• Sally (10/5): Small studio with fantastic location. - The location was amazing, right in the centre of the old town. Good facilities. Good communication. Easy access although we couldn't find which floor the studio was on in any information but that could have been our fault. A little noisy in the street on the Saturday night but it was the Temp de Flores festival which was great fun but made it busier than normal at the weekend. Quieter the night after. One of the more expensive places we've stayed in Spain but it was very central and had good facilities and it was a time of high demand.
• Ievgen (10/5): My happy place - The studio is small but cosy and has everything I needed during my stay including all possible cooking utensils, a comfortable bed, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Girona, with everything within easy reach. There’s a grocery store just outside, great breakfasts and coffee at La Comuna just 50m up the road, and delicious sandwiches at Bravola Focacceria, along with many other shops and restaurants nearby. The Bravissimo team were very helpful and responsive throughout. I’d definitely come back. Nothing
• Pavli (5/5): Lugar céntrico pero ruidoso, no muy limpio y el proceso de registro complicado. - La ubicación es estupenda, muy céntrica con respecto al casco antiguo. La cama es muy cómoda. La calle siempre es ruidosa y también se oye el ruido de los ocupantes del edificio todo el tiempo. El proceso del chek-in es un dolor de cabeza. Hay que rellenar previamente los datos y luego firmar el contrato antes de la fecha de llegada, excepto que no se puede firmar hasta que hayas pagado el impuesto municipal. Ese se puede pagar solo 2 días antes de la llegada y solo entonces puedes firmar el contrato y recibir el PIN para entrar por la puerta principal del edificio. Una vez dentro, tienes que haberte bajado la aplicación en tu celular para desbloquear la puerta del apartamento y solo después puedes acceder y recuperar la llave, que en realidad es una etiqueta electrónica. El alojamiento era para mis suegros y todo el proceso parecía un juego de búsqueda del tesoro y era muy molesto que requiriera tantos pasos diferentes que no se pueden hacer todos al mismo tiempo. Además, el suelo del apartamento estaba sucio y hacía un frío helador. Habría sido amable que hubieran encendido la calefacción al menos un par de horas antes de nuestra llegada. Solo hay un pequeño armario; no hay espacio para guardar la ropa. Se entiende que los propietarios tienen la intención de automatizar todo el proceso de reserva, pero habría sido agradable mostrar al menos un mínimo de interacción humana o gestos de bienvenida para los huéspedes.
• Ivetta (8/5): Apartmán se skvělou lokalitou. - Byt byl skvěle umístěný v centru města, v prvním patře přístupné výtahem. Moderně opravený, kuchyň dobře vybavená zařízením na vaření. Elektrické topení bylo velmi příjemné a v podstatě nezbytné v jarních měsících. V ulici byl hned na rohu obchod s potravinami, restaurace a do centra dění 2 minuty. Parkování auta na bezplatném parkovišti za řekou 5 minut. Skvělá lokalita. V apartmánu nebyly prakticky žádné police, přihrádky žádná skříň, kam by se dalo uložit oblečení, nebo drobné věci. Byla zde pouze jedna skříň na pověšení na ramínka, která byla sdílena se nástroji na uklízení. Popis způsobu třídění odpadu byl popsán pouze v on-line manuálu, na apartmánu již nebylo o způsobu uvedeno nic. Také bych uvítala v kuchyni uvítací balíček s kapslemi kávy, sáčky čaje, cukr, sůl. Dvě role toaletního papíru na týden- minimalismus.

• Andrea (9/5): Ottima location a due passi dalla cattedrale - Casa molto comoda e pulita in posizione super centrale a due passi dalla cattedrale. parcheggio possibile eccomi un po' di fortuna vicino. Comunicazione cordiale e sempre disponibile Supermercato appena fuori casa

• Margarita (6/5): Parecia que estaba todo bien pero.... no - Lo mejor es la situacions del apartamento. El lavabo estaba embozado y todas las esquinas y rincones del apartamento estaban sucias. Las llaves además no funcionaban y teníamos que abrir todo el rato con el código, un rollo. Y en el baño había pequeños mosquitos.

• Emma (6/5): While I would stay with Bravissimo again, I would not stay in that apartment due to the noise. - The apartment has everything a solo traveller could ask for. The apartment was well-equipped for preparing meals with oven, hob, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The only item missing was a microwave. The apartment was in an excellent location with cafes, bakeries, pharmacies and the cathedral within a 5-minute walk. There were a few issues with the apartment during my stay. Firstly, one of the trays in the fridge (on the door side) was broken and therefore I could not put any milk, water or juice in it. It would also cause the fridge door to jam at times. I had to shower pressed up against the glass due to the shower head. When I tried to turn the shower head, the floor would end up soaked. There were also flecks of black mould on the shower walls. Lastly, it was extremely noisy at night. I expected a bit of noise from the street but the noise actually came from the neighbours shouting and slamming their doors during the night. This surprised me as Bravissimo listed quiet hours, so I assumed the building had quiet hours. There was also noise from the building door when people entered and left the building. I had to purchase earplugs to help with this.

• Raquel (8/5): AGRADABLE - La ubicación para mí lo mejor. Y el apartamento está bien equipado. Hemos estado a gusto. El ruido de los vecinos. Se oye todo con la puerta principal. Y el no tener aire acondicionado cuando estamos a 38 grados… Si, teníamos un ventilador pero no era suficiente.

But what I would recommend would be a possibility to store cloths etc. from your suitcase. The cupboard is used for facilities and has no shelfs

• Venetia (8/5): A very enjoyable stay! - Very clean and modern with a great shower! I did not need the kitchen but for a couple on a budget I can imagine it would be a bonus. La Vedette across the street and Mimolet are lovely restaurants. Staff - especially Liam - very kind and helpful in every way. Great location to walk the historic part of the city! Very little cupboard space and some people may have a problem without the a/c but for me the fan was just fine.

We appriciate that we have the opportunity to leave our luggage in their office after check out to spend some time in the city. Since it's a touristic street , it was a bit noisy. Also the main building gate has a very loud sound every time somone opened and closed it.

• Benjamin (7/5): Pleasant stay in central location of Girona’s old town - The communication with the staff leading up to the stay was really good and prompt ensuring a smooth check in, and they gave us a late checkout which was very helpful. If you want to be in the old town, this is a top location central to most of the highlights in Girona. The shower is quite tight, and you feel like your face is up against the door when standing directly under the shower, otherwise the pressure is good. Noise travels easily through the building, the apartment is one floor up however you can clearly hear the main entrance door slamming every time someone enters and exits, sometimes this was quite regularly during the night, something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. Not really something the host can control, but maybe a sign at the door not to let it slam could be of some help.

• Maikel (10/5): Amazing apartment, perfect location, modern, clean and ill book it again for sure. - The apartment has a very nice layout, was very clean and is nicely decorated. The location is wonderful in the old centre. I was afraid the church clocks would be loud, but that's not the case at all. Everything regarding the apartment is in perfect condition, modern and the bed is very comfortable. As recommendation I would suggest to place some lights and a nightstand besides the bed, and place the showerhead a little bit backwards; if you swing it in it's position above the shower tray, you are with your face against the shower door, if you swing it a bit more to the side, you are standing half in the shower tray, half on the tiles - which are higher.

• Anonymous (3/5): Very disappointing. - Location Very disappointed with my stay at Bravissimo. I had a problem with the heating system and after contacting the property staff, the only response I got was they couldn’t get anybody on a Saturday. I understand it was the weekend but paying approximately €115 per night I’d expect much better. Disappointing. Also a lot of dust starting to gather which tells me the maintenance/cleaning is rushed!!

• Sally (8/5): Lovely little studio - It would be difficult to find a better location in Gerona’s old town. The studio is simply furnished but adequate for a solo traveller’s stay. Very clean, good lighting and efficient Wi-Fi An easy walk from the bus and train stations, following the overhead railway.. A big thank you to the Bravissimo team for letting me check in an hour early. Would benefit from air conditioning

• Margaret (10/5): Great team, great location, great place! - Team Bravissimo went the extra distance to make our stay in Girona so good. Not only were they quick to answer questions but oh so efficient and caring when one of us needed medical attention—sending a cab to deliver us to care. The apartment was in a primo location—away from the most congested part of the old town, but easy walks to the sights. Great restaurants, grocery store and bakery within a block.
