Rebecca (10/5): Great place for large groups - Immaculately clean house. Good location. Great size (we had 6 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room to move!) House was well stocked with games/colouring books etc to entertain the kids. Kitchen had everything you could need. Fans in the bedrooms would have made the place perfect. It was the only negative.
