The hostel is well located and organised and most of the employees are well educated and very friendly, especially Camila and Margarina S2. There was everything I needed in the bathroom and in the bedroom, which is great for those who travel a lot and can't carry a lot of things Common areas (especially bathrooms) could be cleaned more often. Two employees from Spain were rude to me when I asked for some information. But most of the employees are nice and polite.

• Maria Camila (10/5): Perfeito para viajantes que querem economia e praticidade. - O hostel me surpreendeu! Achei o café da manhã e a janta, ótimos; adorei que nos banheiros tem shampoo, condicionador e sabonete corporal (uma preocupação a menos na viagem e economia). Minha experiência foi com a cama individual, e com base nisso atendeu as minhas expectativas. Achei confortável e bem completa, com prateleira interna, ventilador, tomadas, e luminária. A localização é muito boa... perto do light rail, mercados, praia. Eu amei! A área de fumantes é muito perto do quarto que eu fiquei, então quando as pessoas abriam a porta do terraço, o cheiro entrava no quarto. Acredito que dá para melhorar isso, apenas afastando o espaço para fumantes, para longe da porta de conexão do quarto X terraço.

• Camila (10/5): Bueno para las primeras semanas - Carol la mejor anfitriona del hostal. Ya nos fuimos y seguimos volviendo a las actividades porque realmente es muy divertido y todos se sienten muy bienvenidos. Los guests pueden ser un poco más ordenados con su espacio.

Mucha gente en la misma situación y muchos con la misma intención de hacer amigos! Por otro lado, las actividades por parte de Carol siempre fueron un 10/10, tanto ir a la playa como hacer actividades al aire libre y dentro del hostal! Jamas fallaron! Lo recomendaría 100 veces si es tu primera vez aqui en Goldcoast. 5⭐️

Hygiene could be better in the dining room, dirty plates, bowls and utensils. Disposable plates, bowls, cups and utensils will be better. Too much foot traffic and noise. Hard to get a good night sleep.

From giving great local tips to making sure everyone feels comfortable, she creates such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Pati is definitely the heart of this place, and thanks to her, the hostel feels warm and inviting. I’d come back just for her!

• Mia (7/5): תמורה טובה למחיר בסך הכל המתקנים היו טובים והייתה לנו שהות נחמדה. - הוסטל במיקום טוב למי שמעוניין לשהות בסרפרס פרדייס. יש ארוחת בוקר וערב כלולות במחיר ואופציה למיטה גדולה יותר לזוגות. יש וויפי חזק. הצוות נחמד מאד ועזר בכל שאלה. היה די נקי ברוב המתקנים וניקו כל יום את השירותים. המטבח מאובזר בצורה די טובה. יותר מדי מיטות בכל חדר, מאד צפוף ולפעמים היה קשה לישון (אנשים עשו רעש בלילה). הארוחות לא תמיד היו משביעות, יש המון אנשים שבאים לאכול ולפעמים היה מאד מוגזם לחכות בתור ולא שווה את הארוחה. הארוחות בוקר קצת יותר נורמליות מארוחות הערב. אין חנייה ! החנייה ממול די יקרה יוצא 20$ ליום ואם לא צריך לחפש איכשהו חנייה באיזור בחינם.

• 婉君 (10/5): 讚 - 地理位置超讚！離海灘不遠步行可達 就在衝浪者天堂區域內 搭黃金海岸線的輕軌也方便 是大型多人混宿但有門簾所以隱蔽性是沒問題的 淋浴間很多間 有盥洗用品（沐浴乳洗髮精）還含早晚餐 提供各式飲品如咖啡粉、茶包、可可粉可以全天候享用 Cp值很高的一家青旅 大家進房間都會自動降低音量所以房間內很安靜很好 都好！ 入住時有人打呼但我是深睡眠不會被影響的類型 如果是淺眠者可能要考慮能不能接受房間內有人打呼 但有提供耳塞可以自取

A special shoutout to Patty at reception – she is absolutely amazing! She’s always smiling, helpful, and makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. I also loved the activities they organise. It’s a great way to meet people and have fun during your stay. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting. I’ll 100% come back! Nothing major to complain about!

Siempre atenta a todo, rápida, simpática y con una energía que mejora el ambiente al instante. Se nota que le encanta su trabajo y que cuida cada detalle para que los clientes disfruten al máximo. Gracias a ella, la noche fue mucho más especial. Sin duda, si vuelvo, será en gran parte por el trato de Pati. ¡Un 10 absoluto!
