared).
• Gargi (7/5): Good - The rooms are on the 3rd floor of a very old building walking distance from the railway station and all major tourist attractions. It was clean and comfortable No lifts. So we had to lug 3 heavy suitcases up the steep staircase. It's also noisy at night

• James (8/5): A delightful unit with excellent amenities, but located six floors above a very lively city street. - We provided all of our own food consumables; there is a microwave unit, an induction stove top and refrigerator. Water pressure in the unit was also excellent. An unusual feature of the unit is it does have a small washing machine (new) and a rack for drying clothes on the unit balcony. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen very well appointed. The bathroom was large and even had a towel warmer. The apartment also had individual room units for heating and cooling, all under customer control with electronic remotes (Mitsubishi units). The apartment was also well lit. The apartment is very nice. It is located on a street (Via Di Fossi) that connects a large piazza near the train station to a bridge that crosses the Arno (and a delightful Gelateria on that side). That means the Via is busy almost all of the time and has a number of restaurants and other shops that attract customers. Put this altogether and you have a significant level of noise from traffic, tourists celebrating, and the city picking up trash, running buses, and commercial trucks doing what they must do. The apartment has thermal pane windows (two layers of glass with a vacuum in-between) and internal closable wooded shutters. This doesn't defeat the noise very well and light sleepers will find the noise levels a source of concern. The unit is also six floors up and building has no elevator so be prepared for stair master levels of walking for taking the trash to bins on the street from time to time, and going out and back for other things. The stairs have rails on both sides. The unit comes with keys: one to the massive front entrance door and one for the unit itself. Other apartment dwellers were very quit, although the one above us was frisky on one night.
• Evelyn (9/5): wonderful apartment - the apartment was great the location was perfect, grocery shops and restaurants nearby, and the staff was very responsive thank you! the only problem is that the bedroom is on the street and it is noisy from midnight to 3am. can’t solve that, but if you are out late at night, or a sound sleeper, no problem.
