• Franz (8/5): - Weg Vermietung von Privat gibt es natürlich kein Personal zu bewerten. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Super. Absolut sauber! Und die Lage ebenfalls sehr gut! Aus den Bildern ging leider nicht hervor, dass es keine Fenster gibt und dass der Zugang aus einer relativ steilen Treppe besteht, wie es eben in einem alten Gebäudebestand mitten in Neapel üblich ist. Gepäck muss die letzten 100 Meter gezogen/getragen werden, Gassen sind zu eng für Autos. Der Abfluss des WC war etwas schwach und die Deckenleuchte über dem Bett wird alle 15 Sekunden leicht hell und erlischt dann wieder. Solange man schläft, stört das aber nicht. Ist eben anders als in Deutschland.

Z lotniska autobus 182 (jeździ niepunktualnie +/- 20min ale za 1,3E - bilety z automatu po prawej po wyjsciu z terminalu) Maddalena Areoporte do Foria Garibaldi i 600m do celu. Którys sąsiad rozpoczął awanturę i hałasował przez pół godziny o 1 w nocy. Wejście pod prysznic ma około 30cm szerokości.

È stata un'esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista! La camera si trova in una posizione centralissima, ideale per esplorare Napoli a piedi. Eravamo a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e dai sapori autentici della città. Trovare una quadrupla che sia realmente comoda non è facile, ma questa ha superato le aspettative. Ambienti ampi, pulizia impeccabile e letti comodissimi . Nonostante la posizione centrale, la camera era perfettamente insonorizzata. Abbiamo dormito benissimo, avvolti in un'atmosfera accogliente e moderna. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale. Ci sono stati dati ottimi consigli su dove mangiare e cosa visitare, facendoci sentire subito "a casa". Se cercate una soluzione per la vostra famiglia a Napoli, fermatevi qui. Qualità, cortesia e posizione da 10 e lode. Torneremo sicuramente!

Perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pizzerias sowie einheimische Küche um die Ecke. Direkt in Nähe zum Dom und Bahnhof Garibaldi. Flughafenshuttle sogar Mitternacht vom Vermieter. • Pepey (6/5): - La literie est très confortable, le logement était très propre et Marcello est très accueillant. Situé entre la Sanità, le centre historique et pas loin de la gare, c'est pratique pour rayonner en ville. Nous avions réservé avant les travaux, et cela ne correspondait plus à ce que nous attendions. Ce n'est pas un appartement mais une grande chambre. La cuisine partagée est plus décorative qu'autre chose, il n'y a que 2 chaises à disposition et il n'y a que les lits pour se poser. Bien pour 1 nuit, mais plus, en famille, c'est vraiment pas confortable. Par ailleurs la seule fenêtre donne sur les parties communes, pas très agréable..

• Palma (8/5): Great location - Its all about the location. Very close to Centro storico and Napoli centrale. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Great cafe (Cafeteria Florio) to have breakfast nearby.
• Francesca (8/5): - L'appartamento si trova a vicino alla Stazione Centrale, il che lo rende comodissimo per chi arriva in treno o deve spostarsi con la metro. Allo stesso tempo, con una breve camminata si raggiunge il centro storico, permettendo di esplorare Napoli a piedi senza stress. ​ La camera era estremamente pulita e ordinata al nostro arrivo. ​ L'unica nota da segnalare è che la camera non dispone di finestre il che potrebbe risultare un po' chiusa per chi soffre gli spazi ristretti o ama la luce naturale. ​Un'ottima soluzione per chi cerca un appoggio tattico, pulito e funzionale per visitare Napoli. Se prevedete di passare la maggior parte della giornata in giro a scoprire la città e cercate un letto comodo e una posizione centrale, questa camera è perfetta. Esiste anche una cucina in comune con un'altra camera, ma io non l'ho utilizzata, ma sembrava ben attrzzata. Il proprietario, Marcello, è gentile e disponibile.

• Georgiev (1/5): Perhaps, not a bad place, but surely a dishonest owner - I acknowledge it was my problem I didn't see that I'm making a reservation in a double room not for two people, but for one. However, after speaking with the owner, he assured me that if I cancel the reservation and Booking decides not to give me the money back, he proposed that I can send him my IBAN and he will return it. That was the last message we exchanged. I tried contacting him 3 times since then, but no one answered. And he seemed very polite, understanding of the situation, and encouraging that he will do what he promised, but like all promises... things never end like they were supposed to.

• Frédéric (8/5): Séjour agréable dans un Naples très vivant. - Appartement se situe dans un immeuble typique de Naples. Le propriétaire étant en vacances, c'est son père qui nous a accueilli à 23 h. Nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude qui a été réglé très vite. Le petit déjeuner est très limité

Se se vuole apprezzare appieno la città è un punto ideale. I punti positivi sono stati: 1. La cortesia e gentilezza del proprietario (1 punto in più solo per questo) 2. Le stanze sono molto grandi 3. La posizione è ottima per visitare Napoli 4. I letti sono molto comodi con materassi nuovi Sicuramente il bagno è da rifare perché in condizioni precarie. Inoltre manca purtroppo una finestra verso l'esterno. Ci sono solo finestre verso le scale interne

• Guest (10/5): The best hosting ever. 10/10. - If you want a genuine, authentic view into Italian life, I could not recommend this more. It’s run by a young couple who work so hard to make sure you have a fantastic stay. It was immaculately clean, fresh coffee every morning and an AC unit that kept the flat amazingly cool. It’s pretty much one road across from the main shops and there’s a supermarket nearby. I actually arrived early and waited outside, where a lady (who I assume was Marcellos Nonna?) spoke to me and made sure to watch me so I was safe. I’m a solo female traveller so Naples felt like a bit of a risk as I hadn’t heard great things but actually it’s a really vibrant city full of personality. Some dodgy bits sure but just be aware and you’ll be ok! The building with the apartment is full of his family, and his grandparents were especially charming. He was very reassuring and I ended up recommending the place to my friends who stayed after me! A day later my hostel cancelled my stay last minute in Sorrento and Marcello again went out of his way to make sure I was safe and let me extend my stay back in Naples. Marcello and his girlfriend were so sweet and I wish them all the best in their future. It felt like I was living in a film about Italian life it was great. The apartment needs a little updating- but it was amazing for the price I paid so I have no complaints. But I would recommend this is one for the travellers definitely.

Pozostawiono Malutki rogalik w foli (data użycia nieznana ) i kawa - tego nie można uznać jako śniadanie , przesadna informacja . 3.polecenie wymeldowania o 9-9:25 tzn przed godzinami meldunku , kiedy to lokum było wynajęte dosłownie na pare godzin a nie na dobę tylko przez opóźniony lot . Nie podobało mi się to wszystko niestety . Tylko było przestrzennie . Klimatyzacja z ściekająca do butelki woda -

• Urszula (8/5): Very good location, helpful owner. - Very good location, Marcello was really helpful, the place is spacious, definitely for more than 1 person. You feel safe because it's a family building, also it's very typical for Naples. Really close to the station, there are nice bars for breakfast around. The AC was not working and there was no remote, unfortunately there was no coffee or coffee machine. As previously said by other guests, the bathroom needs a remake.

• Lauren (8/5): Great location for a short stay in Naples. - Close to Napoli Centrale and P.za Garibaldi. Easy to get to Pompeii and down to Amalfi. Family style building so felt safe. Host was very good with communication, checking in to see if it needed anything - limited English but Google translate worked well 😃 perfect for a couple of days in Naples! Quite noisy so bring the ear plugs, nose from other apartments and outside noise (though it was the weekend they won the serie A so it was extra celebrating!).

• Shrhngsn (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay. After an initial misunderstanding on my part, Marcello has been very gracious and accommodating in resolving the situation. The apartment is very spacious and has all the necessary amenities. It's a few minutes walk from many interesting spots and the central station, making it an ideal spot for both visiting the city and day trips. Will definitely recommend.
