• Jordan (6/5): Good place for location but everything else is extremely barebones only stay if you are a seasoned traveller - Close to namba and train links It was just some old apartment not very clean and very few amenities

• Ahmad Fauzi (9/5): Recommended for alternative private stay with small family and friends. - Its really value for money. The place is quite spacious. and quite clean. Provided towels, and even got small tub. and water heater. Its a nice option for alternative other than hotels. Its nearby to train station, and a lot of konbini nearby. definitely recommended. and for sure will comeback again. just need to be a little more spotless clean. So far I don't use any utensils that much. and the fridge as well. But so far, I dont expect its to be perfect. Just so far I had a nice stay. The place is good for sleep and settle down.

• Anita (7/5): Budget-friendly stay in a great location - The host was very quick to respond to all our questions. The place was affordable and located in a great area. We also appreciated the extra room where we could relax and store our luggage. The room was quite small for five people, with one person sleeping on a mattress on the floor. It was cozy but definitely tight, and the toilet occasionally took a moment to flush properly after several uses.

La cucina è spaziosa e ben fornita, con un grande frigorifero. Consiglio di soggiornare in questo appartamento per vivere una vera esperienza giapponese. Il materasso di uno dei due letti era rotto e la finestra non poteva essere chiusa a chiave.

• Vanessa (1/5): Everything was dirty. Would not recommend. - Beds were comfortable Everything (toilet, kitchen, fridge, walls, towels...) was dirty and has bad smell. There were cockroaches on the room (even though it was located on the 3rd floor) and other flies and insects, probably because of the dirt and bad smell everything in the apartment had. The towels smelled horrible, the toilet paper was not new, the fridge was disgustingly dirty, the walls were dilled with dust, the shower walls, curtain and slippers had mould, there was no hand soap...

The room smelled strangely and the bath was ventilated by a hand ventilator that was blocking the door, so the door had to be open all the time.

• Hae (10/5): Cozy location in Namba - Cozy apartment in Namba. For the price you cannot complain and you have so much space and privacy compared to hostel. The apartment is an old property with rusty window so I would not have picked it as a solo female traveler.

• Santos (10/5): It was a good experience. - The place was cozy and exciting because it was our first time to experience a Ryokan type of house. The location was strategic and the facilities were good. I can't say anything that I did not like.

Dead locks steel frame wall linings built to with stand a semi 🚚 crash. Secure door weiged as much as a small car unbelievable chain lock attached felt safe slept really well. Bed not the best but not the worse either price wise this place was so under priced so grateful to get at last moment. Clean tidy nice air con perfect place Probable the padlocked locked cuboard in room I guess it's cleaning stuff but always like to see what's behind door in room just me. I slid other bed against it just incase something came out... nothing did tho but may be small cut out in door so you can see no ones inside. I guess I watch too many movies but nothing else really

The place was in a terrible state, meaning there was a bad smell everywhere (like rotten fish), especially in the bathroom, which looked completely nasty and with insects flying out. We decided we could not stay there and booked another accommodation right away. The host was not cooperative at all.

There were not many kitchen utensils, for example, I did not find a knife to use to cut fruit. There was dust everywhere. The room cannot get dark enough for a good night's rest.

• Alvin (6/5): Great Location but a bit complicated to find the apartment because don't have proper SIGNBOARD - Close to Daikokucho station.Take train 1 station away to Namba station (Dotonbori aka Glico Man) The room was spacious. The location is accessible to almost everything you need (Lawson, supermarket etc It is very hard to find the location because it don't have proper signboard outside the building.. We have reached the destination (using goggle map) but we can't find the apartment. Finally we find the signboard of Apartment Namba Daikoku at Mail Box inside the building near the staircase.. A bit confusing

The location is accessible to almost anything you need, super market, Lawson, izakaya, train station, park. The only concern we have is the water dripping from 3rd floor which the owner acknowledged. Though the building is not new, it is clean and comfortable. We just hope there are more kitchen utensils.
