Guest Reviews
- Jane (9/5): Excellent value . Clean and well appointed . Easy to follow instructiona . Friendly host. - Clean and excellent value for money.
- Craig (5/5): Rome was a great stay for us. - Trastevere is a great location, trams are close by. Very good selection of restaurants close by. Apartment bathroom had an awful problem with a bad odour coming from the drains.
- Neda (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you need for our stay in Rome (even umbrellas). The host was very informative, reacted super fast when we needed help. There was a slight smell coming from the bathroom drains (shower or sink) but it’s minor
- Tymlo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catherine (10/5): Exceptional -

- Teodor (10/5): Really good place to stay - Nice and new apartment, it has everything you need. Good location :) A lot of supermarkets and bus stops nearby. Windows don’t stop the noise from the street, you can hear every sound. Not good for light sleepers like me.
- Scott (8/5): Very good - It was a very lovely apartment to stay in. Felt very homely. It was located in a nice area. Nothing
- Peter (9/5): I really liked the apartment and its location, and the price. Wil try to stay here again next time. - Very good proactive information by the host, super clear and easy. Additional questions were answered immediately. Good space, well-equipped kitchen, very nice bathroom. The only thing - the air was a bit stale, and there was a smell as if a previous guest maybe had smoked in the apartment - opening all windows for a while helped.
- Elkjana (9/5): Superb - Location
- Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartments, everything we need we got. Clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice person, who allowed us to check in early without any problems and forgive us some issues with check out!
- Shelby (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacious and had lots of room. The decor & facilities were great. The location was really convenient, we were able to easily navigate taking the bus and also walking. The apartment was easy to access and was very private. There was an elevator so no issues being on the 6th floor.
- Sarah (9/5): Extremely comfortable and pleasant. - The apartment was beautiful, clean and the facilities were great.
- Laimdota (9/5): Superb -
- Lesley (10/5): The apartment is fabulous and the transport links are superb. Ancient Rome is stone's throw away. - I liked everything about Charming Trastevere. The residential neighbourhood was a bit dark and empty (my kids said ‘spooky’) but wasn’t surprising, considering our 1.30am arrival, but following the host’s instructions we easily found our key in a key box, and made our way to our apartment which was such a sight for sore eyes, following a delayed flight and a difficult time finding a cab when we arrived at Fiumicino airport (nothing do do with the host btw).
Thankfully, the sofa bed was made up for my son, in a spacious living room; there was cold waiting in the fridge and the air conditioning chilled the room quickly. The bedroom, which I shared with my teenage daughter, was large, complete with wardrobe, TV with Netflix, and the balcony accessed from living room, stretched to the bedroom patio doors. The bathroom was stunning – gorgeous design features. Awaking the next day, I found the slightly daunting residential area to be perfectly normal, with people on their balconies, doing normal things, drinking coffee, watering plants.
I made a coffee with the pods and machine supplied, used the oven only once to warm delicious arrancini bought up the road and used the plastic wine (nice, thick white plastic like those used at a picnic - not disposable) glasses provided on the very chic bar for the odd nightcap.
The bus and tram network, accessed from a very short walk away, was excellent. They were so frequent, very cheap to use and easy to use with the ‘tap and go’ system by which you scan your credit/bank card and made the distance from the apartment to the centre incredibly easy to traverse. It is close enough to walk too, and we did this some nights to walk off our dinner. There are plenty of shops nearby so you could purchase food to cook in the apartment but being so close to the Trastevere restaurant hub, we ate out throughout - cheaper than the centre and at home in Northern Ireland. The only thing I didn’t like was the building’s elevator, which was corrugated and small - when we first arrived at 1.30am it was a bit of a shock and my children said ‘no way am I going in that’. Luckily my 20 year-old son is fit and strong and carried a very heavy suitcase over his head up to the sixth floor. Additionally, even after walking a million miles every day I was able to face them twice a day, once after our day’s tour, and then at night, after dinner, grateful for a bit more exercise to walk off our gelato and pasta. This, from someone with an injured knee and an arthritic toe; it was still possible. The lift wouldn’t put me off going again so unless you have mobility issues, this is a wonderful place.
- Eimantas (9/5): Liked it - The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just as shown in the photos. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood with no noise disturbances at night, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, the surrounding area was safe and convenient, with easy access to local amenities Although the entry doors were a bit different due to some construction work in the corridor.
- Marija (10/5): Fantactic! - Super friendly staff, cleanliness, location is great, spacious apartment. Ideal up to 4 person. None.
- Srdjan (10/5): Srdjan Pusic - From the first moment we felt like at home. All clean and guest friendly. ---------
- Roxana (10/5): Great value for the money - Nice location, safe neighborhood, easy to reach from the Trastevere train station - about 10 minutes away. Very close to both trams and buses. Spacious bedroom and living room, great amenities. It has everything you can need, from coffee maker to pots and pans. We really appreciated the fact that it wasn't noisy at all. The balcony is also spacious, and you can access it from both living room and bedroom. A decent sized supermarket is about one minute away from the apartment. Great value for the money.
- Boyko (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and amenities, excellent communication with a very helpful host. Many bus stops and supermarket "Elite" nearby. Definitely recommend!
- P (10/5): Excellent - The apartments are very clean and cozy. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. The owners of the apartments are very friendly, all questions are answered quickly and efficiently. They gave very clear and understandable instructions for check-in. We will definitely come back again))
- Klara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Florin (9/5): Nice stay in Rome - Cozy apartment located in a nice neighborhood with fair walking distance of all the big touristic attractions. You are at no more than 40/45 minutes away from Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps, Navona Square, Via del Corso, Vatican City Botanical garden. The apartment is the same as in the pictures and you have a lot of small shops in proximity. There is some noise even during the night with the windows and window blinds closed. There is a lot of dust in the apartment, most likely the mattress needs to be cleaned. In the bathroom there is a bad smell of sewage, the host tried to solve this by putting there a freshener, we improved the solution by covering the drain from the shower cabin.
- Milana (9/5): Superb -
