• Kirsty (6/5): Nice central basic apartment. Disappointed apartment hadn’t been cleaned! - Great central location. The property hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived at 10pm at night after a long journey. No clean bed linen or towels. This was rectified the next day but was very upsetting as we had to sleep in a stripped bed with no clean linen. Although this was rectified the next day and was told this was not their usual standard, no compensation was offered and we had already paid the full cost!!! We paid full cost for a sub standard experience.
• Kathy (9/5): Great for self catering and in a convenient location. A modern not period building, like a serviced apartment. - Great location for tourist sights, rail and bus stations. Clean, very well equipped. Large apartment which you could live in as your home! Didn’t apply in April when we visited, but property is on a road with buses which fire engines and police cars also used. If we’d had to sleep with open windows it would have been noisy. Maybe there is air con - I didn’t notice.

• claudine (9/5): grand, propre et bien placé - Appartement tres grand pour deux! Excellente situation pres des sites touristiques et de la gare. Propre avec des équipements suffisants pour la cuisine et notamment un mini kit de nettoyage qui évite de voyager avec des éponges et des torchons. Belle grande douche avec eau chaude constante. Nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse grâce à quelques jours ensoleillés exceptionnels en mars . Vue aérée. Dommage, comme dans beaucoup de locations, qu'on ne remplisse pas pour les hotes une mini salière et poivrière et ne remplace pas les couverts perdus (juste 2 petites cuillères). Pas trop grave quand même. Pas de chaînes TV. il faut caster depuis son téléphone.

• K. (10/5): - Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Apartment am Theaterplatz in Aachen. Die Wohnung war überraschend groß, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Mein Apartment lag ganz oben und verfügte über einen Balkon – zudem war es sehr ruhig, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Ausstattung war vollständig und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist absolut ideal: direkt im Zentrum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in etwa einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, ich habe hervorragend geschlafen. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich freue mich jedes Mal auf meinen Aufenthalt im Poha-Haus in Aachen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war jedoch die Temperatur im Apartment. Die Heizungen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ließen sich leider nur auf Stufe eins regulieren, wodurch es recht kühl war und ich etwas gefroren habe. Im Bad und in der Küche hingegen konnten die Heizungen problemlos höher eingestellt werden. Ein weiterer Punkt betrifft die Privatsphäre im Wohnzimmer. Die Fenster hatten weder Vorhänge noch Jalousien. Gegenüber befindet sich unter anderem das Motel One, sodass man sowohl selbst in andere Zimmer schauen konnte als auch umgekehrt Einblicke in das Apartment möglich waren. Dadurch fühlte man sich insbesondere abends und tagsüber im Wohnzimmer etwas beobachtet. Abgesehen von diesen Punkten war der Aufenthalt jedoch sehr angenehm und insgesamt positiv.
• Christelle (7/5): A good place with some limitations - Central location, all facilities, but... Very loud over night due to the pub in front, the bedroom floor underneath the bed was not cleaned releasing big dust clouds when opening the window for breathing the room.

• Joachim (8/5): Prachtig, maar neem er het lawaai bij - De grote open mooie ruimte + uitzicht. Je kan er met gemak een weekje op vakantie gaan! Wij waren er slechts 1 nacht (zeer jammer). Zeer veel lawaai in het gebouw. Zeer dunne muren. 's Nachts veel wakker geworden door geroep en getier maar daar kan de host niets aan doen natuurlijk. Bijkomend was het bed enorm hard, dit zijn we niet gewoon.

• Luis (5/5): Good enough! - The property was spacious and the location was perfect, it was right in the center! It was located in a building with student apartments, the apartment itself was spacious but the bed was small, the couch was small. It seemed like it was more decorated for students. This is not something really bad but it would have been good to know.

• Joyce (9/5): Een fantastische plek midden in het centrum. - De locatie was perfect. Op loopafstand van het centrum. De accommodatie was netjes en het uitzicht fantastisch. Het bed was iets minder comfortabel.
