• Adm (3/5): It seems cheap but it's expensive because the quality is really poor. - Location is good. The breaker trips easily. The toilet easily gets clogged. Only one toilet paper provided so you have to buy it. The floor is dirty and the socks are dirty. The sponge in the sink is dirty and cannot be used.

• Stephen (3/5): Never again for me. - There was a reasonably comfortable bed with clean linens. There was a ceiling with walls, so I was protected from the elements (although there was no heat, so it was chilly when the temperature outside dropped to 3°C at night). The address on the site is incorrect. The address texted to 2 of 3 others who were staying there was also incorrect. My booking (which I saved) lists "private bath". 2 of 3 other guests were surprised like me with the shared bath. My booking (which I saved) lists "parking available" and the owner confirmed by text that she would be able to provide parking. It turned out to be street parking on a first-come, first-serve basis that I had to look up the local street parking restrictions for. I don't consider street parking (and the associated restrictions) to be something an owner should claim as "provided". The wifi worked, but both the network and passwords noted in the room were wrong. It took a phone call to sort out, and then I functioned as "host" by sharing with others. I checked in at the same time as 3 others. 2 of the other 3 were unable to reach the owner by phone to check in. They expressed their confusion and frustrating, made moreso by the inaccurate address problems we all experience. When trying to check in, I got through by phone and was initially instructed by the owner to tell the other three that there was an "emergency" and checking in was a problem. That was unacceptable to all four of us, so eventually we were directed to a private key box that is not for guests, which in turn gave us access to the building where we found keys that we could use ourselves. The "check in" fiasco for the four of us took about 45 minutes. All of us marveled at how different reality was from the listing.
• Samer (4/5): I’d not go there again - The location is nice The host is very lazy and didn’t even come to the give me the keys or show me how to get to the room, she insisted did that over a call. The room was dirty and the heating was off so it was very cold at night

• Jarrett (10/5): Best travel as a solo - The owner was so nice and help me with everything I needed. I don't speak French but she helped me with transit and metro around the area. BONUS, it is a great area and I recommend staying there :) Everything was awesome
• Jane (9/5): Great place to stay!; - The host is wonderful, she is very kind, helpful and such an amazing person. Location is very good! Close to all shops and groceries, pharmacy, restaurants. Transport connection is great. Metro, bus stops - everything is near by. Also, one of the most popular places to go is at 15 minutes walking distance. The property has everything you need. The bathroom and washroom can be cleaner, but overall it's fine.

You need to pop up visit and take her off the listingsorrible! - Everything and the fact I could not get back my money after booking b/c the description was a lie! There was NO air conditioning as stated it was 90 degrees outside. She told me sge turned it off b/c of the high energy surge. I can open the window for air and she put a fan in the room. I had to take off my shoes at the door yet the floors are dirty and the carpets are black. My room was not swept and a man's dirty socks was under the bed. The mini refrigerator in the room was not clean nor the white sheer curtains, they are black. The bathroom is disgusting!! A molded shower curtain, dirty white bathroom rugs that's black, only one toilet paper roll no extras, nothing and no one to clean the bathroom daily and tidy the house. She has a list of rules in your room for you to follow including in the bathrooms. She says no visitors yet whoever is living there has people in and out including kids. No outdoor lighting especially in the hallway to enter the house. You need to use your phone flashlight to open both doors.
