• Kalan (5/5): - We stayed at Cosmos Reid/Lead Minamiazabu Residence in Minato City for 4 nights during our trip to Tokyo. Check-in and check-out were both easy and convenient, and the host communicated well throughout our stay. The location was also very good — about a 3–5 minute walk to the nearest bus stops and around a 9-minute walk to the nearest train station, which made getting around Tokyo fairly convenient. The apartment looked similar to the pictures provided, although it felt much smaller and more cramped in person. While the apartment had all the essentials we needed, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. There was visible dust in some corners of the room, and some of the dishes in the cupboard felt sticky and not properly cleaned. Unfortunately, the shower was the biggest issue during our stay. It had a foul odour and the drain would block while showering, which was quite unpleasant. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were very uncomfortable with little to no support, and no extra pillows were provided. Overall, the stay was decent and reasonably comfortable, and the location was definitely a positive. However, the lack of cleanliness was concerning and took away from the experience. With some improvements to cleanliness and a few adjustments to the room setup, this place could be much better.

• zhang (5/5): The price is too high, and the price-performance ratio is average. - Not clean enough; the sink drains water slowly. The provided tableware is not microwaveable. There's a washing machine but no detergent. Too expensive.
• SUZUKI (5/5): まあまあだった。 - 場所が、便利だった。 チェックイン時間の変更が簡単でよかった。 ドライヤーがなかった。部屋の臭いが気になった。 海外製のコンセントのドライヤーが置いてあったが、以前の宿泊者が備え付けのものを持って行ってしまったのだろうか？ また、チェックイン時に鍵の開け方が難しかったので、もう少し分かりやすくなるとありがたい。
• Viktória (8/5): We liked our stay here :) - It was very clean! The bed sheets, the fridge, the microwave, felt comfortable. The bed is medium hard, the pillows a bit hard but we bring ours. The apartement is spacious and bright. As you see on photos. The location is 10min walk from metro line so is very good too. It’s a calm neighborhood, not too noisy. The staff is very kind and answering the messages fastly. We booked for 3 people and the property wrote “futon bed” for one person but the matress was way too thin to sleep on. But we bought a cheap matress in Donki and with that the two matress was comfortable.
• Atara (10/5): 富裕層エリアの近隣にある宿泊施設 - 立地が非常に良く、高級住宅街の近くだったので安心感がありました。ただ、価格が高く負担に感じたため、次回も利用したいと思えるよう、もう少し手頃な料金になると嬉しいです。 テレビも高性能で、自分のアカウントでログインすればNetflixなども楽しめます。シェアサイクルを利用하면 東京タワーや六本木エリアまで楽にアクセスできるので、散策にも最適です。 コンビニへのアクセスが少し不便なので、事前の買い出しを推奨します。高級エリアゆえに宿泊費が高すぎる点が残念で、支払額の3分の2程度が適正だと感じました。隣で工事をしていたので音がかなり気になり、昼間はあまりリラックスできませんでした。工事さえ終われば、本当に最高の宿だと思います。

• shin (8/5): - お部屋は清潔で、広さも申し分なくとても過ごしやすかったです。 チェックイン方法も分かりづらく部屋番号が違うものを伝えられていたりと、お部屋に入れるまでに1時間以上かかりました。 シャワーの出が悪く、お湯も温めで冬場では寒かったです。

• Tom Opelt (7/5): A pleasant stay. I am happy with my experience. - Well located. Pleasant room with full suite of facilities. Underground station was a short 5 minute walk away. View from window was nice. A good value for money. Keycodes for room keys, so you dont have to worry about losing your key. Shibuya and Roppongi were within walking distance. It was very clean (bar a little mould), and NO COCKROACHES! Customer support was really bad. They did not tell me the key-code to my room. I would not have got into my room without the help of a Japanese passer-by (who had to phone customer support). The towels were too small. The shower could not easily be used while in the bath tub. None of the "smart" functions on the toilet worked. The road noise was a little too much, although I did get used to it.

• Siqin (7/5): Very tiny apartment with everything you need,but it’s far away from transportation facilities; not very convenient; the - Hello Mr. landlord, We checked in room 501 yesterday around 6:30pm. The apartment was clean but there was strong bad smell from the washing machine closet. I tried to use the bottle of spray you provided to eliminate the odour but the spray was running out. I think the washing machine may need a thorough cleaning to get rid of the odour. Thank you for your attention!
• Nicola (7/5): Convenient and reasonably priced for the area. - The location and size of the apartment were great. We had everything we needed and slept well. The apartment could have been cleaner. A basic clean had been done, but there were areas that appeared they had been overlooked for months.
• Kilimangalam (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. A few minutes walk to Hiro-o Tokyo metro station. Good connectivity. Very clean, comfortable beds. Very complicated set of instructions to get our keys. The instructions to open the post box were too complicated and open to misinterpretation. It took us over 30 minutes to figure out the instructions after requesting a lady walking by to interpret the instructions in Japanese. The English version was very confusing. It would have been good to have an iron within the flat. Most self catering places will have one. Other things that would be considered essential in the U.K. would be: extra toilet rolls, hand wash in all the washbasins.
