A marvellous place to stay 😀 - The property was clean, spacious, well equipped and very central to the sights of Santo Domingo de la Calzada. Sergio was very responsive with his communication and a light breakfast was ready for us. The apartment was very well decorated. We wish we could have stayed longer! All was excellent!

• Esther (8/5): - Acogedor. Bien situado. Obra antigua reformada. Mucha luz en el salón. Hay una cafetera con cápsulas. Si está encendida la calefacción, los radiadores hacen mucho ruido. Y las puertas también. No hay armarios

El alojamiento, distribución, tamaño, las facilidades que nos dieron para todo, el pequeño desayuno que nos dejaron, lo limpio que estaba… No hay nada malo que decir, quizá que a la hora que llegamos nos costó un poco encontrar donde dejar cerca el coche.

• Nicole (10/5): Saubere Wohnung am Rande des Dorfes mit allem, was ein Pilger braucht - Das Apartment liegt am Rande des Kernes des Dorfes. Ich fand die Lage sehr gut. Das Apartment war geräumig (hat das im Zweiten Stock) und gut ausgestattet. Ich habe keine vollständige Küche erwartet, ein Menü kochen wäre sicher schwierig gewesen. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und die Möglichkeit, auf dem Balkon bzw. auf einer Leine hinter dem einen der beiden Schlafzimmer Wäsche aufzuhängen. Für mich alleine war die Wohnung perfekt, zu zweit auch, aber mit vier Personen eher zu klein mit zu wenig Möglichkeiten, die Sachen aufzuhängen. Ich fand es perfekt.

The location was perfect to walk around and visit the sights and close to several restaurants where we were able to grab a bite to eat even after arriving quite late.

Sergio, un gran anfitrión, pendiente de la estancia y muy receptivo a mejoras del apartamento que siempre me gusta compartir para una mejor estancia. El apartamento wabi sabi está decorado de forma muy bonita y tiene todo lo necesario para estar agusto. El baño es moderno y la ducha es muy buena. Si vuelvo a Santo Domingo de la Calzada, me alojaría de nuevo aquí sin duda alguna. Hay alguna cosa que puede mejorar, pero ya se lo aconsejé a Sergio directamente y no impediría que me volviera a alojar en el apartamento.
• Alba (10/5): ¡¡Apartamento perfecto para una visita a Santo Domingo!! - El apartamento está genial amueblado y es perfecto para 3/4 personas unos días. El anfitrión fue muy atento y estuvo muy pendiente de si necesitábamos algo más. El baño es amplio y las camas super cómodas. Fue fácil aparcar en la zona y tuvimos toda clase de facilidades y servicios cerca. Quizás el check out podría haber sido algo más tardío.

Easy to find and access, light and airy, nice bedrooms and excellent shower. A few basics were missing - a kettle, bathroom sink-plug, bath mat and tea-towel to dry washing up - otherwise, great!

It was perfect except for the couch and the beds. See below. The couch is very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. The single bed is noisy and not comfortable. It feels like a pull-out bed and only has one long pillow and two decorative. Just not comfortable at all.

Our hosts were happy to give us early check-in as soon as the apartment was ready and were very friendly. We are a family of three on Camino and this apartment also conveniently allowed for the delivery and collection of our backpacks by Nunca Caminaresis Solos.

Location was great with lots of bars/restaurants, shops and supermarket within easy walking distance. Cathedral 500M away. Also had a car park opposite. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend it. Beautifully styled! Thank you Victoria. Very minimalistic! No kitchen knives at all, no kettle, no iron, no oven. Heating only ran from 8.30 pm to 11.30 pm, so fairly chilly in the morning and very difficult to get the towels dry.

• Nikki (10/5): Lovely clean apartment in central Santo Domingo - Beautifully renovated The apartment was comfortable, had all of the facilities we needed and was bright and clean. Over looking at the old hospital Parador through big bright windows it had a beautiful leafy aspect and was perfect to self catering for a night whilst walking the Camino. All of the required facilities worked including Wi-Fi, washing machine and coffee machine and the apartment is located only minutes walk from the cathedral. Our host greeted us and took us through the apartment and were responsive to all of our requests. Highly recommended.
